Stomata play an essential role in regulating water and carbon dioxide levels in plant leaves,which is important for *** deep learning-based plant stomata detection methods are based on horizontal *** detection anchor boxes of deep learning model are horizontal,while the angle of stomata is randomized,so it is not possible to calculate stomata traits directly from the detection anchor *** processing of image(e.g.,rotating image)is required before detecting stomata and calculating stomata *** paper proposes a novel approach,named DeepRSD(deep learning-based rotating stomata detection),for detecting rotating stomata and calculating stomata basic traits at the same ***,the stomata conductance loss function is introduced in the DeepRSD model training,which improves the efficiency of stomata detection and conductance *** experimental results demonstrate that the DeepRSD model reaches 94.3%recognition accuracy for stomata of maize *** proposed method can help researchers conduct large-scale studies on stomata morphology,structure,and stomata conductance models.

An Iterated Local Search Algorithm for the Heterogeneous Fixed Multi-compartment Vehicle Routing Problem

This paper addresses the multi-compartment vehicle routing problem with heterogeneous fleets with maximum number limitations. To solve this problem, we propose an iterated local search algorithm integrating with multiple strategies to find a solution with minimum total cost. The proposed algorithm starts by generating an initial solution using a cheapest insertion heuristic. Then, a load adjustment strategy is applied to transfer customers from larger vehicle to smaller one. Four neighborhood operators such as relocation, 2-opt, exchange and or-opt, are applied sequentially to refine the solution, allowing for vehicle type adjustments during the local search process. Additionally, a perturbation mechanism based on destroy-and-repair principle is introduced to explore a wider search space. Meanwhile, an acceptance strategy based on route load variance is designed to permit the acceptance of suboptimal solutions. Finally, the best global solution undergoes further optimization through a vehicle assignment strategy to improve vehicle allocation. experimental results on benchmark instances demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing methods. © (2025), (International Association of engineers). The e-commerce recommendation system can automatically judge the preferences of users according to the browsing situation, and recommend relevant products to customers based on this basis to reduce the time wasted by customers in looking for products. The e-commerce recommendation system is to use the e-commerce big data platform to provide consumers with product information and relevant suggestions, to recommend consumers to buy their favorite types of products, and to imitate the salesman to help consumers to complete the purchase behavior. The paper presents e-commerce personalized recommendation system in big data based on three-way concept lattices. Finally, the method experimentally proves that the proposed method achieves accurate personalized recommendation results and showing better prediction accuracy, which has strong scalability. © 2024 Ieee.

Sonar is a general term for various underwater acoustic devices, which are used to perform underwater target detection, positioning, identification, tracking and underwater communication, navigation, measurement and other tasks. All sonar devices including active sonar and passive sonar both require a signal processor to execute underwater acoustic signal processing. Beamforming is the main and core component of the sonar signal processor, and its processing speed affects the real-time performance of sonar. Thus, this paper first implements a parallel sonar beamforming algorithm to improve the processing speed of the beamforming algorithm. The proposed algorithm was carried out several experiments, and the experimental results demonstrate that the parallelism of multi-core CPU can bring better speedup ratio and efficiency than the traditional serial CPU algorithm. © 2023 SPIe.

In order to efficiently solve the vehicle routing problem with time window (VRPTW), a hyper-heuristic algorithm based on reinforcement learning was proposed. Firstly, the performance of the underlying heuristic algorithm was evaluated, and then a multi-armed bandit (MAB) algorithm was used to select the low-level heuristic algorithm. At the same time, a simulated annealing-based acceptance rule was used to determine whether to accept the solution obtained by each low-level heuristic to ensure the diversity of solutions. experiments was carried out on some VRPTW benchmark instances, and the results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and stable. © 2023 SPIe.

This paper first describes the principle of convolution neural network. Convolution neural network (CNN) is proposed to deal with pattern recognition problem on the basis of neural cognitive machine. Sentiment analysis is an important and challenging task in the field of natural language processing. Researchers have used vocabulary-based methods and machine learning methods to conduct research on sentiment analysis tasks. In recent years, deep learning has achieved great success in the field of sentiment analysis. However, for complex textual data, using a single model is often insufficient. Inspired by deep learning models, in this study, we proposed a hybrid model using BiLSTM and attention mechanism, called BiLSTM-ATT model, to solve the problem of sentiment analysis. First, we adopted the GloVe method to train the initialized word embeddings. GloVe converts textual information into word vectors, which can calculate the distance between words. Next, we used a convolutional neural network that can extract local features, and a BiLSTM that can extract long-range semantic features of text with bidirectional extraction of long-term dependencies. Finally, the attention mechanism was used to improve the performance of the model by calculating the weight of the data. experimental results demonstrate that our proposed hybrid BiLSTM-ATT model outperforms traditional deep learning methods in Accuracy, Recall, and Fl-Score. Our method was compared with deep learning methods on the IMDB movie review dataset. © 2022 Ieee.

Formal context is the basic concept in the analysis of formal concepts. This paper first explores this approach of rule extraction method in ontology based on three-way decision formal context. Based on the study of this method, Ontology construction method based on three-way decision concept lattice is further explored. The paper presents application of three-way decision formal context in combination of concept lattice with ontology. For the decision form background, using the method proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of building ontology. © 2022 Ieee.

Three-way formal concept analyses are mathematical tools for applying three decision theories to formal conceptual analysis, with objects derived from three conceptual grids for data analysis and knowledge acquisition. FCA is identical with the ontology in that they use the formal method to describe the relationship between concepts, both emphasizing the need for a formal explanation of the model. This article introduces a methodological analysis of attribute reduction and rule extraction by three-way formal concept analysis. The purpose of building ontology is to build shared conceptual models of the real world that support knowledge-intensive domain applications. The paper presents construction of ontology knowledge by attribute reduction and rule extraction of three-way formal concept analysis. © 2022 Ieee.
