In response to the national dual carbon policy, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) are currently attracting much attention. This paper proposes optimal CCUS planning for multi-energy system. In this multi-energy system, transmission network and natural gas network are coupled via conversion and storage devices in the energy hubs. The CCUS planning is formulated based on a source-sink matching method to analyze the CO2 capture points, CO 2 storage points and CO 2 transportation routes. Furthermore, the original CCUS planning problem is reformulated as a mixed integer second order cone programming (MISOCP) and subsequently solved to guarantee a satisfactory convergence performance. Numerical studies on an urban multi-energy system are implemented to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methodology over conventional scheme.

Based on the background of photovoltaic development in the whole county and the demand for energy storage on the user-side, this paper establishes an economic evaluation model of user-side photovoltaic energy storage system considering shared energy storage. Firstly, three schemes of no energy storage, independent energy storage and shared energy storage are proposed, and the influence of photovoltaic energy storage system loss on annual power generation is considered. Secondly, based on the whole life cycle theory, the cost and benefit model of the user-side photovoltaic energy storage system is established, and the unit electricity cost of the user is used as the evaluation index. Finally, the relevant data of user in hubei area are analyzed as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and provide reference for the investment of related projects.

Compared with separate solar or wind generation, the hybrid wind-solar-hydro renewable portfolio can achieve better generation characteristics due to their temporal-spatial complementarities. This paper proposes optimal portfolio of wind-solar-hydro hybrid renewable generation based on variable speed pumped storage (VSPS). In this portfolio, the complementarities of hydro-solar-wind hybrid renewable energy sources (RESs) are fully exploited via various conversion and storage devices for zero carbon 100% renewable supplies. Compared to traditional fixed speed pumped storage (FSPS), the VSPS has obvious advantages in power regulation and renewable accommodation, which is comprehensively modeled to capture its dynamic operational dispatchability and flexibility. The portfolio production, conversion, storage, and consumption are formulated via a two-stage framework, which takes the minimum system investment cost as the objective function. Case studies on southwest China are performed to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methodology on cost-effective accommodation.

This paper investigates the delay-dependent stability of time-delayed load frequency control (LFC) systems with multiple energy structures based on Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technology. Firstly, a multi-area delayed LFC model considering multiple renewable energy structures is established. Then, in order to improve the computation efficiency of stability analysis of large scale LFC systems, a new reconstruction technique for system model is proposed. Next, the improved delay-dependent stability criteria are established based on reconstructed model by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, case studies are based on two-area LFC systems. Comparing with the criterion based on the original model without reconstruction, the calculation efficiency of proposed stability criteria has been greatly improved with the cost of small accuracy, and the calculation accuracy is better than the previous methods.

This paper considers the problem of long-term target tracking in complex scenes when tracking failures are unavoidable due to illumination change,target deformation,scale change,motion blur,and other *** specifically,a target tracking algorithm,called re-detection multi-feature fusion,is proposed based on the fusion of scale-adaptive kernel correlation filtering and *** target tracking algorithm trains three kernel correlation filters based on the histogram of oriented gradients,colour name,and local binary pattern features and then obtains the fusion weight of response graphs corresponding to different features based on average peak correlation energy criterion and uses weighted average to complete the position estimation of the tracked *** order to deal with the problem that the target is occluded and disappears in the tracking process,a random fern classifier is trained to perform re-detection when the target is *** comparing the OTB-50 target tracking dataset,the experimental results show that the proposed tracker can track the target well in the occlusion attribute video sequence in the OTB-100 test dataset and has a certain improvement in tracking accuracy and success rate compared with the traditional correlation filter tracker.

This paper focuses on the problem of stability analysis for Takagi-Sugeno systems with time-varying delays. Firstly, a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) containing fuzzy line-integral Lyapunov functional is constructed, which can introduce membership functions information while avoiding emerging the time-derivatives of membership functions. Then, a generalized free-matrix-based integral inequality is applied to estimate the derivative of the LKF. As a result, a less conservative stability criterion is obtained. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to illustrate the effectiveness and merits of our method.

To address issues such as low levels of mobile informationization in steel enterprises and the lack of an industry-specific mobile application platform, it is of great significance to establish a shared mobile application platform for the steel industry. In this paper, the requirements of the platform were analyzed, and the platform's functions were designed. The software design of the platform was then carried out, and the entire mobile application sharing platform was developed, effectively improving the production management efficiency of steel enterprises. The results indicate that the platform can effectively meet the needs of steel enterprises and has significant engineering significance.

This paper presents an interactive motion control method based on reinforcement learning, designed to assist children with autism who have social motor impairments through a mirror game intervention. The virtual teacher uses the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm to optimize its actions, guiding the participant to follow a Lissajous trajectory. To ensure safety, a motion-correction mechanism was developed, which automatically adjusts actions when the predicted trajectory surpasses predefined safety boundaries. The reward function considers both the distance between the virtual teacher and the target trajectory, as well as the distance between the virtual teacher and the participant, with dynamic adjustments applied by the motion-correction mechanism. Experimental results demonstrate that the virtual teacher effectively guides the participant towards the target trajectory while adhering to safety constraints.

The tracker based on Siamese neural network is currently a technical method with high accuracy in the tracking *** the introduction of transformer in the visual tracking field, the attention mechanism has gradually emerged in tracking ***, due to the characteristics of attention operation, Transformer usually has slow convergence speed, and its pixel-level correlation discrimination in tracking is more likely to lead to overfitting, which is not conducive to long-term tracking. A brand new framework FAT was designed, which is the improvement of MixFormer. The operation for simultaneous feature extraction and target information integration in MixFormer is retained, and the Mixing block is introduced to suppress the background as much as possible before the information interaction. In addition, a new operation is designed: the result of region-level crosscorrelation is used as a guidance to help the learning of pixel-level cross-correlation in attention, thereby accelerating the model convergence speed and enhancing the model generalization. Finally, a joint loss function is designed to further improve the accuracy of the model. Experiments show that the presented tracker achieves excellent performance on five benchmark datasets.
