In order to improve the accuracy of short-term power load forecasting, an algorithm that simultaneously optimizes SVR parameters and optimizes the selection of input features is proposed. Firstly, the input features are selected by BP neural network. In order to avoid the influence of the randomness of the initial weights and thresholds on the optimization, the GA algorithm is used to optimize the weights and thresholds. Secondly, using GA algorithm to optimize the parameters of support vector regression, a short-term load forecasting model based on GA-BPNN-SVR optimization algorithm is obtained. Finally, the GA-BPNN-SVR model is applied to practical short-term power load forecasting, and the forecasting effect is compared with that of GA-SVM and BPNN-SVR models. The results show that the average absolute percentage error obtained by this method is only 1.74%, which is 1.64% and 3.11% lower than the average absolute percentage error obtained with GA-SVM model and BPNN-SVR. When the manipulator performs the assembling task, the performance of the system is easily affected by external interference and parameter changes, resulting in slow tracking response speed and low tracking accuracy. In order to improve the stability and robustness of the controller, a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller with quantification factor and proportionality factor is designed based on the fuzzy PID control. The parameters of the PID controller are dynamically fine-tuned by the fuzzy controller 1, and the quantification factor and proportionality factor are adjusted online by the modifying fuzzy controller 2 to fine-tune the parameters of PID controller. The control effect and robustness of the improved fuzzy PID controller to the manipulator system are simulated and verified on the MATLAB/Simulink platform. The simulation results show that the proposed method significantly improves the transient response speed, tracking accuracy and follower characteristics of the system, and has good dynamic performance. In this paper, the fault detection problem has been investigated for networked singularly perturbed systems with time delays under the stochastic communication protocol (SCP). To avoid/alleviate the undesired data collisions, the SCP is introduced to schedule the data transmissions, under which the sensor nodes obtain access to the communication network according to a stochastic sequence with a known probability distribution. Our aim is to design a fault detection filter (FDF) such that, for all external disturbances and the transmitted measurements under the SCP, the error between the residual and the fault is made as small as possible. Based on the discrete Wirtinger-based inequality, a sufficient condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is derived, which guarantees the existence of the desired FDF for any singular perturbation parameter belonging to a predefined interval. When these LMIs are feasible, the parameters of the desired FDF are explicitly given. Predicting circRNA-Disease Associations by Using Multi-Biomolecular Networks Based on Variational Graph Auto-Encoder with Attention Mechanism

CircRNA-disease association(CDA) can provide a new direction for the treatment of diseases. However,traditional biological experiment is time-consuming and expensive, this urges us to propose the reliable computational model to predict the associations between circRNAs and diseases. And there is existing more and more evidence indicates that the combination of multi-biomolecular information can improve the prediction accuracy. We propose a novel computational model for CDA prediction named MBCDA, we collect the multi-biomolecular information including circRNA, disease, miRNA and lncRNA based on 6 databases, and construct three heterogeneous network among them, then the multi-heads graph attention networks are applied to these three networks to extract the features of circRNAs and diseases from different views, the obtained features are put into variational graph auto-encoder(VGAE) network to learn the latent distributions of the nodes, a fully connected neural network is adopted to further process the output of VGAE and uses sigmoid function to obtain the predicted probabilities of circRNA-disease *** a result, MBCDA achieved the values of AUC and AUPR under 5-fold cross-validation of 0.893 and 0.887. MBCDA was applied to the analysis of the top-25 predicted associations between circRNAs and diseases, these experimental results show that our proposed MBCDA is a powerful computational model for CDA prediction.

Accuracy analysis for distributed dynamic state estimation in large-scale systems with a cyclic network graph

This paper addresses a distributed dynamic state estimation problem in large-scale systems characterized by a cyclic network graph. The objective is to develop a distributed estimation algorithm for each node to generate local state estimations, based on the coupled measurements and boundary information exchanged with neighboring nodes. Our proposed approach is grounded in the maximum a posteriori(MAP)estimation method, which yields suboptimal results in acyclic network graphs compared with the centralized MAP approach. We extend this approach to systems with a cyclic network graph. Furthermore, we provide an accuracy analysis by deriving bounds for the differences in estimation error covariance and state estimation between the proposed distributed algorithm and the suboptimal centralized MAP method. These bounds apply to a specific category of systems that satisfy certain conditions, including cyclic topology and sparse connections. We demonstrate that these bounds converge asymptotically, with the rate of convergence determined by the loop-free depth of the graph. The loop-free depth of the graph refers to the maximum number of nodes that can be traversed in a cycle without revisiting any node. Finally, we demonstrate the validity of the algorithm through numerical examples.

