Crawler technology is a technology that uses web crawlers to capture information on a web page to get valuable information. The web crawler is a program that automatically extracts web pages. It downloads Web pages from WEB for search engines. It is an important part of the search engine. This paper introduces the architecture of distributed Hadoop platform, and by the principle of the web crawler puts forward design scheme of distributed crawler based on Hadoop and P2P technology, and ultimately determine the system layout of distributed crawler, module partition and distributed crawler flow control and power can be realized. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

Convolution neural network is a feed-forward neural network which contains convolution calculation and has depth structure. In this paper, the basic structure and operation principle of convolution neural network are analyzed. CNN has the best effect in handwritten recognition, and the application of CNN in face-based gender recognition is also very good. In this paper, the factors that influence the convolution neural network model are analyzed. In this paper, the improved deep convolution network model is proposed, and the results show that the improved method can effectively improve the classification effect and classification accuracy of the convolution neural network. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Formal context is the basic concept in the analysis of formal concepts. This paper first explores this approach of rule extraction method in ontology based on three-way decision formal context. Based on the study of this method, Ontology construction method based on three-way decision concept lattice is further explored. The paper presents application of three-way decision formal context in combination of concept lattice with ontology. For the decision form background, using the method proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of building ontology. © 2022 IEEE.

Three-way formal concept analyses are mathematical tools for applying three decision theories to formal conceptual analysis, with objects derived from three conceptual grids for data analysis and knowledge acquisition. FCA is identical with the ontology in that they use the formal method to describe the relationship between concepts, both emphasizing the need for a formal explanation of the model. This article introduces a methodological analysis of attribute reduction and rule extraction by three-way formal concept analysis. The purpose of building ontology is to build shared conceptual models of the real world that support knowledge-intensive domain applications. The paper presents construction of ontology knowledge by attribute reduction and rule extraction of three-way formal concept analysis. © 2022 IEEE.

Reinforcement learning is a goal-oriented algorithm. The core goal of the algorithm is to learn to make decisions during the interaction between intelligent agents and the environment. Deep Reinforcement Learning is an algorithm that combines the perception ability of deep learning and the powerful decision-making ability of reinforcement learning. It can directly understand the network and task from experience, thus improving the accuracy and reducing repeated modeling, and is widely used to solve complex problems. A Network Service in NFV can be represented as a Service Function Chain (SFC), which consists of a series of Virtual network functions (VNF) in a given order. In order to provide efficient services, SFCS are deployed in a number of different servers and direct traffic through a set of VNFS in a specific order. This paper proposes SFC placement in NFV based on deep reinforcement learning model. Finally, it is found that the deep learning model can effectively improve the efficiency of SFC placement. © 2024 IEEE.

The e-commerce recommendation system can automatically judge the preferences of users according to the browsing situation, and recommend relevant products to customers based on this basis to reduce the time wasted by customers in looking for products. The e-commerce recommendation system is to use the e-commerce big data platform to provide consumers with product information and relevant suggestions, to recommend consumers to buy their favorite types of products, and to imitate the salesman to help consumers to complete the purchase behavior. The paper presents e-commerce personalized recommendation system in big data based on three-way concept lattices. Finally, the method experimentally proves that the proposed method achieves accurate personalized recommendation results and showing better prediction accuracy, which has strong scalability. © 2024 IEEE.

E-commerce recommendation department is faced with some common problems, such as user cold start problem and data sparsity problem. Driven by big data collected by e-commerce system and supported by natural language processing technology, a new model of e-commerce recommendation system is designed. This paper explores the mode and construction content of the cooperation between applied undergraduate colleges and private enterprises in the process of vocational education and e-commerce talents training, and consummates the training mode of e-commerce talents based on seniority structure. This cooperation between schools and enterprises play a role model for local colleges and universities.
