The effects ofpalladium doping on the catalytic activity of LSCF cathodes are investigated by comparing the performance of LSCFPd cathodes with different doping content and LSCF *** electrochemical results show that Pd doping deceases the polarization resistance and promotes the catalytic activity of LSCF *** promotion becomes greater with the increase of Pd doping content,which also be reflected by electrical conductivity relaxation（ECR） measurement results because the oxygen surface exchange coefficient of LSCFPd is improved by Pd *** to the in-situ high temperature XRD and TG-DSC results,perovskite LSCFPd materials are stable at temperature below 700 ℃,and some Pd species segregate during heating *** doped LSCF materials keep perovskite structure with the coexistence of Pd and PdO in the cooling process from 800 to 25 ℃.

The coating morphology of a hot press forming steel galvanealed by HDPS (hot dipping process simulator) in laboratory was studied in the paper. The results show that, firstly from thermodynamic calculations, the intermetallics increased the melting point of Zn, and it is possible to avoid the melting and volatilization of zinc coating for hot press forming steel strip, when the coating mainly consists of δ phase (~10% Fe) in galvanealing process, and lower re-austenization temperature (below 782°C) in hot press forming process. Secondly, according to the SEM morphology in the paper, the zinc coating formed an alloy predominantly composed of delta (δ) phase, a low iron zeta (ζ) phase formed on the surface, and a high iron gamma (Γ) phase formed at the interface with the steel substrate. The hard and brittle Γ phase failed to grow up on the interface of coating and matrix which results in high shear stress and good coating adherence. © 2016 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The occlusion problem in the field of stereo matching is analyzed systematically by finding out reasons why the problem arises. Combining the literature published in recent years, the ideas and algorithms to solve the occlusion problem are summarized and classified. The contribution of this paper is to help other researchers to gain an overall understanding of occlusion, which enables them to choose suitable post-processing algorithms and improves the performance of stereo matching algorithm.

To solve troubleshooting problems of vehicles, this paper proposes a novel architecture of vehicle diagnostic system. The system is made up of on-board network layer, business logic layer and cloud service layer. The paper is focused on the development process of the system. The business logic layer includes mobile vehicle platform and equipped vehicle platform. Mobile vehicle platform includes mobile terminals and VCI, and equipped vehicle platform involves designing embedded system hardware and driver, calling JNI layer and developing diagnostic software. In addition, the system uses a modular architecture to meet the requirements of rapid development of new vehicle's diagnostic functions. The cloud service layer mainly includes data storage server and server management system. The test research in real vehicles shows that the system can not only reliably achieve basic diagnosis and real-time data acquisition, but also has the advantages of further updating, remote diagnosis and the rapid development of new vehicle models. Based on this information, we can carry out in-depth mining and expand the applications, such as real-time traffic estimation and performance estimation of key components. © 2015 IEEE.

Aiming to meet vehicle driving safety requirements in automakers, this essay firstly discusses the application of vehicle driving wandering test system. And the real-time performance and reliability of wireless AP communication are the premise in this test system. However, when the test situation is changed especially in strong electromagnetic situation, the communication will be easily interrupted, leading to the delay problem. In order to maintain the real-time performance, this essay proposes an improvement method through analyzing the timeline of dynamic communication progress from the perspective of transport layer in TCP/IP protocol. Then, based on the analysis of Markov Chain model of the communication process, it also discusses the potential factors of the delay problem and puts forward the time division strategy which can effectively complete the authentication in real-time. And the practical test proves that the time division strategy meeting the need of engineering test has higher communication performance under the real complicated electromagnetic situation. The majority of the thermal energy released in an automotive internal combustion cycle is exhausted as waste heat through the tail pipe. This paper describes an automobile exhaust thermoelectric generator (AETEG), designed to recycle automobile waste heat. A model of the output characteristics of each thermoelectric device was established by testing their open circuit voltage and internal resistance, and combining the output characteristics. To better describe the relationship, the physical model was transformed into a topological model. The connection matrix was used to describe the relationship between any two thermoelectric devices in the topological structure. Different topological structures produced different power outputs; their output power was maximised by using an iterative algorithm to optimize the series-parallel electrical topology structure. The experimental results have shown that the output power of the optimal topology structure increases by 18.18% and 29.35% versus that of a pure in-series or parallel topology, respectively, and by 10.08% versus a manually defined structure (based on user experience). The thermoelectric conversion device increased energy efficiency by 40% when compared with a traditional car.

With the mass production of cars and utilities, the incidence of car accidents is increasing, while the case of car accidents in a variety,collision probability is highest. The theory of the explicit nonlinear finite element which is adopted in the crash simulation is expounded. According to the European regulation of ECE-R42, a finite element model of low-speed crash between car bumper system and pendulum are established. The stress and strain contours, the displacement of node which on the deformation parts of bumper beam, the amount of compression of crash box and the process of energy conversion, etc. In the simulation results are objectively and deeply analyzed through Hyper View. Finally, the paper discusses the influence factors on collision characteristics, such as the section shape, thickness and material properties of bumper beam.

The original Skyhook (SK) method needs to determine the absolute velocity of the sprung mass which is difficult to obtain from a measured acceleration of the sprung mass. The Modified Skyhook (MSK) method does not require the absolute velocity, but instead uses the derivation of acceleration of the sprung mass to indirectly determine the direction of the absolute velocity. A one-degree-of-freedom quarter-car model with magnetorheological damper has been adopted to investigate the efficacy of the MSK and SK control methods. The obtained results show that MSK performs different control effect compared to SK when damping is high. For high damping system, MSK has better control in relative displacement than SK but it is opposite in acceleration under sinusoidal excitation, while SK has better control in both relative displacement and acceleration than MSK under random excitations. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

The Organic Rankine Cycle System is an effective approach for recovering the engine exhaust thermal energy. The physical characteristic of the Rankine fluid is the key factor for the capacity and the stability of the expander power output. In the research, the influences of the evaporator organic medium state and flow rate on the expander power output are fully analyzed for the sufficient utilization of the waste thermal energy. Firstly, the exhaust characteristics of the diesel engine were processed by the data of the bench test. Then, the integral mathematical model of the Organic Rankine Cycle was built. Based on the comparison for the 2-zone and 3-zone evaporator, the influence for expander output are analyzed especially emphasis on the factors of engine working condition, the flow rate, temperature and state of Rankine fluid. The result shows that the thermal energy recovery efficiency could be optimized by the matching for engine and ORC system and the precise control of the physical state of the ORC Rankine fluid.
