How to stabilize the output voltage while ensuring the maximum charging efficiency of the system is a problem faced by the development of wireless power transfer(WPT). Especially in the dynamic environment, the change of system coupling coefficient or load resistance will have a huge impact on the system. In this paper, a two-stage DC-DC converter control mode is used to control the system with the goal of dynamic charging demand. Among them, the system achieves impedance matching through the receiver DC-DC converter to ensure the transmission efficiency of the system, and in order to match the impedance,the voltage and current information in the coil is used to calculate the coupling coefficient, then, the coupling coefficient can be used to achieve maximum efficiency. The system output voltage is stabilized by using the transmitter DC-DC converter. The simulation experiment shows that the control mode can stabilize the output voltage well, and is more efficient than the single receiver closed loop control(SRCLP) system.

The bandwidth of the Doppler frequency shift under high dynamic environment that the GNSS receivers need to search is 5-10 times than the conventional receivers, a large frequency step is generally chosen to improve the satellite signal acquisition speed. Aiming at the problem that acquisition carrier frequency deviation caused by the large step search cannot meet the requirement of the tracking loop design, a fine frequency estimation method based on numerical approximation is proposed in this paper. The proposed method applied the preferred frequency slot and approximated the capture correlation peak combined with the curve fitting method, which can reduce the frequency deviation, and improve the accuracy of acquisition, then simplify the complexity of tracking loop design. Simulation results show that it has higher accuracy than the other two algorithm at different SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio).

To ensure the efficiency of people's work while working long hours, an initiative service method with regard to degree of sleepiness for drinking service robot is proposed. It can recognize the degree of sleepiness and provide initiative service to increase the efficiency of people's work. Degree of sleepiness is defined as three levels by observer rating, which is supposed to be associated with human actions, environmental factors, and individual factors. In addition, a model of degree of sleepiness based on Finite State Machines (FSM) is introduced. The relationship between human demands and degree of sleepiness is established through demand analysis model by which the initiative service with regard to degree of sleepiness for drinking service robot is achieved. Experiments on real initiative drinking service are performed in a multimodal emotional communication based on human-robot interaction (MEC-HRI) system, from which the experimental results show that the time of initiative service is 8 minutes earlier than that without initiative service. In prospect, the proposal could be applied to other kinds of services such as health care, safety driving assistance, and other safety work assistance.

Traditional microwave filter tuning is mainly based on the optimization method, which needs to extract the coupling matrix of scattering parameters in the process of tuning. However, due to actual microwave filter has phase loading and resistance loss, the extraction result of the coupling matrix may not be accurate, which leads to tuning inefficiency. In order to solve this problem, we present a novel intelligent tuning method by using an improved implicit space mapping algorithm which can optimize the zero pole position. This method is divided into two stages. In the first stage the phase error is used to initial the filter tuning, guaranteeing the return loss of the filter appear in the passband. The second stage realizes the fine tune of the filter. Firstly, the polynomial coefficients of the filter reflection characteristics are extracted by the Cauchy method. Secondly, the relationship between the Screw variation and the polynomial coefficients of the reflection parameters is established based on neural networks. Finally, the mapping relation between the variation of the screw and the variation of poles and zeros position is established by improved implicit space mapping algorithm. The tuning experiment of eight order coaxial cavity filter shows that the method has good tuning effect and quick tuning speed.

Most of those results are based on Lyapunov stability theories. The purpose of this article is to give a broad overview of stabil- ity of linear time-delay systems with emphasis on the more recent progress. Methods and techniques for the choice of an appropriate Lyapunov functional and the estimation of the derivative of the Lyapunov functional are reported in this ar- ticle, and special attention is paid to reduce the conservatism of stability conditions using as few as possible decision vari- ables. Microgrid provides an effective technical approach for distributed generation system connected to the power grid. There are renewable sources such as wind power, photovoltaic in the microgrid, which the power volatility of distributed generation limits the effective scheduling and real-time performance of microgrid. Energy storage device is used to stabilize the volatility of distributed generation, make sure the feasibility of distributed generation optimal scheduling. Microgrid optimizes scheduling the energy allocation of various types of distributed generation in technology, economy, environment and other aspects. In order to solutio the multi objective optimization of microgrid energy allocation, a Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm based optimal method was proposed.