Objective In phase-sensitive optical time-domain reflectometers (Ф‑OTDRs), coherent and polarization fading caused by inherent destructive interference and polarization mismatch, affect phase restoration performance. Traditional signal fading suppression methods typically require additional hardware structures, which increases system complexity and cost. Moreover, vibration signals are non- stationary with complex frequency components, which further increases the fading suppression challenge. Therefore, it is of paramount significance to investigate a novel signal fading suppression method to achieve accurate phase reconstruction on the simplest structure in scientific research and engineering applications. Methods In this study, the random signal fading process in Ф- OTDR is analyzed, and it is confirmed that the fading point phase is a random noise value that follows uniform distribution. Using the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm, phase noise including phase accumulation noise and laser frequency drift is filtered out and phase information modulated by external vibration is extracted. The extracted phase data are subsequently organized into a two-dimensional space-time map, which are input into a generative adversarial network (GAN) to realize the repair of the fading data. The GAN training dataset, which is generated using software simulation, contains a total of 12000 images including the phase spectra of sinusoidal, square, and triangular wave vibration signals, Gaussian pulse vibration signal, and random vibration signal. Results and Discussions Experiments are designed as follows. The total length of the sensing fiber is 10.12 km, which is connected by three sections of single-mode fibers of 4.17, 1.92, and 3.95 km in length, respectively. A piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) is connected between each section of fiber and driven by the signal generator to produce the required vibration signal. This work looks into the quantized impulsive consensus challenges of nonlinear leader-following multi-agent *** graph theory,principle of differential dynamics,logarithmic quantizer,matrix theory,and the Lyapunov function,among other things,are used to investigate the key discoveries on *** appropriate consensus protocols which contain quantized all agents' relative state information and quantized a part of agents' relative state *** the sake of reducing communication consumption and energy,we combine two control strategies and design two control protocols according to the characteristics of quantized control and impulsive *** a series of deductions,we find that under quantized impulsive control,multi-agent systems can achieve consensus as long as certain sufficient conditions are ***,the simulation example demonstrates the validity and correctness of this papers theoretical approach.

In situ generation of Li_(3)N concentration gradient in 3D carbon-based lithium anodes towards highly-stable lithium metal batteries

The uncontrolled dendrite growth of lithium metal anodes(LMAs)caused by unstable anode/electrolyte interface and uneven lithium deposition have impeded the practical applications of lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Constructing a robust artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and regulating the lithium deposition behavior is an effective strategy to address these ***,a three-dimensional(3D)lithium anode with gradient Li_(3)N has been in-situ fabricated on carbon-based framework by thermal diffusion method(denoted as CC/Li/Li_(3)N).Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that Li_(3)N can effectively promote the transport of Li^(+)due to the low energy barrier of Li^(+)*** expected,the Li_(3)N-rich conformal artificial SEI film can not only effectively stabilize the interface and avoid parasitic reactions,but also facilitate fast Li^(+)transport across the SEI *** anode matrix with uniformly distributed Li3N can enable homogenous deposition of Li,thus preventing Li dendrite *** from these merits,the CC/Li/Li_(3)N anode achieves ultralong-term cycling for>1000 h at a current density of 2 m A cm^(-2)and dendrite-free Li deposition at an ultrahigh rate of 20 m A cm^(-2).Moreover,the full cells coupled with LiFePO4cathodes show extraordinary cycling stability for>300 cycles in liquidelectrolyte-based batteries and display a high-capacity retention of 96.7%after 100 cycles in solid-state cells,demonstrating the promising prospects for the practical applications of LMBs.

This paper investigates the problem of the strictly (\mathcal{Q}, \mathcal{S}, \mathcal{R})-\gamma -dissipativity analysis for Markovian jump neural networks with a time-varying delay. By employing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using the extended relaxed integral inequality to estimate its derivative, a delay-dependent and mode-dependent condition that guarantee the considered Markovian jump neural networks strictly (\mathcal{Q}, \mathcal{S}, \mathcal{R})-\gamma -dissipative is derived. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2018 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
