With the rapid development of sequencing technology, researchers can obtain a large number of single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data which is useful for analysis of cell fate decision and growth process at individual cell resolution. But due to the limitations of sequencing technology, the data acquired has dropouts which may affect the results of down-steam analysis. Therefore, many algorithms have been proposed to impute the data before clustering, here in, imputation and clustering are considered as two separate processing stage. In this paper, we adopt a clustering algorithm—Incomplete Multiple Kernel k-means Clustering with Mutual Kernel Completion (MKKM-IK-MKC) to analyze scRNA-seq data. It unifies imputation and clustering into a process. Comparing with some existing "two stage" (imputation +clustering) algorithms, the experimental results on five scRNA-seq datasets from various species demonstrate the effective performance of our new proposed method.

This article deals with model- and data-based consensus control of heterogenous leader-following multi-agent systems (MASs) under an event-triggering transmission scheme. A dynamic periodic transmission protocol is developed to significantly alleviate the transmission frequency and computational burden, where the followers can interact locally with each other approaching the dynamics of the leader. Capitalizing on a discrete-time looped-functional, a model-based consensus condition for the closed-loop MASs is derived in form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), as well as a design method for obtaining the distributed controllers and event-triggering parameters. Upon collecting noise-corrupted state-input measurements during open-loop operation, a data-driven leader-following MAS representation is presented, and employed to solve the data-driven consensus control problem without requiring any knowledge of the agents' models. This result is then extended to the case of guaranteeing an H∞ performance. A simulation example is finally given to corroborate the efficacy of the proposed distributed event-triggering scheme in cutting off data transmissions and the data-driven design method. Since there is no external power supply in islanded microgrid, the waveform of output power is extremely vulnerable to negative effects of voltage fluctuation. In this paper, a state feedback voltage controller is proposed to track the reference voltage of the point of common coupling（PCC） for distributed generation unit in an islanded microgrid. It employs the internal model principle and optimal control approach to deal with the changes in the reference voltage. The state feedback gains of the controller are tuned by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II to improve the rapidity and accuracy of voltage tracking performance. Simulations in Matlab/Simulink show the effectiveness of voltage tracking performance with zero steadystate error in changing scenarios.

Blind source separation under an underdetermined reverberation environment is a very challenging issue. The classical method is based on the expectation maximization algorithm. However, it is limited to high reverberation environments, resulting in bad or even invalid separation performance. To eliminate this restriction, a room impulse response reshaping-based expectation maximization method is designed to solve the problem of blind signal separation in an underdetermined reverberant environment. Firstly, a room impulse response reshaping technology is designed to eliminate the influence of audible echo on the reverberant environment, improving the quality of the received signals. Then, a new mathematical model of time-frequency mixing signals is established to reduce the approximation error of model transformation caused by high reverberation. Furthermore, an improved expectation maximization method is proposed for real-time update learning rules of model parameters, and then the sources are separated using the estimators provided by the improved expectation maximization method. Experimental results based on source separation of speech and music mixtures demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves better separation performance while maintaining much better robustness than popular expectation maximization methods. © 2024, The Authors. This paper is concerned with $H_{\infty}$ performance analysis of aperiodic sampled-data systems by employing the input delay approach. Firstly, a novel augmented looped-functional (ALF) is presented under the double-side looped-functional technique, which considers coupled relationships among state vectors more fully than the current ones. Then, by using the Bessel-Legendre inequality to estimate the derivative of the ALF, a stability criterion is derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness and the advantages of the proposed criterion by comparing it with the existing ones.

In the field of electric power distribution network operation, most tasks involve contact operations. A key technology to enable the flexible operation of robots in live distribution network tasks is the installation of six-dimensional force sensors on the robot's end flange. These sensors allow the robot to perceive external environmental contact forces. However, the presence of the end load interferes with the accurate perception of external forces. Aiming at the gravity compensation of robot end load, an optimization algorithm of gravity compensation based on particle swarm optimization is proposed. In this method, the optimal solution model is established with the objective of minimum sum of squared errors, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to estimate the mounting declination angle of the force sensor and improve the precision of gravity compensation. The experiments show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the maximum gravity compensation error and the average gravity compensation error in each direction after optimization, in which the maximum gravity compensation error of the resultant force is reduced by 9.11% and the average gravity compensation error of the resultant force is reduced by 12.34%.

