Due to the development of cloud computing and machine learning,users can upload their data to the cloud for machine learning model ***,dishonest clouds may infer user data,resulting in user data *** schemes have achieved secure outsourced computing,but they suffer from low computational accuracy,difficult-to-handle heterogeneous distribution of data from multiple sources,and high computational cost,which result in extremely poor user experience and expensive cloud computing *** address the above problems,we propose amulti-precision,multi-sourced,andmulti-key outsourcing neural network training ***,we design a multi-precision functional encryption computation based on Euclidean ***,we design the outsourcing model training algorithm based on a multi-precision functional encryption with multi-sourced ***,we conduct experiments on three *** results indicate that our framework achieves an accuracy improvement of 6%to 30%.Additionally,it offers a memory space optimization of 1.0×2^(24) times compared to the previous best approach.

Fine extraction of multi-crop planting area based on deep learning with Sentinel- 2 time-series data

Accurate and timely access to the spatial distribution of crops is crucial for sustainable agricultural development and food security. However, extracting multi-crop areas based on high-resolution time-series data and deep learning still faces challenges. Therefore, this study aims to provide an effective model for multi-crop classification using high-resolution remote sensing time-series data. We designed two deep learning models based on convolutional neural network-long short-term memory (CNN-LSTM) and bidirectional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM). The monthly synthetic time series of the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) from Sentinel-2 data will be used as input features to extract the multi-crop planting area in Shandong province’s northwestern, southwestern, and eastern regions. The results showed that deep learning models achieved higher accuracy compared to the random forest (RF) and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) models, with CNN-LSTM achieving the highest overall accuracy of 96.48%. At the county level, the coefficients of determination (R2) for the CNN-LSTM model were 0.91 for wheat, 0.88 for maize, and 0.73 for spring cotton. This study demonstrates that the CNN-LSTM model combined with monthly synthetic time-series NDVI provides a feasible approach for accurately mapping high-resolution multi-crop planting areas and also contributes significantly to decision support and resource management in agricultural production. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Machine reading comprehension has been a research focus in natural language processing and intelligence ***,there is a lack of models and datasets for the MRC tasks in the anti-terrorism ***,current research lacks the ability to embed accurate background knowledge and provide precise *** address these two problems,this paper first builds a text corpus and testbed that focuses on the anti-terrorism domain in a semi-automatic ***,it proposes a knowledge-based machine reading comprehension model that fuses domain-related triples from a large-scale encyclopedic knowledge base to enhance the semantics of the *** eliminate knowledge noise that could lead to semantic deviation,this paper uses a mixed mutual ttention mechanism among questions,passages,and knowledge triples to select the most relevant triples before embedding their semantics into the *** results indicate that the proposed approach can achieve a 70.70%EM value and an 87.91%F1 score,with a 4.23%and 3.35%improvement over existing methods,respectively.

Cloud-based AI services offer numerous benefits but also introduce vulnerabilities, allowing for tampering with deployed DNN models, ranging from injecting malicious behaviors to reducing computing resources. Fingerprint samples are generated to query models to detect such tampering. In this paper, we present Intersecting-Boundary-Sensitive Fingerprinting (IBSF), a novel method for black-box integrity verification of DNN models using only top-1 labels. Recognizing that tampering with a model alters its decision boundary, IBSF crafts fingerprint samples from normal samples by maximizing the partial Shannon entropy of a selected subset of categories to position the fingerprint samples near decision boundaries where the categories in the subset intersect. These fingerprint samples are almost indistinguishable from their source samples. We theoretically establish and confirm experimentally that these fingerprint samples' expected sensitivity to tampering increases with the cardinality of the subset. Extensive evaluation demonstrates that IBSF surpasses existing state-of-the-art fingerprinting methods, particularly with larger subset cardinality, establishing its state-of-the-art performance in black-box tampering detection using only top-1 labels. In this letter, targeting a more practical case, we aim to detect the oneshot DA, with the purpose of revealing the DA once it is ***, we first formulate an optimization problem to generate one-shot DAs. Unsupervised semantic hashing has emerged as an indispensable technique for fast image search, which aims to convert images into binary hash codes without relying on labels. Recent advancements in the field demonstrate that employing large-scale backbones (e.g., ViT) in unsupervised semantic hashing models can yield substantial improvements. However, the inference delay has become increasingly difficult to overlook. Knowledge distillation provides a means for practical model compression to alleviate this delay. Nevertheless, the prevailing knowledge distillation approaches are not explicitly designed for semantic hashing. They ignore the unique search paradigm of semantic hashing, the inherent necessities of the distillation process, and the property of hash codes. In this paper, we propose an innovative Bit-mask Robust Contrastive knowledge Distillation (BRCD) method, specifically devised for the distillation of semantic hashing models. To ensure the effectiveness of two kinds of search paradigms in the context of semantic hashing, BRCD first aligns the semantic spaces between the teacher and student models through a contrastive knowledge distillation objective. Additionally, to eliminate noisy augmentations and ensure robust optimization, a cluster-based method within the knowledge distillation process is introduced. Furthermore, through a bit-level analysis, we uncover the presence of redundancy bits resulting from the bit independence property. To mitigate these effects, we introduce a bit mask mechanism in our knowledge distillation objective. Finally, extensive experiments not only showcase the noteworthy performance of our BRCD method in comparison to other knowledge distillation methods but also substantiate the generality of our methods across diverse semantic hashing models and backbones. Frequent road incidents cause significant physical harm and economic losses globally. The key to ensuring road safety lies in accurately perceiving surrounding road incidents. However, the highly dynamic nature of traffic introduces significant challenges, particularly in detecting sudden and temporary incidents. In this article, we propose a novel detection framework, multihead attention ResNet with dynamic bottleneck (DB_RESNET_MHA), to identify physical unsigned road incidents. Our approach introduces three key innovations. First, we develop a tailored data augmentation strategy to create images that closely mimic the complex variations found in real-world road environments. Second, we enhance model expressiveness by employing attention mechanisms to nonlinearly integrate convolutional kernels within the residual network. Furthermore, we refine the prediction head by applying spatially distinct attention weights, enabling the model to capture intricate correlations between different features more effectively. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, we create a dataset for unsigned road incidents (UnsignRI), comprising a total of 16 323 images that capture 12 distinct types of incidents. It stands out as the most comprehensive dataset in the field, encompassing a wide range of geographical features and incident categories. Experimental results show that DB_RESNET_MHA achieves an average accuracy of 96.2% and a f1-score of 0.955 across various categories of unsigned incidents, surpassing other models. © 2020 IEEE.
