This paper is concerned with the finite-horizon H quantized control problem for a class of discrete time-varying nonlinear networked control systems with earliest deadline first(EDF) *** schedule is employed in the channels both from sensor to controller and controller to ***,the measurement output signal and control signal are quantized by a logarithmic quantizer before they enter the controller and system,*** main purpose of the problem addressed is to design a dynamical output-feedback controller such that the prespecified H performance of the system is guaranteed over a given finite *** this end,a sufficient condition is firstly established for the existence of the desired output-feedback ***,the controller parameters are characterized by solving a recursive linear matrix ***,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.

In this paper, the set-membership filtering problem is investigated for a class of time-varying uncertain systems with censored measurements under Weighted Try-Once-Discard（WTOD） protocol. The system uncertainties are formulated by the norm-bounded conditions. The well-known Tobit Type I model is employed to formulate the censored measurements, which is caused by occlusion region, limit-of-detection or sensor faults. An indicator variable is introduced to obtain a unified form in order to address the censored nonlinearity. The WTOD protocol is designed to prevent data conflicts, under which only one node is allowed to transmit data at each instant. Via the mathematical induction, the existence condition of the set-membership filter is derived in terms of a set of recursive linear matrix inequalities, which can guarantee that the filtering error dynamics satisfies the given ellipsoid constraint. Then, the parameters of the filter can be obtained by using the convex optimization method, and the corresponding ellipsoid parameters are optimized. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

This work investigates the active suppression of stick-slip vibration based on the multi-modal analysis and equivalent-input-disturbance (EID) method. By building a lumped parameter model with a high degree of freedom, the multi-modal properties of the vibration are examined. The multi-modal disturbance signals of the drilling string system are analyzed using the variational modal decomposition method. The EID method is used to design a vibration suppression controller. The parameters in the EID method are adjusted based on the primary modal frequencies to obtain the equivalent disturbance at the appropriate frequency. According to the simulation results, the proposed approach improves the effectiveness of active vibration suppression of the drill string, which is of some significance in guiding the drilling operation.

Budget optimization is an important issue faced by advertisers in search auctions, and has significant impact on the design of various advertising strategies. Given a limited budget on a search market during a certain period, an advertiser has to distribute her budget to a series of sequential temporal slots (i.e., days, weeks, or months), during which advertisers must avoid the budget being used up quickly, so as to keep the budget for potential clicks with better performance in the future. Considering the optimal budgets over these temporal slots as fuzzy variables, we establish a two-stage fuzzy budget allocation model, and use particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve it in case when these optimal budgets are characterized by discrete fuzzy variables. We also conduct experiments to validate our model and algorithm. The experimental results show that our model can outperform other five budget allocation strategies in terms of reducing the revenue loss of the advertiser.

During the coal seam drilling process, the drill string is subject to compressive deformation, compounded by unpredictable variations in formation hardness and borehole wall friction, leading to challenges in maintaining a stable feeding speed. This paper presents a novel approach by introducing uncertain parameters to describe the effects of formation hardness and borehole wall friction. Drill string axial movement model is modeled as a polyhedral system based on a lumped parameter representation. To meet industrial performance requirements, we design a robust $H_{\infty}$ controller to achieve consistent feeding speed control. Our simulation results demonstrate the controller's effectiveness in ensuring system stability despite fluctuations in formation hardness and drill string friction.

This study considers the problem of periodic event-triggered (PET) cooperative output regulation for a class of linear multi-agent systems. The advantage of the PET output regulation is that the data transmission and triggered condition are only needed to be monitored at discrete sampling instants. It is assumed that only a small number of agents can have access to the system matrix and states of the leader. Meanwhile, the PET mechanism is considered not only in the communication between various agents, but also in the sensorto-controller and controller-to-actuator transmission channels for each agent. The above problem set-up will bring some challenges to the controller design and stability analysis. Based on a novel PET distributed observer, a PET dynamic output feedback control method is developed for each follower. Compared with the existing works, our method can naturally exclude the Zeno behavior, and the inter-event time becomes multiples of the sampling period. Furthermore, for every follower, the minimum inter-event time can be determined a prior, and computed directly without the knowledge of the leader information. past chemical industry accident cases include volume valuable information like precursor, equipment involved, relevant causes and experiences of emergence response. In-depth analysis and fully utilization of these information play an important decision-making role in controlling risk and enhancing safety performance in chemical industry. In this work, a survey of use of accident data is conducted around the world and the result shows that the detailed use of these information play an important role in preventing accidents. However, in china there much more needs to be done in the application of accident data. According to the needs of safety management of chemical plants, a simple and effective method of the use of chemical accident cases is proposed based on collecting and analyzing of a large number of chemical accident cases. And finally, a utilization system of chemical industry accident cases is implemented through Microsoft access 2010. The result shows that the system can realize the effective management and use of past chemical accident information.

Effective postprandial glucose control is important to glucose management for subjects with diabetes mellitus. In this work, a data-driven meal bolus decision method is proposed without the need of subject-specific glucose management parameters. The postprandial glucose dynamics is learnt using Gaussian process regression. Considering the asymmetric risks of hyper- and hypoglycemia and the uncertainties in the predicted glucose trajectories, an asymmetric risk-sensitive cost function is designed. Bayesian optimization is utilized to solve the optimization problem, since the gradient of the cost function is unavailable. The proposed approach is evaluated using the 10-adult cohort of the FDA-accepted UVA/Padova T1DM simulator and compared with the standard insulin bolus calculator. For the case of announced meals, the proposed method achieves satisfactory and similar performance in terms of mean glucose and percentage time in [70, 180] mg/dL without increasing the risk of hypoglycemia. Similar results are observed for the case without the meal information (assuming that the patient follows a consistent diet) and the case of basal rate mismatches. In addition, advisory-mode analysis is performed based on clinical data, which indicates that the method can determine safe and reasonable meal boluses in real clinical settings. The results verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method and indicate the feasibility of achieving improved postprandial glucose regulation through a data-driven optimal control method. © 2021, CC BY.

The Prediction of the Epidemic Trend of COVID-19 Using Neural Networks

In this paper, a BP neural network and an LSTM network are applied respectively to the prediction of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Wuhan, China and South Korea. The methods do not require specific theories of modelling and the predicted values can be obtained as long as the conventional parameters are set. The mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of all the experiments are below 5% and the values of the determinable coefficient R are all larger than 0.9. The experiments show that the models can fit the actual values well and make relatively accurate predictions. As of March 29, 2020, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Wuhan is expected to reach 50,068 using BP neural networks and 49,972 using LSTM network, respectively. As of April 13, 2020, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in South Korea is expected to reach 8,862 using BP neural networks and 8,716 using LSTM network, respectively. The models of neural networks are effective in predicting the trend of the COVID-19 epidemic, which is meaningful to prevent and control the epidemic.

Recently, with the development of both 3D sensors and 3D virtual network that bring the needs of interaction with the real world, many 3D applications burst out. However, it is difficult to understanding these three-dimensional scenes with a fixed program. Then, a data-driven method is required to process these 3D data, which brings a strong demand of 3D Deep Learning in 3D data. Towards this goal, with an end-to-end deep learning, the experiment is based on PointNet++, a well proposed method for feature extraction. The experiment optimizes the network structure and parameters to improve the classification results. Finally, the network is applied to tooth model for classification and identification so that the dental model can be found from different perspectives.
