In recent years,cooperative coverage control of multi-agent system(MAS)has attracted plenty of researchers in various fields[1,2].Different from multi-agent consensus or synchronization,multi-agent coverage control cares about how to coordinate a team of agents for effectively monitoring or covering a given terrain,which inevitably gives rise to the interaction between individual dynamics and external ***,environmental uncertainties that include static uncertainties and dynamic uncertainties and limited sensing capabilities of a single agent make it a great challenge to design control algorithms of MAS for achieving the desired coverage performance.

Lithology identification serves as a crucial foundation for the precise exploration and safe exploitation of geological resources. However, challenges arise from the inherent imbalance and overlap present in logging data, making the accurate identification of lithology a complex task. Addressing these challenges effectively, this paper introduces a novel algorithm, the Error Correcting Output Code algorithm based on Hierarchical Clustering(HC-ECOC). The proposed algorithm initially formulates a coding matrix using distance and overlap measures between class clusters. Subsequently, it extends the length of the coding matrix by considering both the accuracy of the integrated classifier and the diversity among base classifiers. To evaluate the efficacy of the proposed method, comparisons were conducted with alternative algorithms using UCI datasets and an authentic lithology dataset. The results unequivocally demonstrate the superior performance of our algorithm.

In the context of electrical power operation sites, the automated and accurate detection of whether workers are properly equipped with safety gear, such as safety clothing, helmets, and safety ropes for high-altitude operations, is crucial for ensuring the safety of personnel. Traditional object detection models often struggle to accurately identify these critical pieces of safety equipment in complex environments, due to variable object sizes, overlapping objects, and substantial background noise. To specifically address these challenges, we propose a novel loss function-Enhanced Alignment Intersection over Union (EAIoU) loss. This loss function is designed to enhance the model's ability to discriminate between closely spaced and overlapping safety gear in real-time, significantly improving robustness against scale variations and complex backgrounds. In experiments based on the YOLOv8s architecture, our model achieved a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 92.1 % on a dataset specific to electrical power operations, markedly outperforming traditional IoU loss functions. Additionally, EAIoU demonstrated improved performance on the COCO dataset, indicating its generalization capability across various complex scenarios. This research not only enhances the accuracy and real-time performance of safety equipment detection at electric power operation sites but also opens new avenues for advanced object detection technology in complex, multi-object environments.

Data-driven fault diagnosis methods have been widely applied at present. In the drilling process, there usually exists multiple failure modes resulting in the multi-scale of drilling fault data, which would bring challenges for the data-driven methods application in drilling. By considering the characteristics of multi-scale and multivariate, an original scheme based on mode decomposition and decision fusion is proposed for fault diagnosis of drilling process. Firstly, the raw data are decomposed and reconstructed into multiple groups of series. Then, for each group, the diagnosis model is established using the convolutional neural network (CNN), and several diagnostic results are obtained. Finally, all diagnostic results are fused by the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) evidence theory, and the fused result is taken as the final diagnostic result. The actual data based experiments illustrate the effectiveness of proposed method for improving the performance of drilling fault diagnosis.

Since the local neighborhood tracking error system for switching multi-agent systems (MASs) is time-varying, the existing optimal consensus method for fixed MASs cannot be used in switching MASs. This paper proposes a new approach to solve the optimal consensus problems of linear switching MASs. Firstly, a new augment local neighborhood tracking error (ALNTE) system, which is based on the joint communication topology, is developed to construct the control object, and the open-loop estimation method is used to estimate the ALNTE for individuals. Secondly, based on the ALNTE system, the performance index is designed, and the value iteration method is used to solve the coupled Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations and obtain the optimal control. Finally, theoretical analysis is given to prove the learning stability and control stability of the value iteration method, and a numerical simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Human pose recognition based on bone node data collected by depth camera is a key problem in the field of human-computer interaction. To improve the accuracy of human pose recognition, a new algorithm based on multiple features and random forest model is proposed. Firstly, a 93-dimensional vector is defined, which contains the coordinate feature of the joint and the distance feature, and the distance feature is selected according to the spatial position of the joint. Then, in the process of body pose recognition, the random forest model is combined with Bagging algorithm to ensure the balance of samples, so as to improve the classification performance of the classifier for different samples. Finally, the performance test of the constructed classifier is carried out on the UTKinect-action3D Dataset. The experimental result shows that the algorithm can effectively identify a variety of human posture, and the recognition rate reaches more than 90%. The fusion of multiple features is of great significance to improve the accuracy of human posture recognition. © 2021 SPIE.

Fluxgate sensors are widely used in the field of low frequency and weak vector magnetic field measurement because of their good performance, such as high resolution and low power consumption. However, during the long-term continuous observation, the drift errors of the fluxgate sensor will occur due to the variable ambient temperature. This paper proposes a temperature compensation method for fluxgate sensors based on polynomial fitting. First, a physical model of the temperature & fluxgate sensor was established on the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation platform, and the influence of temperature on the measurement performance of the fluxgate sensor was analyzed. Second, according to the existing temperature-magnetic field data, a temperature compensation model of the fluxgate sensor was constructed. And compared it with other temperature compensation method, the result shows that the proposed temperature compensation method is relatively simple and can better achieve real-time compensation for sensor application scenarios. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, numerous laboratory experiments were *** temperature drift is reduced from more than 500 nT before compensation to about 1 nT. The results show that the proposed method has a good temperature compensation effect on the data measured by the fluxgate sensor within a variable temperature background. In this paper, by using the flux-controlled memristor model, the finite-time synchronization problem of delayed complex-valued memristive neural networks (MCNNs) is studied. Firstly, according to the proposed memristor model, we model the MCNNs as continuous systems on voltage-flux-time $(\wp, \varpi, t)$ domain. Then, we design a class of approaches to realize state synchronization between the drive and response systems, and the corresponding synchronization conditions are achieved. Finally, the effectiveness of results is illustrated with the simulations.
