Webshell, as the"culprit" behind numerous network attacks, is one of the research hotspots in the field of cybersecurity. However, the complexity, stealthiness, and confusing nature of webshells pose significant challenges to the corresponding detection schemes. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, researchers have started to apply different intelligent algorithms and neural network architectures to the task of webshell detection. However, the related research still lacks a systematic and standardized methodological process, which is confusing and redundant. Therefore, following the development timeline, we carefully summarize the progress of relevant research in this field, dividing it into three stages: Start Stage, Initial Development Stage, and In-depth Development Stage. We further elaborate on the main characteristics and core algorithms of each stage. In addition, we analyze the pain points and challenges that still exist in this field and predict the future development trend of this field from our point of view. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first review that details the research related to AI-based webshell detection. It is also hoped that this paper can provide detailed technical information for more researchers interested in AI-based webshell detection tasks. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Transformer, as one of the most advanced neural network models in Natural Language processing (NLP), exhibits diverse applications in the field of anomaly detection. To inspire research on Transformer-based anomaly detection, this review offers a fresh perspective on the concept of anomaly detection. We explore the current challenges of anomaly detection and provide detailed insights into the operating principles of Transformer and its variants in anomaly detection tasks. Additionally, we delineate various application scenarios for Transformer-based anomaly detection models and discuss the datasets and evaluation metrics employed. Furthermore, this review highlights the key challenges in Transformer-based anomaly detection research and conducts a comprehensive analysis of future research trends in this domain. The review includes an extensive compilation of over 100 core references related to Transformer-based anomaly detection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive review that focuses on the research related to Transformer in the context of anomaly detection. EDSep: An Effective Diffusion-Based Method for Speech Source Separation

Generative models have attracted considerable attention for speech separation tasks, and among these, diffusion-based methods are being explored. Despite the notable success of diffusion techniques in generation tasks, their adaptation to speech separation has encountered challenges, notably slow convergence and suboptimal separation outcomes. To address these issues and enhance the efficacy of diffusion-based speech separation, we introduce EDSep, a novel single-channel method grounded in score matching via stochastic differential equation (SDE). This method enhances generative modeling for speech source separation by optimizing training and sampling efficiency. Specifically, a novel denoiser function is proposed to approximate data distributions, which obtains ideal denoiser outputs. Additionally, a stochastic sampler is carefully designed to resolve the reverse SDE during the sampling process, gradually separating speech from mixtures. Extensive experiments on databases such as WSJ0-2mix, LRS2-2mix, and VoxCeleb2-2mix demonstrate our proposed method’s superior performance over existing diffusion and discriminative models, validating its efficacy. With the continuous expansion of the application field of multi-mode synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system, which can satisfy different imaging demands. In order to get SAR image, it is necessary to image the echo received by multi-mode SAR system. However, the huge computation of the imaging algorithm affects the processing efficiency of SAR system. The power of Graphics processing Unit (GPU) can suffice the increasing demands in processing, which has been used in many common areas. The acceleration effect of GPU is very obvious compared with Central processing Unit (CPU) platform. This paper proposed a Chirp Scaling acceleration algorithm based on GPU for multi-mode SAR, and comparison of computational time over traditional CPU and GPU platform. The experimental results shows that the GPU accelerated SAR imaging algorithm can achieve a good acceleration effect. © 2020 Institution of engineering and Technology. All rights reserved.

Phenophase period refers to the periodic natural phenomena of plants under the influence of environmental factors and human activities. In recent years, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) has been used to growth monitoring of crops. Due to complex morphological changes at different growth stage of crops, single-phase SAR data unable provide sufficient information to analyze scattering characteristics at different phenological period. In this paper, the scattering characteristics of winter wheat are studied, using time series dual-polarization Sentinel-1A SAR images. And winter wheat planting region in Kaifeng city henan Province is selected as the study area. Time series C-band radar backscatter coefficient is extracted, then analyze correlation between numerical evolution and phenological change with different polarization data. The variation trend is verified by field measured data. The results show that dual-polarization SAR image is great practical significance for winter wheat phenological monitoring. © 2020 Institution of engineering and Technology. All rights reserved.

