Enterprise production and management big data can promote the modernization of enterprise management, which has very realistic economic benefits and far-reaching social significance in the aspects of transforming management mechanism, effectively reducing cost, speeding up technological progress and enhancing enterprise competitiveness. This paper proposes a cement ontology data analysis platform based on rough concept lattice model, including: product analysis based on cement ontology, association rule mining, knowledge management, personalized recommendation, and decision support. This paper first describes the principle of convolution neural network. Convolution neural network (CNN) is proposed to deal with pattern recognition problem on the basis of neural cognitive machine. Convolution NN is a multi-layer neural network, which each layer is composed of multiple two-dimensional planes, and each plane is composed of multiple independent neurons. In this paper, the principle and design idea of MapReduce based on large-scale data are described in detail. Safety production refers to the accident prevention and control measures in the production and operation activities, in order to avoid causing personnel injury and property damage accident. This paper firstly analyzes the performance and function of safety production supervision and management system, and points out the problems existing in the existing security supervision and management system. big data analysis technology is an effective way to solve these problems and can be timely and accurate detection of hidden dangers, improve the ability of the investigation and management. This paper presents design of safety production supervision and data management system based on cloud platform. The system is the unified support system platform based on cloud computing and intelligent terminal technology, and can improve the efficiency of data collection and realize the prediction and early warning of the real by big data technology. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In this paper, based on image recognition technology, combined with WeChat Mini Program’s development technology, which is widely used in social field, the two-factor authentication technology of identity card and face recognition is deeply studied in this paper. Face recognition refers to face detection and face recognition. A feasible face detection scheme is obtained by experiments, and then a suitable face recognition scheme is designed according to the needs of users to make it suitable for mobile terminals. This paper designs and implements identity card and face recognition two-factor authentication system based on WeChat Mini Program. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In this paper, the kernel algorithm of decision tree is used as a tool, and on the basis of constructing a good data source group for classification, the characteristics of decision tree classification algorithm are analyzed and experimented. This paper introduces a rough set attribute selection metric, which selects attributes for classification from the point of view of improving the accuracy of classification and the purity of sub-databases. Association rule mining is the mining of interesting association rules or relationships between indexes (items) in the database. The paper present extraction method of classification rules in decision tree based on attribute selection metric of rough set. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Clustering and classification are two of the most important technology in data mining;they were respectively used to detect data and decision space to feature space dependent. The paper describe analysis of intelligent association rule extraction technology based on big data mining method firstly, then discusses application of cloud computing and Internet of things technology in intelligent security. The paper presents application of big data mining technology in intelligent safe production on cloud computing platform. The topic crawler filters the topic independent links according to a certain web page analysis algorithm, keeps the topic related links and puts them into the URL queue to be fetched. Then, according to a certain search strategy, the next page URL is selected from the queue and repeated until a certain condition of the system is reached. The best priority search strategy predicts the similarity between candidate URL and target pages according to a certain web page analysis algorithm, and selects one or more URL which is the best evaluation to grab. The crawler algorithm based on Web page extension is to evaluate the web page or website with indirect relation through known web pages or data. The paper presents research on topic crawler strategy based on web page extension and best priority search algorithm. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

This article first describes in detail big data mining technology based on semantic rough concept lattice model. data mining is facing practical application, even in the face of the same data set. SaaS service platform is mainly responsible for the realization of the function of the service layer, the layer of all business, application of public operation abstract. The external system of the platform is to store the data related to the platform and the data exchange. The paper presents construction of big data analysis platform based on semantic rough concept lattice model. The search engine is mainly to the user request information carries on the automatic information collection. Web crawler is an important part of search engine, it is an automatic extraction of web pages for search engines to download web pages from the web. The search system faces hundreds of millions of pages across the Internet, and there are several search servers in each data center, and there may be several crawlers deployed on each grab server. This constitutes a multithread distributed web crawler search system.
