In a nonlocal game, two noncommunicating players cooperate to convince a referee that they possess a strategy that does not violate the rules of the game. Quantum strategies allow players to optimally win some games by performing joint measurements on a shared entangled state, but computing these strategies can be challenging. We present a variational quantum algorithm to compute quantum strategies for nonlocal games by encoding the rules of a nonlocal game into a Hamiltonian. We show how this algorithm can generate a short-depth optimal quantum strategy for a graph coloring game with a quantum advantage. This quantum strategy is then evaluated on fourteen different quantum hardware platforms to demonstrate its utility as a benchmark. Finally, we discuss potential sources of errors that can explain the observed decreased performance of the executed task and derive an expression for the number of samples required to accurately estimate the win rate in the presence of noise. There are many groundbreaking methods in the field of fake news detection based on deep learning that can automatically detect fake news through feature extraction and detection. A common methodology framework consists of extracting features from news content by pre-trained models and developing algorithms for detection. Major approaches within the scope identify fake news by learning common feature patterns in them, such as writing style, word usage, etc.. The performance of such models highly relies on large well-annotated data sets, but obtaining and annotating fake news data is laborious. Moreover, newly forged fake news often avoids utilizing the writing style of previous fake news, resulting in poor generalization ability in terms of timeliness. In recent research, fake news detection based on fact verification provides new ideas to address the above problems. Approaches within the scope verify the authenticity of the news event, matching between description and factual information, and so on, to provide more reliable and explicable detection, greatly addressing the bias of previous methods that rely on semantic and writing style features. In this paper, we sort out the research findings of fact-based fake news detection from the perspectives of tasks and problems, algorithms, datasets, and so on. First, this paper illustrates the task definition and core problems of fact-based fake news detection. Next, existing approaches are summarized and organized in terms of algorithms. Subsequently, classic and newly published datasets are analyzed, and extended by summarizing experimental results evaluation. Finally, this paper elaborates on the pros and cons of existing approaches from an overall perspective, pointing out some substantial challenges and expectations of this field. Due to the light absorption and scattering induced by the water medium, underwater images usually suffer from some degradation problems, such as low contrast, color distortion, and blurring details, which aggravate the difficulty of downstream underwater understanding tasks. Therefore, how to obtain clear and visually pleasant images has become a common concern of people, and the task of underwater image enhancement (UIE) has also emerged as the times require. Among existing UIE methods, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) based methods perform well in visual aesthetics, while the physical model-based methods have better scene adaptability. Inheriting the advantages of the above two types of models, we propose a physical model-guided GAN model for UIE in this paper, referred to as PUGAN. The entire network is under the GAN architecture. On the one hand, we design a Parameters Estimation subnetwork (Par-subnet) to learn the parameters for physical model inversion, and use the generated color enhancement image as auxiliary information for the Two-Stream Interaction Enhancement subnetwork (TSIE-subnet). Meanwhile, we design a Degradation Quantization (DQ) module in TSIE-subnet to quantize scene degradation, thereby achieving reinforcing enhancement of key regions. On the other hand, we design the Dual-Discriminators for the style-content adversarial constraint, promoting the authenticity and visual aesthetics of the results. Extensive experiments on three benchmark datasets demonstrate that our PUGAN outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both qualitative and quantitative metrics. An emerging fluid antenna system (FAS) brings a new dimension, i.e., the antenna positions, to deal with the deep fading, but simultaneously introduces challenges related to the transmit design. This paper proposes an "unsupervised learning to optimize" paradigm to optimize the FAS. Particularly, we formulate the sum-rate and energy efficiency (EE) maximization problems for a multiple-user multiple-input single-output (MU-MISO) FAS and solved by a two-stage graph neural network (GNN) where the first stage and the second stage are for the inference of antenna positions and beamforming vectors, respectively. The outputs of the two stages are jointly input into a unsupervised loss function to train the two-stage GNN. The numerical results demonstrates that the advantages of the FAS for performance improvement and the two-stage GNN for real-time and scalable optimization. The processor's performance Monitor Unit (PMU) allows the recording of architectural and microarchitectural events for profiling purposes. In this study, we reveal a security issue caused by the fact that current PMU implementations are capable of recording some events that happened during transient executions. We propose the PMU -Spill attack, a new kind of attack that enables attackers to maliciously leak the secret data in transient executions. We demonstrate on real hardware that PMU -Spill attack can leak the secret data stored in Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX). In addition, we perform a thorough study to reveal all the vulnerable PMU counters and find that 20 of them can be used to achieve PMU -Spill attack. Our experiments suggest that the throughput of PMU -Spill attack is up to 575.3 bytes per second (Bps) with an average error rate of 1.89% when leaking the SGX-protected secret data.

We consider event extraction in a generative manner with template-based conditional generation. Although there is a rising trend of casting the task of event extraction as a sequence generation problem with prompts, these generation-based methods have two significant challenges, including using suboptimal prompts and static event type information. In this paper, we propose a generative template-based event extraction method with dynamic prefix (GTEE-DYNPREF) by integrating context information with type-specific prefixes to learn a context-specific prefix for each context. Experimental results show that our model achieves competitive results with the state-of-the-art classification-based model ONEIE on ACE 2005 and achieves the best performances on ERE. Language impairment may be an important early manifestation of dementia. In this study, we propose a multi-feature fusion to distinguish MCI and AD patients. In this paper, a set of acoustic, demographic and linguistic features were selected, and after data processing, logistic regression algorithm was used to diagnose MCI and AD patients. In order to get better results, comparative experiments are also effectively conducted, including different combination methods and different group distinctions with the three most popular algorithms. Studies have shown that this method is more advantageous and the classification results are more accurate.

Communication gap among deafened and dumb communal, general public sign language recognition is a significant milestone, so we come with sign language translator that convert given gestures into textual form (alphabets and digits). It makes speech recognition of textual form and enable the user to listen about the gestures they passed. In this study a dataset of 44 gestures that include alphabets and digits is used and proposed an intelligent hand gesture recognition system empowered with CNN. Proposed model is used for preprocessing of input image and then make use of threshold to eliminate noise from image and smoothen the photo. Region filling is applied to fill holes in the object of interest. The training of data collected is done through CNN keras model using TensorFlow as a backend. After training data is classified. Testing of data is done using keras model. After testing is accomplished gesture recognition took place as user pass the gesture and window display a textual form of given gesture as well as convert it into speech form.
