Equations which the survival probability satisfied and the formulas of calculating survival probability are obtained. Recursion formulas of calculating the survival probability and analytic expression of recursion items are obtained. The conclusions are expressed by Q matrix for a Markov chain and transition probabilities for another Markov Chain.

A robust and scalable crowd management infrastructure is crucial in addressing operational challenges when deploying high-density sensors and actuators in a smart city. While crowdsourcing is widely used in crowd management, conventional solutions, such as Upwork and Amazon Mechanical Turk, generally depend on a trusted third-party platform. There exist several potential security concerns(e.g., sensitive leakage, single point of failure and unfair judgment) in such a centralized paradigm. Hence, a recent trend in crowdsourcing is to leverage blockchain(a decentralized ledger technology) to address some of the existing limitations. A small number of blockchain-based crowdsourcing systems(BCSs) with incentive mechanisms have been proposed in the literature, but they are generally not designed with security in mind. Thus, we study the security and privacy requirements of a secure BCS and propose a concrete solution(i.e., SecBCS)with a prototype implementation based on JUICE.

A measurable function f is called an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet multiplier if the inverse Fourier transform of fφ is an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet whenever φ is an A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet, where φ denotes the Fourier transform of φ. In this paper, the authors completely characterize all A-dilation Parseval frame wavelet multipliers for any integral expansive matrix A with | det(A)|= 2. As an application, the path-connectivity of the set of all A-dilation Parseval frame wavelets with a frame MRA in L2(Rd) is discussed.

The gene section ordering on solving traveling salesman problems is analyzed by numerical experiments. Some improved crossover operations are presented. Several combinations of genetic operations are examined and the functions of these operations are analyzed. The essentiality of the ordering of the gene section and the significance of the evolutionary inversion operation are discussed. Some results and conclusions are obtained and given, which provide useful information for the implementation of the genetic operations for solving the traveling salesman problem.
