With the development of communication technology, in order to meet the smart city's demand for intelligent infrastructure, the smart street lighting system based on NB-IoT is an effective method to realize the goal. This paper elaborates on the smart street lighting system's architecture, including the perception and control layer, the transport layer, the platform layer and the application layer. In addition, the actual system is built to verify. This system uses STM32 to build the perception and controller, and relies on China Telecom's NB-IoT communication network for the data transmission, finally using the IoT management platform-Huawei OceanConnect- to implement the connection management, the device management, the data calculation and the remote control functions. This system verifies the feasibility of the smart street lighting system based on NB-IoT technology, which provides the reference for the promotion and application. It is expected to provide intelligent, diversified, efficient and economical services for the smart cities.

Facing the demand of the efficiency and safety of drilling process, it is necessary to find the optimal drilling trajectory in the complex geological environment. To solve this multi-objective optimization problem, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is applied. And Linear sum weighted method is applied at the same time for comparison. Firstly, the numerical model of a sidestracking horizontal well trajectory is established by nature curve method. Constraints subjected to engineering conditions and objective functions are discussed. Then, as decision parameters, the build rate and the turn rate are optimized. In this paper, a model is constructed to investigate the mechanism induced quorum sensing (QS) by coexisting of small RNA and signal molecule. The QS network model regulated by small RNAs is studied. The condition of the stability of the QS network is considered by using Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion. The conditions for the existence of Hopf bifurcation are obtained. Then, a linear feedback control is designed to make the system asymptotically stable. The numerical simulation is used to verify the results of theoretical analysis.

Distributed generation (DG) is connected through three-phase inverter to the microgrid. The virtual power based droop control can guarantee the pure decoupling between active and reactive power irrespective of low-voltage or high-voltage microgrid application if the line-impedance information is known in advance. However, unbalances are commonly existent in practice so that this conventional control fails in application due to the significant coupling between active and reactive power. To overcome this problem and further extend virtual power based method into unbalanced conditions, this paper proposes an improved virtual power decoupling technique using full-dq transformation, which is utilized to identify arbitrary unbalanced components under unbalanced conditions. The identified unbalances are further compensated as an virtual impedance so as to ensure the pure decoupling of active and reactive power in the virtual power frame. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method under unbalanced conditions.

In the modern war, many combat units combat collectively has become the main form. In the task management of the combat units, the calculation is large and the real-time requirement is high. To solve the problem better, a joint task management method of sensor and weapon based on distributed management system is proposed. Firstly, the distributed management system is constructed according to the target trajectory and the distribution of combat units. In the system, all the combat units are divided into several combinations, which only consist of a few combat units. As a result, the problem scale is reduced, and the real-time requirement of battlefield is met. Secondly, joint task management model of sensor and weapon is established. We consider time constraints and resource constraints to ensure the feasibility of the attack scheme, and consider the impact between sensor and weapon to achieve better combat effect. A discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm based on crossover strategy (CDPSO) is proposed to solve the model. The results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is satisfactory in joint task management of sensor and weapon.