In this paper, a multi-feature extraction-based image identification method for rock debris in the drilling process is proposed, involving three main parts (trainable feature extractor, strong feature extraction, and classification). In trainable feature extractor, abstract features are obtained by extracting the full connection layer of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In strong feature extraction, the method uses Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and Color Coherence Vector (CCV) to get the strong feature. In classification, the extracted abstract features and strong features are concatenated and fed into the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Comparison results with two well-known methods indicated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Slope entropy (SlopEn) has been widely applied in fault diagnosis and has performed excellent performance, while SlopEn suffers from the problem of thresholds selection. Aim to further enhance the identifying capability of SlopEn in fault diagnosis, on basis of the SlopEn, the concept of hierarchy is combined and proposed new complexity feature, namely hierarchical slope entropy (HSlopEn). Meanwhile, the white shark optimizer (WSO) is applied to optimize the both HSlopEn and support vector machine (SVM), and WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM are proposed respectively. Then, a dual-optimization fault diagnosis method for rolling bearing based on WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM is put forward. Firstly, different types of bearing signals are input and decomposed into several nodes by hierarchical decomposition. Then taking the recognition rate as the fitness function, the parameters of HSlopEn and SVM are determined adaptively by WSO. After that, the WSO-HSlopEn of the nodes are extracted and single-feature and multi-features extraction are performed. Finally, the diagnosis results are output by WSO-SVM. Experimental results demonstrated that whether under single-feature or multi-features, based on WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM fault diagnosis method has the highest recognition rate compared to other hierarchical entropies;moreover, under multi-features, the recognition rates are all higher than 97.5%, and the more features we select, the better the recognition effect will be. when five nodes are selected, the highest recognition rate reaches 100%. © 2022, The Authors. Capacity Optimization of a Hybrid Energy Storage system Considering Wind-Solar Reliability Evaluation Based on a Novel Multi-Strategy Snake Optimization Algorithm

When the capacity configuration of a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) is optimized considering the reliability of a wind turbine and photovoltaic generator (PVG), the sequential Monte Carlo method is typically adopted to simulate the normal operation and fault probability of wind turbines and PVG units. The capacity optimization configuration model of the HESS is constructed with the life cost cycle (LCC) as an objective and the loss of power supply probability (LPSP) as constraints. The variational mode decomposition is used to decompose the unbalanced power in the wind-PV microgrid. The maximum power of the optimized the battery bank and the supercapacitor bank are used to determine the frequency division point, and the high-frequency power and low-frequency power are respectively allocated to the supercapacitor bank and the battery bank. When the snake optimizer (SO) is used to solve the nonconvex capacity optimization configuration model of the HESS, poor accuracy and stability are significant problems. The opposition-based learning, adaptive weight factor, and Lévy flight strategy are introduced in the algorithm framework. Twenty-three test functions show that multi strategy snake optimizer (MSO) significantly improves the accuracy and convergence speed compared with SO. Nine optimization algorithms including MSO are used to solve the capacity optimization problem of the HESS. The results show that MSO is superior to other algorithms in performance and numerical accuracy. It can reduce the LCC 4.5% and ensure that the capacity of the HESS meets the load demand when the wind turbine and PVGs are in a fault state. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

KCF is an excellent target tracking algorithm with fast computing speed and high ***,it performs poorly in complex tracking situations such as target deformation,motion blur,scale change and *** view of target deformation and motion blur,we designed a feature fusion method,which combines CN feature and HOG feature to enhance the expression ability of the *** view of the change of scale,the scale pool is *** improve the ability of anti occlusion,we improved the model updating mechanism and designed a SVM detector to detect the target after it is *** experiments on OTB-100 showed that the improved method achieves a great improvement compared with KCF,the accuracy increases by 4.2%,the success rate increases by 12.1%,and our algorithm meets the real-time requirements.
