In recent years,radiotherapy based only on Magnetic Resonance(MR)images has become a hot spot for radiotherapy planning research in the current medical ***,functional computed tomography(CT)is still needed for dose calculation in the *** deep-learning approaches to synthesized CT images from MR images have raised much research interest,making radiotherapy based only on MR images *** this paper,we proposed a novel unsupervised image synthesis framework with registration *** paper aims to enforce the constraints between the reconstructed image and the input image by registering the reconstructed image with the input image and registering the cycle-consistent image with the input ***,this paper added ConvNeXt blocks to the network and used large kernel convolutional layers to improve the network’s ability to extract *** research used the collected head and neck data of 180 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to experiment and evaluate the training model with four evaluation *** the same time,this research made a quantitative comparison of several commonly used model *** evaluate the model performance in four evaluation metrics which achieve Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),and Structural Similarity(SSIM)are 18.55±1.44,86.91±4.31,33.45±0.74 and 0.960±0.005,*** with other methods,MAE decreased by 2.17,RMSE decreased by 7.82,PSNR increased by 0.76,and SSIM increased by *** results show that the model proposed in this paper outperforms other methods in the quality of image *** work in this paper is of guiding significance to the study of MR-only radiotherapy planning.

High-definition remote sensing images are more and more widely used in research and life. However, due to hardware conditions and transmission rate limitations, it is too expensive to directly obtain high-definition original images. So, it has become a research hotspot on how to use algorithms to receive high-definition remote sensing images from low-resolution *** view of the existing super-resolution methods for remote sensing images, the dependence on a large number of matching lowresolution and high-resolution(LR-HR) data sets and the slow network training time. In this paper, contrast learning is used for unpaired image-to-image conversion model(CUT-CycleGAN), which uses cyclic consistency to achieve the purpose of training using unpaired images, and adds a contrast learning framework to effectively shorten CycleGAN’s training time and to improve efficiency. The experiment selects SRGAN, CycleGAN, EDSR, and FSRCNN four existing super-resolution methods to compare with the method in this paper. The results show that the training time of CUT-CycleGAN is reduced by nearly 55.7%, and after training with unpaired images, the quality of the generated high-definition images is good enough.

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the demand for electricity in all walks of life is also *** is the core of power system,plays a decisive role in power transmission and distribution,and coil winding is the main core technology of transformer manufacturing,the quality of winding coil directly determines the stability and reliability of transformer *** this paper,under the background of low automation of transformer winding machine and higher and higher requirements for winding efficiency,the paper takes the winding system of insulation layer of transformer winding machine as the research object,improves the traditional fuzzy control algorithm,and designs a fuzzy PID control scheme combined with the tension control *** with the traditional PID control algorithm,the feasibility and advantages of the scheme are verified by the results of the Matlab simulation experiment.

Optic disc location is the basis of fundus image analysis and computer-aided diagnosis of retinopathy, which provides basic data for subsequent operations such as optic disc segmentation. In this paper, an improved Harris corner location algorithm is proposed. According to the characteristics of dense vessels and obvious gray changes in the retinal fundus image, the area with the most corners is the optic disc area. The main idea is to extract the region of interest by matching filter, main vessel extraction,image enhancement and other methods. The corner of the region of interest is extracted by Harris corner detection algorithm improved based on similarity. First, the corner is preliminarily screened to reduce the number of edge corners and reduce the operation time. Finally, the moving window is used to locate the disc. Some fundus medical images are selected for experiments,and the results show that the segmentation result of the algorithm is accurate and the segmentation effect is good. The design of GUI interface makes the positioning process and result more intuitive.

In order to complete the inspection of tobacco storage warehouses economically and accurately, This article proposes a method of using a smart car to monitor temperature and humidity for 24 hours. The car with STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip, equipped with linear CCD sensor, ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module, as well as multiple detection sensors,UWB system, Wi Fi module, which can track and avoid obstacles automatically based on MPC, detect important parameter values in the tobacco storage warehouse for 24 hours and transmit date to the PC. It also has the function of real-time alarm and positioning using TDOA technology. After testing in a simulated environment, the car has been proven to accurately and reliably complete the detection of important parameters that affect tobacco mildew. Compared with traditional detection methods, this method is effective in tracing, comprehensive, easy to use and cost-effective. It can also be applied to other monitoring scenarios and has a wide range of application prospects.

