FEderated Edge Learning (FEEL) is an advanced paradigm in edge artificial intelligence, enabling privacy-preserving collaborative model training through periodic communication between edge devices and a central server. FEEL involves three key processes: sensing, computation, and communication for data acquisition, processing, and exchange, respectively. Due to limited system resources, optimizing each process individually may lead to suboptimal learning performance. This challenge has sparked research into Integrated Sensing-Computation-Communication (ISCC) design for enhanced FEEL. While previous work has optimized general learning parameters such as batch size and computing frequency, there is a lack of customized designs considering the neural network architecture as an optimizable variable in ISCC for FEEL. To close this gap, we introduce a novel design where each device generates a sub-model through controllable weight dropout, adding flexibility by directly manipulating the learning process and reducing computation and communication overhead. To guide ISCC resource allocation in this new setting, we present a comprehensive convergence analysis, revealing the tight coupling of sensing, computation, and communication across devices and their impact on FEEL convergence. Building on these theoretical insights, we formulate an ISCC problem aiming to maximize the FEEL convergence rate through joint optimization of variables such as batch size, sensing power, dropout rate, and communication power. This non-convex problem is decomposed into two sub-problems via alternating optimization: one controls batch size using a sorting algorithm, while the other focuses on ISCC device parameters, transformable into a convex problem solved by successive convex approximation. Extensive experiments using human motion recognition datasets demonstrate the superiority of the proposed design over baseline schemes. © 2014 IEEE.

Segment Anything Model (SAM) has recently gained much attention for its outstanding generalization to unseen data and tasks. Despite its promising prospect, the vulnerabilities of SAM, especially to universal adversarial perturbation (UAP) have not been thoroughly investigated yet. In this paper, we propose DarkSAM, the first prompt-free universal attack framework against SAM, including a semantic decoupling-based spatial attack and a texture distortion-based frequency attack. We first divide the output of SAM into foreground and background. Then, we design a shadow target strategy to obtain the semantic blueprint of the image as the attack target. DarkSAM is dedicated to fooling SAM by extracting and destroying crucial object features from images in both spatial and frequency domains. In the spatial domain, we disrupt the semantics of both the foreground and background in the image to confuse SAM. In the frequency domain, we further enhance the attack effectiveness by distorting the high-frequency components (i.e., texture information) of the image. Consequently, with a single UAP, DarkSAM renders SAM incapable of segmenting objects across diverse images with varying prompts. Experimental results on four datasets for SAM and its two variant models demonstrate the powerful attack capability and transferability of DarkSAM. Computer vision is the science that aims to enable computers to emulate human visual perception, and it encompasses various techniques and methods for extracting and interpreting information from two-dimensional images. Supervised deep 2D image feature representation is a fundamental problem in computer vision that applies deep learning techniques to extract and process information from a given 2D image under supervised settings. The goal is to obtain a feature vector that can be utilized for various downstream computer vision applications. The quality of supervised deep 2D image feature representation algorithms directly affects the performance of downstream applications. However, most of the existing vision research only explores supervised deep 2D image feature representation for specific subtasks. Therefore, a comprehensive discussion on this topic is needed. In this paper, we propose a taxonomy of supervised deep 2D image feature representation methods based on four categories: global representation, region representation, hash representation, and hybrid representation, and we introduce their typical approaches. Furthermore, we perform a comparative analysis of the representative methods on three fundamental tasks: image classification, object detection, and semantic segmentation, as well as other common tasks. We also discuss the limitations of supervised deep 2D image feature representation and investigate future directions in image representation to facilitate the advancement of computer vision through image representation. © 2020 IEEE.

It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of railway production and operation by realizing the fault knowledge association through the efficient data mining ***,high utility quantitative frequent pattern mining algorithms in the field of data mining still suffer from the problems of low time-memory performance and are not easy to scale *** the context of such needs,we propose a related degree-based frequent pattern mining algorithm,named Related High Utility Quantitative Item set Mining(RHUQI-Miner),to enable the effective mining of railway fault *** algorithm constructs the item-related degree structure of fault data and gives a pruning optimization strategy to find frequent patterns with higher related degrees,reducing redundancy and invalid frequent ***,it uses the fixed pattern length strategy to modify the utility information of the item in the mining process so that the algorithm can control the length of the output frequent pattern according to the actual data situation and further improve the performance and practicability of the *** experimental results on the real fault dataset show that RHUQI-Miner can effectively reduce the time and memory consumption in the mining process,thus providing data support for differentiated and precise maintenance strategies.

With the rapid rise of the Industrial Internet, emails that convey a large amount of information require a strong network security environment. Aiming at the increasingly complex mail virus prevention and control work under the background of the industrial Internet, this paper designs and implements a mail anti-virus gateway system. First, design the overall process and structure of the mail virus processing system;then, design an extended mail receiving and sending protocol on the basis of the public framework, thereby ensuring the convenience of the system for use in different roles and environments. In the detection and filtering part of mail virus, an anti-virus engine containing multiple sub-function modules is designed to detect and filter viruses in mail text and attachments. Through the function test of 1000 kinds of virus mails, it is found that the mail anti-virus gateway system designed in this article can detect and filter most types of mail viruses. Compared with the virus detection on the client and server, the anti-virus gateway system has better performance And efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Owing to its ability to mitigate the double-fading effect by amplifying the reflected signal, the active intelligent reflecting surface(IRS) has garnered significant attention. In this paper, an amplify-and-forward(AF) relay network assisted by a hybrid IRS consisting of both passive and active units is developed. A signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) maximization problem is formulated, where the AF relay beamforming matrix and the hybrid IRS reflecting coefficient matrices for two-time slots need to be optimized. To address the SNR maximization problem, this paper proposes both a high-performance(HP) method and a low-complexity(LC) method. The HP method is based on the semidefinite relaxation and fractional programming(SDR-FP)algorithm, with rank-1 solutions obtained through Gaussian randomization. For the LC method, the amplification coefficient of each active IRS element is assumed to be equal. The SNR maximization problem is then addressed using the whitening filter,generalized power iteration, and generalized Rayleigh-Ritz(WF-GPI-GRR) approach. Simulation results show that compared with the benchmarks, such as the passive IRS-aided AF relay network, the proposed HP-SDR-FP and WF-GPI-GRR methods achieve significant rate improvements. In particular, the HP-SDR-FP and WF-GPI-GRR methods yield more than a 135.0%rate gain when the transmit power Ps of the source is 10 dBm. Furthermore, the proposed HP-SDR-FP method outperforms the WF-GPI-GRR method in terms of rate performance.
