With the rapid development of battery electric vehicle, it has a profound impact on the driving behavior and habits of users. However, studies on the evaluation and users' behavioral intentions of battery electric vehicle are rare. To promote the further development of battery electric vehicle, a better understanding of battery electric vehicle users is needed. This paper aims to develop a model to investigate the relationship among perceived value, user satisfaction and behavioral intentions of battery electric vehicle. Specifically, we divide perceived value into two dimensions of functional value and symbolic value. Data was collected through questionnaires from battery electric vehicle users in major cities in China. The analysis results of the structural equation model indicate that: 1. the functional value and symbolic value have a direct positive impact on battery electric vehicle user satisfaction and the symbolic value palys a greater role; 2. the functional value and symbolic value have a direct positive effect on the behavioral intentions of battery electric vehicle users; 3 battery electric vehicle user satisfaction and behavioral intentions have a high positive correlation.

Photoclickable fluorogenic probes will enable visualization of specific biomolecules with precise spatiotemporal control in their native environment. However, the fluorogenic tagging of DNA with current photocontrolled clickable probes is still challenging. Herein, we demonstrated the fast (19.5 ± 2.5 M s) fluorogenic labeling and imaging of DNA in vitro and in vivo with rationally designed coumarin-fused tetrazoles under UV LED photoirradiation. With a water-soluble, nuclear-specific coumarin-fused tetrazole (CTz-SO), the metabolically synthesized DNA in cultured cells was effectively labeled and visualized, without fixation, via "photoclick" reaction. Moreover, the photoclickable CTz-SO enabled real-time, spatially controlled imaging of DNA in live zebrafish.

The heat transfer analysis in the filling process of compressed on-board hydrogen storage tank has been the focus of hydrogen storage research. The initial conditions, mass flow rate and heat transfer coefficient have certain influence on the hydrogen filling performance. In this paper, the effects of mass flow rate and heat transfer coefficient on hydrogen filling performance are mainly studied. A thermodynamic model of the compressed hydrogen storage tank was established by Matlab/Simulink. This 0D model is utilized to predict the hydrogen temperature, hydrogen pressure, tank wall temperature and SOC (State of Charge) during filling process. Comparing the simulated results with the experimental data, the practicability of the model can be verified. The simulated results have certain meaning for improving the hydrogenation parameters in real filling process. And the model has a great significance to the study of hydrogen filling and purification.

A study was performed for hydrogen purification of multicomponent mixture (N 2 /CO/CO 2 /CH 4 /H 2 =0.007/0.012/0.17/ 0.021/0.79) by one-column VPSA with AC5-KS. The performance of the one-column VPSA process can be predicted by a heat and mass transfer model with porous media adsorption. The simulation results agreed well with experimental data. The model was employed to assess the effects of P/F ratio and adsorption time in VPSA unit. The result showed, an increase in P/F ratio and a decrease in feeding time led to an increase in purity of hydrogen and a decrease in recovery. The Sequential Quadratic Programming method was applied to optimize the cycle. The result showed when pressure was set at 5 bar, feed rate was set at 5×10 -5 m 3 /s and P/F ratio was set at 0.3, hydrogen was obtained with a purity of 99.17% and recovery of 58.94% after purification in N 2 /CO/CO 2 /CH 4 /H 2 mixture.

Micro-perforated panel (MPP) is a new sound-absorbing material with wide frequency band and high absorption characteristics. In this paper, to reduce medium-high frequency intake noise of a car engine under accelerating working conditions, a composite MPP silencer with a serial-parallel coupling mode is presented. Moreover, based on the numerical calculation method of the presented MPP silencer, the Isight software is utilized to integrate relevant simulation software, and then the multi-island genetic algorithm (MIGA) is adopted to optimize the average transmission loss of the silencer. Finally, the optimized silencer is 3D printed for impedance tube testing and vehicle testing. The results demonstrate that the optimization design process of the proposed composite MPP silencer is reasonable; and after adopting the optimized silencer, the objective wideband intake noise is effectively attenuated and the sound pressure level is reduced by 8 dB(A) when the engine is at 3525 r/min, providing a promising way of vehicle noise control.
