In this letter, leader-following consensus of a nonlinear MASs satisfying Lipschitz conditions with partial actuator saturation constraints is investigated First of all, an impulse control protocol which only requires local information of agents and their neighbors is proposed. Then, using Lyapunov stability theory, impulse control theory, and algebraic graph theory, sufficient conditions for the consensus of multi-agent systems are provided. Ultimately, numerical simulations are employed to show that the research findings are accurate. © 2022 IEEE.

How to choose a suitable lithium battery management system (BMS) sensor is a dilemma. The accuracy of state of charge (SOC) estimation is easily disturbed by sensor measurement errors. In order to solve such problem, based on the second-order RC equivalent circuit model, this paper adopts least square method with forgetting factor, combined with extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm to estimate SOC. This paper focuses on the influence of measurement deviation and noise of current and voltage sensors on SOC estimation through simulation. The results show that the online identification model has good SOC estimation accuracy, but it is sensitive to voltage and current noise and is easily affected by current deviation. For the battery in the experiment, if the SOC estimation error is expected to be less than 5%, the sensor accuracy requirement of the online identification model is that the current deviation and noise standard deviation shall not exceed 15 and 210 mA, and the voltage deviation and noise standard deviation shall not exceed 7 and 35 mV. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. The control objective of Pendubot is to stabilise the system in a vertically upward position by swinging up from a vertically downward position. Facing various physical constraints in practical applications, this paper proposes a swing-up stabil-isation control strategy based on a nonlinear model prediction method to accomplish the above control objective. On the basis of the system dynamics model, the forward Euler method is used to construct a nonlinear prediction model of the system. According to the control objectives and physical constraints of the system, the performance index function is designed, and then the control inputs of each sampling cycle are obtained through rolling optimisation and feedback correction, so that the system state gradually converges to the target trajectory, thus achieving the motion control objective. Based on the simulation results, it can be seen that the strategy proposed in this paper is efficient and robust under external disturbances. © 2023 IEEE.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the external characteristic parameters of lithium-ion battery and the aging mechanism. An electrochemical model of SEI side reaction battery aging is established. The incremental capacity (IC) analysis is then adopted to analyze the discharge data after aging. The results show that, as the cycle progresses, SEI side reactions continue to consume active lithium ions, resulting in reduced battery capacity. At the same time, the internal resistance of the battery increases, and the IC curve moves in the direction of voltage reduction, and the peak ➀ of the IC curve decreases. The Pearson correlation coefficient between the characteristic parameters of peak ➀ and the State of Health (SOH) of the battery can be calculated. The correlations between the peak, the peak area and the SOH are as high as 0.9998. And since the change of peak ➀ of the IC curve is only related to the loss of active lithium ion. Therefore, by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient of peak value, peak area and SOH of peak ➀,it can be proved that the loss of active lithium ion occurs in lithium batteries when the correlation degree is large enough. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. The equivalent consumption minimization strategy (ECMS) is an instantaneous optimization method implemented online for hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) to improve fuel economy. To fulfill the near-optimal performance of ECMS, equivalent factors (EFs) must be well tuned for different powertrains and driving cycles. This study proposes a hierarchical offline optimization framework which tunes the penalty value of state of charge (SOC) balance in the outer layer and optimizes EFs based on heuristic algorithms in the inner layer. A comprehensive analysis is conducted to evaluate three heuristic algorithms, including the genetic algorithm (GA), the nonlinear-inertia-decreasing particle swarm optimization algorithm (NLPSO), and the novel firefly algorithm (FA). The traversal optimization method (TOM) is chosen as the benchmark. Besides, a sensitivity analysis is carried out to reveal the impact of the penalty value on the battery SOC balance. The simulation results confirm that the battery SOC balance positively relates to the penalty value. However, the biggest penalty value is not always the optimal choice. The comparative results show that the GA and NLPSO can lessen 99.86% and 99.87% of the computational burden but increase the fuel consumption by 4.44% and 4.26%, respectively, compared to TOM. On the other hand, FA can reduce computational time by 99.87% with a 1.85% loss of fuel economy, which is superior to the other two heuristic algorithms in terms of optimality and computational cost. © 2022 SAE International.

The evaluation of toxicity related to polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs)and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls(DL-PCBs)is crucial for a comprehensive risk assessment in real-world exposure *** study employed a controlled feeding experiment to investigate the metabolic effects of dioxin-like compounds(DLCs)on laying hens via feed *** enriched with two concentrations(1.17 and 5.13 pg toxic equivalents(TEQ)/g dry weight(dw))were administered over 14 days,followed by 28 days of clean *** analyses of blood samples revealed significant metabolic variations between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs exposed groups and controls,reflecting the induced metabolic *** changes were observed in sphingosine,palmitoleic acid,linoleate,linolenic acid,taurocholic acid,indole acrylic acid,and dibutyl phthalate levels,implying possible connections between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs toxic effects and energy-neuronal imbalances,along with lipid accumulation and anomalous amino acid metabolism,impacting taurine ***,we identified three differential endogenous metabolites—L-tryptophan,indole-3-acetaldehyde,and indole acrylic acid—as potential ligands for the aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR),suggesting their role inmediating PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs *** comprehensive investigation provides novel insights into the metabolic alterations induced by PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs in laying hens,thereby enhancing our ability to assess risks associated with their exposure in human populations.

Planetary gearboxes find extensive application in wind power generation, aerospace, industrial production and other fields. Harsh operational conditions and prolonged periods of continuous work often lead to various gear damages. Therefore, it is important to continuously monitor the health status of planetary gearboxes. However, the fault-sensitive frequencies of planetary gearboxes used in the existing signal models and fault diagnosis indicators are calculated theoretically or searched artificially. In response to this, this paper proposes a strategy for identifying fault-sensitive frequencies in planetary gearboxes intelligently by combining spectral amplitude analysis with three models: Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Deep Neural Network (DNN). Experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

With the outbreak of environmental problems and energy crisis, human beings are exploring new energy sources more and more deeply. As the installed capacity of energy storage devices increases and the coverage of distributed energy storage systems becomes more and more extensive, the power grid puts forward higher requirements on its fault ride-through capability. To address this problem, this paper investigates the short-circuit fault ride-through technology of grid-forming inverter systems and proposes a control scheme for switching between grid-forming and grid-following systems. The scheme can switch to grid-following control model when a fault occurs in the grid, and then switch back to grid-forming system when the short-circuit fault is repaired, thus ensuring the stable operation of the power system and controlling the current value during the short-circuit fault to prevent over-current situation. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is further verified by combining MATLAB/Simulink simulations and experiments.
