In this paper, we attempt to establish a communication environment of emotions and select six emotions-joy, surprise, anger, sadness, fear and neutral. With the speech recognition, the researcher analyzes the changes andreactions of emotions in speeches and applies them in the online games or Internet digital speech communication while establishing the system structure of real time transmission speech emotions. As emotions differ in each person, the researcherdoes not select the regular single person speech materials that do not offer sufficient recognition. Instead, the researcher adopts multi-person speech as training materials and locates the feature combination with the highest recognition rate andrecognition rates of different emotions.

We investigated the recovering method of inorganic filler from fiberreinforced plastics (FrP). FrP was depolymerized anddissolved into alcoholic solvent, and then materials used in FrP were obtained. Among these materials we triedrecovering calcium carbonate powder used as inorganic filler. As a result, we found flocculants are useful for filtration of the filler. Especially calcium hydroxide is the most useful one. recovery of the filler from FrP was as much as 98%.

data-parallel co-processors have the potential to improve performance in highly parallel regions of code when coupled to a generalpurpose CPU. However, applications often have to be modified in non-intuitive and complicated ways to mitigate the cost of data marshalling between the CPU and the co-processor. In some applications the overheads cannot be amortized and co-processors are unable to provide benefit. The additional effort and complexity of incorporating co-processors makes it difficult, if not impossible, to effectively utilize co-processors in large applications. This paper presents CUBA, an architecture model where coprocessors encapsulated as function calls can efficiently access their input and output data structures through pointer parameters. The key idea is to map the data structures required by the co-processor to the co-processor local memory as opposed to the CPU's main memory. The mapping in CUBA preserves the original layout of the shareddata structures hosted in the co-processor local memory. The mapping renders the data marshalling process unnecessary andreduces the need for code changes in order to use the co-processors. CUBA allows the CPU to cache hosteddata structures with a selective write-through cache policy, allowing the CPU to access hosteddata structures while supporting efficient communication with the co-processors. Benchmark simulation results show that a CUBA- based system can approach optimal transferrates while requiring few changes to the code that executes on the CPU. Copyright 2008 ACM.

Electronic structure methods based on the Kohn-Sham (KS) formalism of density-functional theory are ubiquitously andhighly successfully used in physics, chemistry, and materials science. Whether the KS formalism is universally applicable is, however, an open question because it is not known whether a KS model system exists for all physical electron systems. This is the question of whether electron densities of real physical systems are always noninteracting v-representable. Here we give indications that this is not always the case. To that end, we calculatedhighly accurate electron densities of first and secondrow atoms with a partially filled p shell by high-level quantum chemistry methods and by full configuration interaction and then tried to determine the effective KS potential by KS inversion. Except for nitrogen and phosphorus this was only possible for an occupation pattern violating the Aufbau principle. This means that the resulting wave function is not a ground state of the KS Hamiltonian operator and therefore not a valid KS wave function, which indicates that the KS formalism is not always applicable. Strategies to avoid the presented v-representability problem are discussed.

This paperdemonstrates the construction of a Web UI system of data Transfer Network (dTN) on TWArEN. On the hardware aspect, via the TWArEN backbone, we connect 6 access nodes forhigh-speeddata transfer through dedicated broadband lines. On the software aspect, we adopt widely-used tools, such as Fast data Transfer (FdT) and GridFTP so that effective utilization of network bandwidth can be yielded. We also develop a Web UI system for users instead of Command Line Interface (CLI). Using the proposed system, which can be easily studied and operated, users can share research data more efficiently and effectively.

This paperdemonstrates an ONOS-based provisioning system of ONOS in Web UI. ONOS, based upon Software defined Network (SdN), can provide the function of VPLS. Comparing with the previous version of provisioning system developed by the authors, the proposed system can provide more kinds of services. To enhance the original ONOS VPLS CLI, auxiliary information records, and information display, we develop a Web UI provisioning system of ONOS VPLS functions. Network administrators can obtain information very quickly, and input instructions via the GUI instead of CLI so that more effective provisioning can be yielded. Experiment show that the proposed system can work on Mininet and Physical SdN network of TWArEN.
