Reconstructing high resolution images from compressed low resolution video is a hot issue now. In many real applications, such as surveillance users often only get low quality videos which are hard to identify interested objects, super resolution restoration is a effective tool to enhance the quality of images. Quantization loss is the major cause for losing images details, this paper propose an new method to estimate the quantization noise in frequency domain using Laplace model for DCT coefficients, then the distribution parameter of Laplace is treated as variable simultaneously iterated with the object high resolution images. Experiments indicate that this algorithm in compressed video restoration details due to quantization noise have better performance than others.

Aiming at the positioning problem of Ad-Hoc networks of sensors node location, a beacon selected localization algorithm (BSLA) is proposed in this paper. The proposed method considers sufficiently both the topology relationship among beacons and the topology relationship between beacon nodes and unknown nodes. We introduce the concept of collinearity and apply it into the localization of the multihop networks. Through selecting best anchor terms by using collinearity parameter, node position estimate can be attained with a weighted estimate mechanism. A well-established data analysis technique- Pauta Criterion is used to filter out the erroneous position estimate to achieve higher localization accuracy. Simulation results show that the performance of BSLA outweighs the traditional DV-Hop and DV-distance algorithms whether in regular networks or in irregular networks (C shape networks).

Based on Hamilton-Jacobi equations, the nonlinear stochastic H∞ control designer is given. Dissipative inequality and equality are both introduced in the paper. The paper deals with the finite-horizon mixed H 2 /H infin output-feedback control of the discrete-time stochastic systems with multiplicative *** is shown that the H 2 /H infin output-feedback control of the discrete-time stochastic systems is equivalent to solving six coupled matrix-valued Riccati equations. The output feedback control has many applications in practice, and the proposed approach can be further used to deal with many problems such as infinite-horizon mixed H 2 /H infin control and the mixed H 2 /H infin control for stochastic time-delayed systems.