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Systems can be used for discovery and surveillance. According to the current requirements, accurate ship detection is becoming more and more important. However, the accuracy of traditional ship detection algorithm is not satisfying in complex scene. As a consequence, this paper proposes a novel method for detecting ships within SAR imagery using Gabor feature and Two Parameter Constant False Alarm Rate (2P-CFAR) detection technique. First, feature extraction was performed by using Gabor filter. Then, combined with the extracted orientation feature, the ship recognition of SAR image is obtained by 2P-CFAR detector. Finally, false alarms among the candidate targets were removed by geometric features of the ships. To prove the rationality of this method, experiments were carried with two high-resolution Gaofen-3 satellite SAR images in open sea background. The experimental results show that the presented method has preferable performance in the accuracy of ship identification. © 2020 Institution of engineering and Technology. All rights reserved.

data mining technology has yielded fruitful results in the area of crime discovery and intelligent decision making. Credit card is one of the most popular payment methods, providing great convenience and efficiency. However, due to the vulnerabilities of credit card transactions, criminals are able to commit fraud to infringe on the interests of the state and citizens. How to discover potential fraudsters while guaranteeing high efficiency becomes an extremely valuable problem to solve. In this work, we talk about the advantages and disadvantages of different models to detect credit card fraud. We first introduce the data preprocessing measures for handling imbalanced fraud detection dataset. Then we compare related models to implement fraudster recognition. We also propose a feature selection approach based on combined feature weights. The lower reaches of the ancient Yellow River (AYR) migrated very frequently, like a loong swinging its tail on the land of China. This paper, based on Gaofen-3 full-polarization synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data, analyzed scattering characteristics of archaeolandscapes, which provided reliable evidences for the existence of AYR between Lankao and Sui County. Then, an adaptive irregular convolution kernel U-Net (AICK-U-Net) was proposed to reconstruct the part of channel of AYR, based on the image obtained by polarization decomposition, and the precision reached 96.21%. In summary, polarization decomposition and neural network in spaceborne SAR field, provided new insights for detecting and reconstructing archaeolandscapes.

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image classification is a key technique and research focus in the application of remote sensing. This paper proposes a new classification method of SAR image based on Object-based Gaussian-Markov Random Field model with Region Coefficients (OGMRF-RC), the new method use Fuzzy Probability (FP) represents the region's category probability, FP is obtained by regional posterior probability and edge information of neighborhood. Use FP to replace the unique class label of the region, which avoids the parameters estimation inaccurate of the feature field caused by the unique initial class label. And the parameter calculation method of feature field takes into account the feature information of all regions in the image. In this paper, we take the area around Baliwan in Kaifeng as study area, Sentinel-1 is used as the remote sensing data sources. FCM, K-means, classic MRF and OGMRF-RC are used as contrast methods, the experimental result demonstrates the accuracy of our method is better than these methods. © 2020 Institution of engineering and Technology. Learning effective representations for Chinese characters presents unique challenges, primarily due to the vast number of characters and their continuous growth, which requires models to handle an expanding category space. Additionally, the inherent sparsity of character usage complicates the generalization of learned representations. Prior research has explored radical-based sequences to overcome these issues, achieving progress in recognizing unseen characters. However, these approaches fail to fully exploit the inherent tree structure of such sequences. To address these limitations and leverage established data properties, we propose Formation Tree-CLIP (FT-CLIP). This model utilizes formation trees to represent characters and incorporates a dedicated tree encoder, significantly improving performance in both seen and unseen character recognition tasks. We further introduce masking for to both character images and tree nodes, enabling efficient and effective training. This approach accelerates training significantly (by a factor of 2 or more) while enhancing accuracy. Extensive experiments show that processing characters through formation trees aligns better with their inherent properties than direct sequential methods, significantly enhancing the generality and usability of the representations. © 2024, The Authors.
