This paper addresses the problem of low fault estimation accuracy in Lipschitz nonlinear systems with external disturbances, presenting an innovative strategy based on a Reinforcement Iterative Learning (RIL) framework. Initially, we conducted precise mathematical modeling, comprehensively considering the impact of Lipschitz non-linearity and external disturbances. Subsequently, an iterative learning fault observer was designed, and the optimization problem for its parameters was reformulated into a reinforcement learning task, clearly defining the states, actions, and reward functions. Employing the Advantage Actor-Critic (A2C) reinforcement learning method, we optimized the gain parameters of the iterative learning fault estimator to approximate non-linearity. Simultaneously, with the increase in iteration count, the neural network weights were continually optimized, achieving accurate fault estimation. Experimental results demonstrate a significant improvement in fault estimation using the proposed method.

The electronic structure and the optical properties of Ca₂Ge have been calculated by the first-principles pseudo potential method. The results of the electric structure show that Ca₂Ge bulk is a direct semiconductor with the band gap of 0.306 eV, the conduction band is mainly composed of Ca 3d, the valence bands is mainly composed of Ge 3p. With Sr-doping, Ca₂Ge bulk is a direct semiconductor with the band gap of 0.350 eV, the conduction bands are mainly composed of Ca 3d and Sr 3d, the valence bands are mainly composed of Ge 3p and Sr 3d. The results of the optical properties show that the dielectric constant of Ca₂Ge bulk is reduced from 21.52 to 13.94, the reflectivity is decreased, and the absorption is increased with Sr-doping. The optical properties are improved with Sr-doping, the results offer theoretical guide for the optical properties control of Ca₂Ge.

Taking a military operation as an example, this paper makes an in-depth study of what tactics a single UAV should adopt when facing the interception of multiple enemy UAV groups. According to the analysis of the impact diagram, the aerial range of the UAV standoff defines a threat area, that is, when the UAV arrives at the threat area, it needs to adopt a strategy for penetration, or it will be intercepted. The strategy adopted by UAV in the threat area is analyzed, and the decision control method is made.

The traditional association rule representation method has no way to show the essential relationship between concepts and lacks understanding of the concept level. Concept lattice is a kind of data structure which can show the relationship between concepts, concept lattice also has unique advantages in the visualization and discovery of potential knowledge of association rules. In this paper, a visualization algorithm of association rules based on concept lattice is proposed. The algorithm visually displays the association rules extracted from concept lattice. Finally, this article combines the chronic disease record data of a certain hospital to analyze and visualize the association rules. The implementation results show that the visualization method has good effects in knowledge analysis and data display.

In practice, significant modality differences usually exist between visible and infrared images, which makes visible-infrared Person Re-Identification (VI-ReID) a challenging research task. Due to the existing influence of pose variation, background changes, and occlusion, there are often outlier samples within the set of images from the same person. These outlier samples can adversely affect the process of learning the cross-modal matching model. The existing VI-ReID methods mainly focus on learning cross-modal feature representation by using image-level discriminant constraints, i.e., the distance between the truly-matching cross-modal images should be smaller than that between wrong-matching cross-modal images. However, most of these methods ignore the adverse influence caused by outliers. To solve the above problems, we proposed a Point-level and Set-level Deep Representation Learning (PSDRL) approach for VI-ReID in this paper. By using the set-level constraint in the process of deep representation learning, the discrepancy between visible and infrared modalities can be decreased, and the adverse effect of outliers can be weakened. By employing the image-level constraint, the discriminability of the obtained deep feature representations can be improved. Extensive experiments are conducted on the publicly available cross-modal Person Re-Identification datasets, including SYSU-MM01 and RegDB. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Triangular meshes provide an efficient representation of 3D shapes. Various applications such as 3D simulation suffer from degradation in geometric quality. This paper proposes a novel Multi-stream Structure-Enhanced Network (MSE-Net) based on graph convolutional networks. The network uses multi-scale features besides vertex position to guide face normal filtering, which can better preserve the geometric feature during the denoising process. In contrast to former methods that focus on filtering vertex coordinate and face normal apart, MSE-Net innovatively fuses more structure features like face area, inner product between face normal and vertex normals, and the interior angles of face to guide the face normal and vertex position updating, utilizing the inherent structural characteristic of Mesh. Our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on several publicly available datasets, demonstrating its effectiveness.

