A Task Assignment Scheme Designed for Online Urban Sensing Based on Sparse Mobile Crowdsensing

Sparse Mobile Crowdsensing (SMCS) achieves urban-scale environmental sensing by assigning tasks to workers in specific subareas and inferring global data from the collected information. However, the effectiveness of SMCS is often limited because many studies overlook workers' mobility and data collection time during subarea selection, as well as the time constraints of the sensing cycle in task assignment. This may affect the task completion timeliness and data quality. To address these issues, we develop a subarea evaluation method based on deep reinforcement learning, considering both the temporal effectiveness of sensing tasks and the importance of subarea selection for data inference. Using the subarea evaluation values derived from this method, we establish an online urban sensing task assignment model which is subject to constraints of sensing cycle time and cost budget. This model aims to find the task assignment result that minimizes data inference error by maximizing the comprehensive utility value. Considering the characteristics of the task assignment model, we propose an evolutionary algorithm named OTA-EA, which is based on an improved genetic algorithm. Its enhanced evolutionary operators can avoid generating infeasible solutions while maintaining robust search and optimization performance. Lastly, we conduct experimental evaluations of these methods on the real-world datasets. The results demonstrate that our subarea evaluation method can significantly reduce the data inference error, and our evolutionary task assignment algorithm can achieve better task assignment results than the baseline algorithms. © 2014 IEEE.

With the outbreak of environmental problems and energy crisis, human beings are exploring new energy sources more and more deeply. As the installed capacity of energy storage devices increases and the coverage of distributed energy storage systems becomes more and more extensive, the power grid puts forward higher requirements on its fault ride-through capability. To address this problem, this paper investigates the short-circuit fault ride-through technology of grid-forming inverter systems and proposes a control scheme for switching between grid-forming and grid-following systems. The scheme can switch to grid-following control model when a fault occurs in the grid, and then switch back to grid-forming system when the short-circuit fault is repaired, thus ensuring the stable operation of the power system and controlling the current value during the short-circuit fault to prevent over-current situation. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is further verified by combining MATLAB/Simulink simulations and experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the efficiency of tea picking,a scheme combining ant colony algorithm and tea picking technology is proposed to plan the picking *** this scheme,k-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the tea picking regions with irregular *** ant colony algorithm is used to carry out path planning for tea in different picking areas,and the best picking effect is selected according to the simulation *** solve the problem of long searching time of ant colony algorithm,the condition of iteration termination is changed to adaptive value,and the optimal route after the last iteration is recorded as the initial value of the next *** simulation results show that the best effect is to divide two picking *** improved ant colony algorithm reduces the operation time and the planned picking path is shorter,which can enhance the real-time tea picking and improve the efficiency of tea picking.

In recent years,Siamese-based trackers have achieved excellent performance,most of them usually calculate the similarity of each position on the search region to the object through the cross-correlation layer for tracking obj *** solve the problem that the above method neglects the correspondence of the local information between the object and the search region and cannot adapt to the object deformation well,we propose a Siamese network-based tracker with position attention network(SiamPA).First,we use Siamese backbone network to extract template and search region ***,we adopt the boxguided object feature selection strategy to avoid similarity calculations for background *** addition,we introduce the position attention network instead of the cross-correlation layer to learn the part-level relationship between the object and the search region ***,the classification-regression sub-network is used to decode the similarity respond map obtained by the position attention network and predict the position of the *** contribution,one is to propose a box-guided method for refining object features,and the other is to introduce a position attention network for information *** on three challenging benchmarks including GOT-10 k,UAV123 and OTB-100 demonstrate that our SiamPA achieves excellent tracking performance with a real-time speed.

Accurately and promptly detecting the pipeline anomaly is crucial to the safe operation of pipeline systems, while a difficulty lies in that many existing methods require massive data for training models. However, pipelines are running under normal state for the most of the time, and labeled pipeline anomaly data is usually scarce. Among the commonly used sensors, vibration sensors are widely utilized in pipeline detection because of their advantages such as easy installation and high sensitivity. However, the vibration signal shows non-stationary characteristics when anomalies occur, and are contaminated by noises, making it difficult to represent the actual state with features extracted from either the time or frequency domain. Accordingly, this paper proposes a pipeline anomaly detection method based on the KPCA (kernel principal component analysis) and cosine distance prototypical network. First, features are extracted from original signals;then, the feature dimension is reduced by KPCA;last, the cosine distance is introduced to the prototypical network for anomaly detection. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by case studies involving experimental data. © 2025 IEEE.

The anti-sway issue with crane systems is discussed in this essay. Because cranes are undriveable and nonlinear, implementing anti-sway controllers becomes much more challenging. This work suggests a crane anti-sway controller that uses feedback linearization(FL) in conjunction with the Equivalent-Input-Disturbance (EID) technique to address the issues. to reduce the problem that the feedback linearization largely relies on the model's accuracy. The crane system is first treated as a linear system, after which the unmodeled disturbances, nonlinear components, and external disturbances of the system are treated as the total disturbances of the system, and the effects of these disturbances are then compensated for using disturbance estimation. Finally, simulation experiments confirm that the maximum steady-state fluctuations of the position and angle of the anti-sway controller based on the equivalent input disturbance method and the feedback linearization method are 14 and 6.85 percent, respectively, of those estimated without disturbances. This demonstrates the potency of this approach. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

As the basic construction of flexible mechanical systems, the flexible beam and its control problem have attracted widespread attention in recent years. This paper takes a flexible beam with pneumatic soft actuators (FBPSA) as the research object and studies its phenomenological modeling and end-point trajectory tracking control strategy. Firstly, we develop an experimental platform for the FBPSA and perform tests on it, gathering its input and output data. Using these collected data, we analyzed the motion characteristics of the FBPSA. Subsequently, a phenomenological model is established to describe the motion characteristics of the system, and the parameters of this model are identified through a large amount of the collected experimental data. Then, a combined feedforward-feedback control strategy is proposed to achieve the end-point trajectory tracking control of the system. Finally, three sets of experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of the established model and the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

High temperature rise of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor can lead to irreversible demagnetization of the motor permanent magnet, which can negatively affect the motor performance. To address this problem, a thermal modeling analysis method based on Transfer learning-Deep neural network (TL-DNN) was proposed in this paper. Its specific implementation steps include (1) corresponding to different heat source inputs, the equivalent thermal circuit method and the finite element analysis was adopted based on the structure and main parameters of PMLSM including overall average temperature rise, coil temperature rise and permanent magnet temperature rise from the data sets of the motor;(2) TL-DNN was used to fit the functional relationship between the input source features and the output targets based on the characteristics of the sample data sets. In order to verify the accuracy of the prediction model with small sample data sets, this paper divided the proportion of the data set and compared the results with other classic nonparametric models (random forest, support vector machine, and deep neural network). The results show that the TL-DNN model outperforms other machine learning models and has better robustness and generalization ability when the training datasets are insufficient, and achieves an organic combination of physical field path model and data-driven model, which provides a feasible solution for PMLSM modeling in the case of small samples. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.
