Microgrid provides an effective technical approach for distributed generation system connected to the power *** are renewable sources such as wind power, photovoltaic in the microgrid, which the power volatility of distributed generation limits the effective scheduling and real-time performance of microgrid. Energy storage device is used to stabilize the volatility of distributed generation, make sure the feasibility of distributed generation optimal scheduling. Microgrid optimizes scheduling the energy allocation od various types of distributed generation in technology, economy, environment and other aspects. In order to solutio the multi objective optimization of microgrid energy allocation, a Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm based optimal method was proposed. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified through the simulation.

Traditional artificial live work asks for a high standard with operator's mental state and technical level in high-voltage and strong-magnetic environment, which not only reduces the efficiency of modern production and living but also causes potential threats to the safety of operators. Therefore, developing robot live work has great significance for both academic research and industrial applications. A key problem of the live work for an industrial robot is recognition and positioning of the hexagon-shaped screw in substation with high accuracy. To solve this problem, this article designs a hexagon-shaped screw recognition and positioning system based on binocular vision in transformer substation. A method for stereo matching including 3 steps is proposed: edge noise of the target is reduced by median filter at the beginning; then the target can be obtained through the image segmentation method of adjusting threshold; further moments are used to express the centers of hexagons in 2 images which work as stereo matching points. Finally depth information can be obtained due to visual geometric relationships based on stereo model and camera calibration parameters based on camera model. The experiment results show that the binocular system designed in this article can accurately identify the target with good stability, and the measurement error is controlled in 4%.

Cooperative monitoring targets of mobile robots is of great importance in military, civil, and medical applications. In order to achieve multi-robot coordinated monitoring, this paper proposes a new distributed path planning algorithm. In this algorithm, a method of dynamic sequential decision making is used firstly to determine which robots should be moved to the neighbourhoods of the target path. A distributed cooperative path planning algorithm is then proposed in which the robots can only utilize their local information to make the joint monitoring areas of robots cover the target path. To reduce the chance of detection and ensure enough time to implement monitoring handover, our distributed algorithm can guarantee enough overlapped monitoring areas between adjacent robots. The effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by simulation experiments and a comparison experiment in typical scenarios. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2018.

Sinter ore is the raw material of the iron and steel production.A sintering production process is with high energy consumption and large CO *** is important to achieve the green manufacturing of the sinter *** this paper,an optimization and control system for the carbon efficiency(OCSCE) in the green manufacturing of the sinter ore is designed from the point of view of the maximum utilization of the carbon and the best protection of environment in the sintering *** OCSCE has three parts:the optimization for the carbon efficiency,the coordinated optimization and control for the production phases and the comprehensive performance evaluation for the carbon *** optimization for the carbon efficiency is used to optimize the state *** coordinated optimization and control for the production phases is applied to optimize and control the operation *** comprehensive performance evaluation for the carbon efficiency assesses whether the carbon efficiency of the whole sintering process is consistent with green ***,an implementation scheme of the OCSCE is put forward for the industrial *** results of preliminary tests show that the OCSCE is in line with the needs of the industrial site,and it will have a significant performance after the OCSCE is put into the industrial site.

In the modern power system, overvoltage phenomenon occurs frequently. Overvoltage generation will cause electrical equipment breakdown, explosion, and other accidents. These accidents not only cause unnecessary economic losses but also seriously affect the operation of power system. The popularization and application of on-line monitoring technology for UHV AC and DC transmission lines provide a guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid. Monitoring the overvoltage intrusion of UHV substations and accurately recording the parameters of overvoltage intrusion is of great significance to the study of overvoltage and the protection of over-voltage in substations. Based on the analysis of the principle of a monitoring system, this paper puts forward the mathematical model of a monitoring system. According to the basic functions of a monitoring system, it puts forward the overall design plan combining the upper computer and the lower computer, and the key problems to be solved in the monitoring system. Including the board design and the high speed data acquisition board based on FPGA design of control system based on STM32, and the automatic variable rate compression technology, GPS timing and Timekeeping Technology, overvoltage invasion wave trigger judgment, high speed data acquisition and cache technology and based on TCP protocol according to the number of batch transmission.