Segmentation of rat heart section images and infarct area quantization are essential components of infarct size measurement in processing data from animal experiments on ischemic heart disease. Previously, the task of measuring the infarct size of rat heart sections was performed manually by experienced researchers, which was very costly and time-consuming. In this paper, we propose a two-stage semi-supervised approach to solve the task of ischemic heart infarct size calculation in images of rat section images. The approach uses a semi-supervised semantic segmentation model and a semi-automated quantization algorithm to separate the differently stained regions of rat heart sections. We demonstrate the results of the approach on a rat heart section dataset, and experiments on this dataset emphasize the effectiveness of our approach compared to other methods.

Few-shot hyperspectral image classification aims to identify the classes of each pixel in the images by only marking few of these pixels. And in order to obtain the spatial-spectral joint features of each pixel, the fixed-size patches centering around each pixel are often used for classification. However, observing the classification results of existing methods, we found that boundary patches corresponding to the pixels which are located at the boundary of the objects in the hyperspectral images, are hard to classify. These boundary patchs are mixed with multi-class spectral information. Inspired by this, we propose to augment the prototype network with TransMix for few-shot hyperspectrial image classification(APNT). While taking the prototype network as the backbone, it adopts the transformer as feature extractor to learn the pixel-to-pixel relation and pay different attentions to different pixels. At the same time, instead of directly using the patches which are cut from the hyperspectral images for training, it randomly mixs up two patches to imitate the boundary patches and uses the synthetic patches to train the model, with the aim to enlarge the number of hard training samples and enhance their diversity. And by following the data agumentation technique TransMix, the attention returned by the transformer is also used to mix up the labels of two patches to generate better labels for synthetic patches. Compared with existing methods, the proposed method has demonstrated sate of the art performance and better robustness for few-shot hyperspectral image classification in our experiments. This paper introduces the Temporal Transform Network based on Scale Sequences (TTS) for cloth-changing person re-identification in video datasets. The TTS network is designed to capture multi-scale temporal cues within video sequences. It accomplishes this by initially modeling short-term temporal cues between adjacent frames, followed by capturing long-term relationships between non-consecutive frames. In more detail, short-term temporal cues are modeled through parallel inflated convolutions with different time dilation rates, enabling the representation of pedestrian movement and appearance dynamics. Long-term relationships are effectively captured using a temporal self-attention model, mitigating challenges such as occlusion and noise within the video sequence. The TTS network outperforms existing methods across cloth-changing video ReID datasets such as CCVID. For instance, under general settings, our approach exhibits a 1.1% improvement in top-1 accuracy and a corresponding 1.1% increase in mAP compared to the baseline. In cloth-changing settings, we observe a 0.2% enhancement in top-1 accuracy and a notable 1.3% increase in mAP relative to the baseline.

Kinship verification is one of the interesting and critical problems in computer vision research, with significant progress in the past decades. Meanwhile, Vision Transformer (VIT) has recently achieved impressive success in many domains, including object detection, image recognition, and semantic segmentation, among others. Most of the previous work on kinship verification are based on convolutional or recurrent neural networks. Compared with the local processing of images like convolutions, transformers can effectively understand and process images globally. However, due to overuse, there are many Transformer layers of fully connected layers, and VIT speed is still an issue. Therefore, in this paper, inspired by the recent success of Transformer models in vision tasks, we propose a Transformer-based kinship verification for training and optimizing kinship verification models. We first train the basic vision transformer (VIT-B) with 12 transformer layers, then we reduce the transformer layers to 6 layers, namely VIT-S (Small Vit) and 4 layers, namely VIT-T (Tiny Vit), to make a tradeoff between optimization accuracy and efficiency. As the first attempt to apply Transformer to the kinship verification task, it provides a feasible strategy for kinship research topics and verifies the effectiveness of the method in terms of the accuracy of the experimental results.
