In this study, a new methodology based on the Hadamard matrix is proposed to construct quantum Boolean functions f such that f : I2n --2P2n, where I2n is an identity matrix of order 2n and P2n is a projective matrix with the same order as I2n. In countless applications,we need to reconstruct a K-sparse signal x∈R n from noisy measurements y=Φx+v,whereΦ∈R^(m×n)is a sensing matrix and v∈R m is a noise *** least squares(OLS),which selects at each step the column that results in the most significant decrease in the residual power,is one of the most popular sparse recovery *** this paper,we investigate the number of iterations required for recovering x with the OLS *** show that OLS provides a stable reconstruction of all K-sparse signals x in[2.8K]iterations provided thatΦsatisfies the restricted isometry property(RIP).Our result provides a better recovery bound and fewer number of required iterations than those proposed by Foucart in 2013.

The global atmospheric static stability(N2)in the middle atmosphere and its relation to gravity waves(GWs)were investigated by using the temperature profiles measured by the Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry(SABER)instrument from 2002 to *** low latitudes,a layer with enhanced N2 occurs at an altitude of^20 km and exhibits annual oscillations caused by tropopause inversion *** an altitude of^70 km,enhanced N2 exhibits semiannual oscillations at low latitudes caused by the mesosphere inversion layers and annual oscillations at high latitudes resulting from the downward shift of the summer *** correlation coefficients between N2 and GW amplitudes can be larger than 0.8 at latitudes poleward of^40°N/*** observation provides factual evidence that a large N2 supports large-amplitude GWs and indicates that N2 plays a dominant role in maintaining GWs at least at high latitudes of the middle *** evidence also partially explains the previous results regarding the phase changes of annual oscillations of GWs at high latitudes.