Against the unstructured terrain environment, human drivers often rely on remote operating patterns to accomplish tasks with robots. With the gradual improvement in robot intelligence, a key problem that urgently requires attention is how to bridge cognitive and perceptual differences between human and robot in collaborative decision-making processes. Particularly effective resolution of differences in decision outcomes is crucial. Therefore, this paper utilizes the decision logic process and prior knowledge model of human drivers to form robot’s decision framework, narrowing the cognitive differences between human and robot. Besides, embedding the human-robot-environment features that affect the decision-making process as prior knowledge into the robot’s decision-making system can effectively reduce perceptual gaps. Under the same decision framework, a negotiation strategy is proposed for forming a unified decision outcome between human and robot by finding an optimal concession rate. This study utilizes a hexapod robot simulated driving platform to gather experimental data and develop prior knowledge for robots. It also leverages virtual reality equipment and visual augmentation technologies to establish a remote human-robot collaborative decision-making experimental system. The experimental results conducted in complex obstacle terrain demonstrate the effectiveness of adopting the negotiation strategy for human-robot collaborative decision-making. Compared with the individual human or robot decision, the human-robot collaborative decision method significantly enhances robot stability, reduces energy consumption, and minimizes collisions. © 2024, The Authors. This paper studies the design of leak detection design for oil pipeline based on image recognition technology. The basic steps of the process are as follows: Firstly, by using the image processing function of MATLAB software, the oil pipeline images collected are processed, such as preprocessing, image recognition and segmentation, image morphological processing and so on. Finally, the leakage of oil pipeline is judged according to the test results. In the preprocessing part, gray processing is mainly performed, which can speed up the processing and improve the accuracy of recognition. The image segmentation section is selected using threshold segmentation. In the image morphology processing part, the edge contour obtained by the image segmentation part can be more clearly defined by the etching and expansion operation. The final output of the design is divided into three parts, one in which there is no leakage. In the other two cases, when a leak is detected, the degree of leakage is divided into a slight leak and a serious leak, which helps the tester to understand the leak more clearly and improve the practicability of the design.

An improved artificial potential field approach (APFA) is proposed for unmanned surface vehicle (USV) in path planning. The proposed approach can effectively avoid easily falling into local minima, also, plan the optimal path. Firstly, a map of the Marine environment is established, and the obstacle is treated with circular expansion. Especially, the expansion coefficient is introduced to ensure the safety of navigation. Secondly, aiming at the local minimum problem, a rotation angle formula satisfying its own maximum rotation angle and angular acceleration constraints is constructed, so that a path to avoid local minimum is planned. Moreover, the local minimum of the complex environment is considered, the virtual repulsive force potential field is constructed to generate virtual repulsive force on USV to avoid local minimum. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed approach can complete path planning under different complex and special environments. © 2024 Acta Press. All rights reserved.

The artificial potential field approach (APFA) has the advantages of short computation time and easy implementation, widely used in path planning. The problems of local oscillation and susceptibility to local minima for APFA are considered in three dimensions (3D) path planning application of unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV), and the artificial potential field grid method (APFG) is proposed. Firstly, the obstacles are rasterized in 3D map. The repulsive points are attached to the surface of the raster to change the repulsive influence range. This method can compensate for the long planning path caused by the idealization of traditional APFA modeling. At the same time, the repulsion function on the grid surface is changed so that the potential field on the grid surface is parallel to the grid surface, which will solve the local oscillation problem in the path planning of UUV. Then, virtual target points are introduced to avoid the UUV falling into local optimization. The simulations show that APFG effectively overcomes the shortcomings of local oscillations and the tendency to fall into local minima for UUV in 3D path planning, and the path planning is smooth and efficient. © 2024, The Authors.
