To meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection regulations,there had emerged several technologies in the electrification of powertrains in hybrid vehicle,such as HEV and ***,these also led to increasing costs which could greatly affect the ***,here introduce a new type of full-hybrid powertrain that combines a petrol engine and a compressed air energy storage unit instead of a battery,offering an alternative to electric hybrid *** paper laid the emphasis on the multi-domain modeling and simulation of a hydro-pneumatic accumulator system,and then continues to study its dynamic behavior of the compressed air and output performance of the pump/motor with *** show that the system possesses a high applied value in a given hybrid air system.

The subjective evaluation on sound quality for interior noise based on customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is proposed to evaluation a product quality whether good or not in the development of market with customer-oriented. In this paper, the importance of the customer requirement is introduced in sound quality evaluation. During the subjective evaluation procedure, the roughness coefficient and average roughness interval are applied to calculate the basic importance of customer requirement. Subsequently, the amending factor set is conducted to correct the basic importance of customer requirement based on the Kano model. As a result, the final importance of customer requirement is obtained, which can transform the customers' subjective requirements to engineering improvement targets. Moreover, the test on noise working condition is carried out. The results indicate effectiveness of the proposed method.

Heat transfer research of gas-solid-liquid three phase coupling of EGR cooler

The main aim of the study is to get the temperature and backpressure of a car engine exhaust gas which goes through the EGR-cooler. So the internal fluid flow and heat transfer process of the EGR cooler must be studied more clearly, numerical simulations are applied. Based on the strong coupling method, gas-solid-liquid three phases coupling model of the typical heat transfer unit is established. According to the coupling result, the heat flux of the tube's outside surface is gained and then mapped to the inner surface of the cooler's water. The water model is set up based on the separation coupling method. According to the analysis of the calculation, the detailed pressure and temperature distribution of the gas, water and solid are obtained. From the distribution cloud, we know the changes of the parameters along the fluid flows streamline. © Maxwell Scientific Organization, 2014.

Finite Element Simulation of Effect of Part Shape on Forming Quality in Fine-blanking Process

Fine-blanking as an effective and economical sheet metal cutting process has been widely used in the precision machines, automobiles, electronics and aircraft areas. This process can produce smooth-sheared edges over the full workpiece thickness in one single operation with the optimized process parameters. However, the crack phenomenon always occurred in the fine-blanking process when the part shape is complicated. The forming quality of the part with concave and convex shape has been investigated with finite element simulation and experiment methods. In order to reveal the effect of part shape on the fine-blanking process comprehensively, a simple finite element model in which the part has convex and concave shape were created. The effects of the angle between the neighbouring edges and height of the convex and concave on the surface quality have been investigated. Furthermore, the way to design the parameters for parts with complicated shape has been discussed in this paper.

Influence of Processing Parameters on Molding Process in Microcellular Injection Molding

In order to reduce weight and improve the dimensional accuracy of plastic products, microcellular injection molding technology is applied more and more in automotive. There are several defects are paid special attention by vehicle manufacturers, such as warpage and cell radius. This research investigated the effects of processing parameters in microcellular injection molding. The study investigated the influence of two kinds of gas foamers (CO 2 and N 2 ) on microcellular injection molding process, and the following processing parameters such as temperature, time, pressure and gas controlling were considered to research. Design of experiments was employed to perform the experiments. According to experimental analysis, not only the significant processing parameters to warpage were found out, but also the interactions between each factor were investigated. The results of this study could provide microcellular injection molding process design with theoretical basis and practical guidance.

Traffic accident morphological analysis is the prerequisite and condition of accident warning. Grey Relational Analysis is one of the important methods of morphological analysis of the accident, which can effectively solve the problem of inadequate sample size defects but cannot solve discrete data caused by the results of the analysis of the distortion problem. This paper adopts the least square method to improve the analysis of the correlation degree. The results show that the new method can effectively improve the accuracy and precision of the analysis, which provides a new means for the accident morphological analysis. © 2013 American Society of Civil Engineers.

Flow passing a vehicle may lead to the increase of the cabin interior noise level through a variety of mechanisms. These mechanisms include vibrations caused by aerodynamic excitations and reradiation from the glass panels, exterior noise trans-mitted and leaked through door seals including gaps and glass edge, and transmission of airborne noise generated by the interaction of flow with body panels. It is of vital importance to predict both the flow fields and the acoustic sources around the ve-hicle to accurately assess the impact of wind induced noise inside the cabin. In the present study, an unstructured segregated finite volume model was used to calculate the flow fields in which a hexahedron grid is used to simplify the vehicle geometry.A large eddy simulation coupled with a wall function model was applied to predict the exterior transient flow fields. The mean flow quantities were thus calculated along the symmetry plane and the vehicle's side windows. A coupled FEM/BEM method was used to compute the vehicle's interior noise level. The total contribution of the interior noise level due to the body panels of the vehicle was subsequently analyzed.

The problem of how to select a coordinate transformation matrix to improve the LMI conditions for H∞ staticoutput-feedback(SOF) control of discrete-time systems is a challenging open *** paper applies a newly proposed strategy to solve this *** iterative algorithm is developed to produce controllers with locally optimal closed-loop H∞*** algorithm is also applied to other H∞ SOF control problems,such as decentralized H∞ SOF control and simultaneous H∞ SOF ***,numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed method.

A 3D reconstruction technique was applied to acquire pavement surface texture since the traditional method can’t achieve the balance between accuracy and *** this study,a simple pavement texture detection platform consisting of a camera,lighted sources and tripod was developed basing on four sources photometric stereo *** the pictures captured by detection platform were analyzed by least square method to extract the normals of points in the pavement *** these normals were calculated,they were used to recover surface heights of pavements by tangent plane *** experimental result shows that the 3D model of asphalt pavement recovered by photometric stereo technique is efficiency to reveal the pavement surface topography both in macro-scale and micro-scale.

In order to obtain more function materials sorts using the excellent properties of YAG, the YAG porous ceramics were successfully prepared by pressureless sintering method. The results show that the porosity of YAG porous ceramics sintered at 1500°C is similar with that of YAG porous ceramics sintered at 1550°C, however, the compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics sintered at 1550°C with more sintered necks is higher than that of YAG porous ceramics sintered at 1500°C. The porosity and the compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics sintered with holding time of 2 h are higher than that of YAG porous ceramics sintered with holding time of 1 h. The porosity and the compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics sintered with heating rate of 5°C/min are higher than that of YAG porous ceramics sintered with heating rate of 10°C/min. The porosity and the compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics sintered with removing carbon temperature of 800°C are higher than that of YAG porous ceramics sintered with removing carbon temperature of 1000°C. The suitable technology is sintering at 1550°C, holding for 2 h, heating rate of 5°C/min and removing carbon at 800°C, the porosity and the compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics are 59.4% and 8.55 MPa, respectively.