In engineering applications, it is very useful to make a nonlinear system behave like a linear stable system. However,how to design a model reference adaptive control（MRAC） as the nonlinear dynamics is unknown is the key problem. In this study,an MRAC with adaptive dynamic programming（ADP） algorithm is presented for discrete-time nonlinear unknown dynamic systems, in which a multi-layer neural network（NN） model is utilized to describe the nonlinear system’s dynamics. Then based on this approximate model, a feedforward neuro-controller is developed as the desired control corresponding to the reference input. Third, the iterative ADP algorithm, in the form of actor-critic framework, employs two NNs to estimate the action value function, and generates the feedback control which, together with the feedforward neuro-controller, makes the state of the system track the reference model. Finally the feasibility of the new approach is verified by two numerical experiments.

Three-phase grid-connected converters are widely used in renewable and electric power system applications. Due to system nonlinearity and time-variant characteristic, there are limitations in standard decoupled d-q vector control mechanism. To mitigate these limitations, a RNN vector controller trained with Levenberg-Marquardt and FATT（Forward accumulation through time） algorithm is designed. The simulation is researched by using MATLAB software, and the results show that training neuralnetwork algorithm is effective and the system using RNN vector control method outperforms the system using conventional PI control method under low sampling rate conditions.

How to stabilize the output voltage while ensuring the maximum charging efficiency of the system is a problem faced by the development of wireless power transfer(WPT). Especially in the dynamic environment, the change of system coupling coefficient or load resistance will have a huge impact on the system. In this paper, a two-stage DC-DC converter control mode is used to control the system with the goal of dynamic charging demand. Among them, the system achieves impedance matching through the receiver DC-DC converter to ensure the transmission efficiency of the system, and in order to match the impedance,the voltage and current information in the coil is used to calculate the coupling coefficient, then, the coupling coefficient can be used to achieve maximum efficiency. The system output voltage is stabilized by using the transmitter DC-DC converter. The simulation experiment shows that the control mode can stabilize the output voltage well, and is more efficient than the single receiver closed loop control(SRCLP) system.

To ensure the efficiency of people's work while working long hours, an initiative service method with regard to degree of sleepiness for drinking service robot is proposed. It can recognize the degree of sleepiness and provide initiative service to increase the efficiency of people's work. Degree of sleepiness is defined as three levels by observer rating, which is supposed to be associated with human actions, environmental factors, and individual factors. In addition, a model of degree of sleepiness based on Finite State Machines (FSM) is introduced. The relationship between human demands and degree of sleepiness is established through demand analysis model by which the initiative service with regard to degree of sleepiness for drinking service robot is achieved. Experiments on real initiative drinking service are performed in a multimodal emotional communication based on human-robot interaction (MEC-HRI) system, from which the experimental results show that the time of initiative service is 8 minutes earlier than that without initiative service. In prospect, the proposal could be applied to other kinds of services such as health care, safety driving assistance, and other safety work assistance.

Traditional microwave filter tuning is mainly based on the optimization method, which needs to extract the coupling matrix of scattering parameters in the process of tuning. However, due to actual microwave filter has phase loading and resistance loss, the extraction result of the coupling matrix may not be accurate, which leads to tuning inefficiency. In order to solve this problem, we present a novel intelligent tuning method by using an improved implicit space mapping algorithm which can optimize the zero pole position. This method is divided into two stages. In the first stage the phase error is used to initial the filter tuning, guaranteeing the return loss of the filter appear in the passband. The second stage realizes the fine tune of the filter. Firstly, the polynomial coefficients of the filter reflection characteristics are extracted by the Cauchy method. Secondly, the relationship between the Screw variation and the polynomial coefficients of the reflection parameters is established based on neural networks. Finally, the mapping relation between the variation of the screw and the variation of poles and zeros position is established by improved implicit space mapping algorithm. The tuning experiment of eight order coaxial cavity filter shows that the method has good tuning effect and quick tuning speed.
