This article studies the time-varying formation (TVF) problem of multiagent systems (MASs) with different time delays. By designing the control protocol, the followers could achieve the desired TVF. Considering different communication delays, based on graph theory and stability theory, sufficient conditions for the system to realize TVF are obtained. Finally, the numerical example is employed to validate the effectiveness of theoretical results. © 2023 The authors and IOS Press.

Walking with a load brings a significant burden to human shoulders,resulting in increasing metabolic energy consumption and the risk of skeleton and muscle *** backpack has been widely conducted for load-bearing walking,but exiting time-dependent control methods and event-based control methods are unable to exploit the characteristics of human gait *** this case,a time-independent control(TIC) method capable of eliminating the time dependence and adapting to variable speed is *** on the dynamical model of human-backpack system,an assistance profile along with the parameter optimization method are introduced which allows the backpack to reduce the burden on human shoulders during load-bearing *** the simulation evaluation,the proposed TIC method is compared with an impedance controller based time-dependent method and a locked backpack,under both constant speed and variable speed *** results demonstrates that the TIC case achieves an 89.1% reduction in dynamic load on shoulder under the condition of constant speed and a 78.2% reduction under the condition of variable speed,compared with the LOCKED case.

The sccheduling for pushing plan during the coking process critically affects the efficiency and stability of production. However, the complexity with mutiple-stage during production makes it difficult to design an efficient coke pushing plan. To address this issue, this paper proposes a scheduling method based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Firstly, the fuzzy c-means clustering is utilized to categorize actual operating conditions as either normal or abnormal, thereby facilitating the scheduling of pushing plan under disparate conditions. Subsequently, the scheduling problem for the pushing plan is transformed into a traveling salesman problem, and scheduling models under various conditions are established. Finally, to accelerate the convergence and enhance the algorithm's global search capability, an adaptive inertia adjustment strategy is employed to dynamically regulate the velocity and position of particles. The proposed method has been implemented in the coking process. Through the analysis of application results, the completion coefficient of pushing plan has been increased by 4.25%, demonstrating that the proposed has advantages in scheduling the pushing plan during the actual coking process.

During super low frequency (SLF) magnetic induction communication, the sensitive antenna carried by autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) is highly susceptible to vibration, resulting in a large amount of noise in communication signals, which seriously affects communication performance. The type of motion-induced noise typically exhibits randomness and nonlinearity. Based on the strong correlation between the motion-induced noise and the antenna's vibration signal, we propose a multi-channel normalized least mean square (MCNLMS) algorithm. The algorithm utilizes the six degrees of freedom vibration acceleration information from both ends of the magnetic antenna as the reference signal input for the canceller, providing more comprehensive information related to motion-induced noise than the single-channel adaptive noise cancellation algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the MCNLMS algorithm demonstrates effective suppression of the motion-induced noise, achieving an average reduction of approximately 7 dB within the 160–170 Hz communication band. Additionally, it exhibits improved stability and faster convergence.

Large commercial complex projects have the characteristics of large roof area and high electricity price, and the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation has great potential. In this paper, a feasibility evaluation model of distributed photovoltaic power generation in large commercial buildings is established from the aspects of solar energy resources, power generation, economics and environmental benefits. A commercial complex photovoltaic project in Jinan is used as an example. In the case of fully considering the project operating cost and environmental benefits, the feasibility of the project under different power consumption modes is analyzed. The research results show that the economy of large-scale commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in class III solar resource areas such as Jinan is directly related to the power consumption mode. When the "spontaneous self-use" mode is adopted, the economic benefits of the project are good and the feasibility is strong;When the "excess electricity goes into the power grid" mode is adopted, the economic benefits gradually deteriorate with the increase of the proportion into the power grid, but considering the environmental protection benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects, it is still feasible;When the "full the power goes into the power grid" mode is adopted, the economic benefit is poor, and the project is basically not feasible. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Multi-Agent Coverage control in Non-Convex Annulus Region with Conformal Mapping

Efficiently fulfilling coverage tasks in non-convex regions has long been a significant challenge for multi-agent systems (MASs). By leveraging conformal mapping, this paper introduces a novel sectorial coverage formulation to transform a non-convex annulus region into a topologically equivalent one. This approach enables the deployment of MASs in a non-star-shaped region while optimizing coverage performance and achieving load balance among sub-regions. It provides a unique perspective on the partitioned sub-regions to highlight the geodesic convex property of the non-star-shaped region. By utilizing the sectorial partition mechanism and the diffeomorphism property of conformal mapping, a decentralized control law is designed to drive MASs towards a desired configuration, which not only optimizes the global coverage cost but also ensures exponential convergence of equitable workload. Moreover, an iterative search algorithm is developed to identify the optimal approximation of multi-agent deployment in the non-star-shaped region. Theoretical analysis is conducted to confirm the asymptotic stability and global convergence with arbitrary small tolerance of the closed-loop system. Finally, numerical simulations demonstrate the practicality of the proposed coverage formulation with conformal mapping. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Accurately and promptly detecting the pipeline anomaly is crucial to the safe operation of pipeline systems, while a difficulty lies in that many existing methods require massive data for training models. However, pipelines are running under normal state for the most of the time, and labeled pipeline anomaly data is usually scarce. Among the commonly used sensors, vibration sensors are widely utilized in pipeline detection because of their advantages such as easy installation and high sensitivity. However, the vibration signal shows non-stationary characteristics when anomalies occur, and are contaminated by noises, making it difficult to represent the actual state with features extracted from either the time or frequency domain. Accordingly, this paper proposes a pipeline anomaly detection method based on the KPCA (kernel principal component analysis) and cosine distance prototypical network. First, features are extracted from original signals; then, the feature dimension is reduced by KPCA; last, the cosine distance is introduced to the prototypical network for anomaly detection. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by case studies involving experimental data.

Path planning is one of the most critical links in mobile robots. Its timeliness, security and accessibility are crucial to the development and wide application of mobile robots. However, in solving the problem of path planning, the most popular A* algorithm has some problems, such as heuristic function cannot be estimated accurately, node redundancy, path is not smooth, and obstacle avoidance cannot be achieved in real time. To solve these problems, A fusion algorithm of improved A* combined with reverse path and dynamic window method(DWA-IMP-A*) was proposed. The algorithm refines the heuristic function by incorporating the reverse path. The node optimization algorithm is used to further reduce the path length. The generated trajectories are smoothed by cubic spline interpolation. At the same time, it is integrated with the improved DWA algorithm to improve the efficiency and safety of robot path planning. The algorithm takes ROS mobile robot as the carrier and is tested under typical road conditions. Compared with A* algorithm, the planning time is reduced by 54.6% and the path length is reduced by 6.37%. Experimental results verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm. The research results have certain reference significance for the path planning of various types of mobile robots and the research of driverless vehicles.

How to realize the high power factor, high efficiency, miniaturization and high power density of AC-DC converter is the key problem of battery charging applications. In this paper, an isolated AC-DC converter is proposed. The input voltage is rectified by the first stage AC-DC conversion, and the output is stabilized by the series resonant converter at the secondary stage. A sinusoidal modulation method is adopted to realize the constant current output characteristic independent of load. Then through the output current control loop and the PFC control loop, the constant current output and input high power factor are realized. The design of high switching frequency and resonant frequency provides conditions for high power density and miniaturization of converter design. Finally, the simulation of rated power of 960W was built by Matlab-simulink, which verified the rationality of the converter design.
