Constant current (CC) based power distribution is widely used in the submarine power supply grid for its robustness against cable impedance and short circuit faults. An input-series-output-parallel (ISOP) modularized CC-to-CV converter is be used to provide constant voltage (CV) for the submarine instruments. In this paper, an imbalance control with stratified voltage is proposed for the modularized CC-to-CV converter by switching modules to adjust the power. The power of each power module is decided by the output voltage realizing auto and seamless module switching. Specially, only one module is regulated to adjust the power, other modules are out of control working either in full power or in standby, improving the efficiency for light power conditions. The modeling and analysis of the modularized CC-to-CV converter is also presented, as well as the proposed the control method. Finally, a prototype is built to verify the proposed method.

This paper focuses on the bounded tracking control of general linear multi-agent systems(MASs), considering the effects of inevitable communication time-delays, measurement noises, and uncertain disturbances in practical applications. Firstly, the bounded tracking control problem of uncertain MASs under multiplicative noises is transformed into the boundedness problem of stochastic differential delay equations. Then, the upper bound of agent tracking is calculated by means of linear variation, variation of constants formula and stochastic analysis theory, and sufficient conditions are given for the system to achieve the bounded tracking control.

A high-reliability constant current to constant voltage power supply system has the advantages of small volume of switching power supply, high power density, high efficiency was proposed. This paper use two controllers to control the shunt regulator(SR) circuit and single-end flyback converter part, and separate the two parts for small signal modeling and give the parameters to stabilize the closed loop. The state space average modeling idea was used to solve the state equations for the modes of the converters in a switching cycle. In order to ensure the stability of cascade system, this paper collaborative optimization of hardware filter parameters and the appropriate PI parameter design. The experimentals verify the correctness of our theory, and the system has good stability under closed-loop conditions.

In this article, we pay attention to event-based model predictive control (MPC) for load frequency control of multi-area power system. Considering the practical issues, the inputs are subject to hard constraints. A novel dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETM) which contains an additive internal dynamic variable and an adjusting variable is designed to reduce data transmission burden. The MPC problem is expressed as a “min-max“ optimisation problem. By considering the effects of load disturbances and the DETM, we give the design approach for the controller which integrates H 2 and $H$ ∞ performance indexes through an auxiliary optimization problem. A simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

This paper presents a distributed multi-layer ring barrier coverage algorithm. In order to achieve single-layer ring barrier coverage, a distributed single-layer ring barrier coverage algorithm that maximises the probability of monitoring is proposed. Considering the security risks of single-layer barrier coverage, a distributed adjustment mechanism between multiple layers of barriers is designed and combined with the single-layer ring barrier coverage algorithm to propose a distributed multi-layer ring barrier coverage algorithm. Furthermore, we present a theoretical analysis of the proposed algorithm to demonstrate its effectiveness and necessity. Finally, our algorithm is verified by numerical simulation and experiment. Sample generation is an effective way to solve the problem of the insufficiency of training data for hyperspectral image classification. The generative adversarial network（GAN） is one of the popular deep learning methods, which utilizes adversarial training to generate the region of samples based on the required class label. In this paper, we propose cascade conditional generative adversarial nets for hyperspectral image complete spatial-spectral sample generation, named C;GAN. The C;GAN includes two stages. The stageone model consists of the spatial information generation with a window size that entails feeding random noise and the required class label. The second stage is the spatial-spectral information generation that generates spectral information of all bands in the spatial region by feeding the label regions. The visualization and verification of generated samples based on the Pavia University and Salinas datasets show superior performance, which demonstrates that our method is useful for hyperspectral image classification.

Geological drilling process, owing to complex geological environment and harsh downhole conditions, generates data including characteristics such as pressure, rotational speed, and depth, which are frequently high-dimensional and noisy. These characteristics make real-time monitoring more complex. Existing methods in the geological drilling process, such as rule-based systems and threshold techniques, struggle to handle the complexity and high dimensionality of drilling data, leading to high false alarm rates and low detection accuracy. This paper develops an integrated temporal dictionary learning with isometric mapping method for monitoring geological drilling process. Specifically, Isometric Mapping is employed to perform dimensionality reduction on high-dimensional data, thereby retaining the structural features in the lower-dimensional space. Subsequently, Lasso regularization is applied for sparse coding to extract essential features from the reduced data. To address the fluctuations arising from the iterative dictionary learning process, a temporal smoothing term is incorporated to ensure the stability of the dictionary across different time steps. After that, the reconstruction errors were adopted to achieve comprehensive statistical indicators. Then the overall monitoring was realized for the plant-wide process. The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method are demonstrated through case studies on the Tennessee-Eastman process and the actual geothermal drilling process.

The rate of penetration (ROP) is a critical indi-cator for evaluating drilling efficiency. Developing an accurate ROP model is essential for optimizing drilling performance and addressing process control challenges. However, ROP modeling in deep geological drilling is complicated by nonlinearity, diverse working conditions, and high-dimensional variations. To overcome these challenges, a fusion modeling approach for ROP is proposed. First, the fuzzy C-means clustering method is applied to classify drilling data into different working con-ditions. Based on this classification, support vector regression is employed to develop ROP sub-models, effectively addressing nonlinearity. To further enhance model accuracy, an improved dung beetle optimization algorithm (IDBO) is designed to deter-mine optimal model parameters and integrate the sub-models, thereby resolving issues related to multiple working conditions and high-dimensional variations. The IDBO incorporates four key enhancements, average weight, chaos disturbance, modified local search, and re-updating of the best solution, to strength-en its global search capability. Comparative results using the IEEE CEC2017 benchmark test functions demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms others in 12 test functions, highlighting its strong global optimization ability. Additionally, results from real-world drilling data validate the effectiveness of the proposed modeling approach in practical applications.

Size measurement and defect detection of ceramics are required in the production process of ceramic products. Therefore, it is necessary to perform high-precision and fast three-dimensional reconstruction of such targets with smooth surfaces and weak textures. However, the reconstruction of a large number of point clouds from multiple perspectives is time-consuming due to the matching of adjacent feature points. Based on this, a fast point cloud registration strategy based on the "eye-in-hand" model is proposed, which can obtain RGB-D images at multi-view around weak-textured objects with RGB-D camera for rapid point cloud registration and reconstruction. Meanwhile, a 3D point cloud segmentation method based on voxel-grid and euclidean distance clustering is applied to divide the scene point and obtain an accurate 3D model. The experimental results indicate that the multi view 3D reconstruction speed of this method is faster and the accuracy of objects point cloud is within 2 mm. Hence, this method can be well applied in reconstructing the 3D point clouds model for ceramic products. © 2021 IEEE

In view of the difficulty and low accuracy of small object detection for remote sensing images, this paper proposes a small object detection algorithm based on conual information fusion to solve the problem of real-time detection accuracy of small object. In this paper, we use bottom-up VGG16 network to realize multi-scale feature extraction to deal with the problem of insufficient image feature extraction. To direct at the problem that the feature information of each feature layer is single, the shallow feature layer and the deep feature layer are fused through the feature fusion module, which achieves the purpose that some feature layers have more abundant fusion features in the structure level. Aiming at the problem that the detection objects in remote sensing images are mainly small and medium-sized objects, this paper proposes to use the multivariate information of four different scale feature layers for classification prediction and regression prediction, so as to reduce the complexity of network model. The experimental results show that the proposed small object detection algorithm based on the fusion of four scale deep and shallow conual information can obtain good accuracy and real-time performance on the NWPU VHR-10 dataset, improve the detection accuracy on the basis of ensuring the real-time detection, and perform well in the small object detection task of remote sensing images. © 2021 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
