Considering the actual multi-agent coverage process, the motion trajectories are seriously affected by disturbances and noise. In this paper, a cooperative control method based on active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) for multiple mecanum-wheeled robots (MWMR) is proposed to improve its robustness. In particular, to suppress the total disturbances during the running of each robot and reduce large computation and observation cost of high order ADRC, a reduced-order cascaded ADRC (RC-ADRC) is proposed. Moreover, distributed controller is proposed to track the expected trajectories of multiple mecanum-wheeled robots under disturbances. Compared with the proposed RC-ADRC based cooperative control scheme and PID based cooperative control one, the favorable motion trajectory tracking performance is obtained. Simulation results verify the superiority of the method. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the truck scheduling problem in the open-pit mine scenario, a truck scheduling model based on real-time ore blending is established, and an adaptive evolution algorithm for truck scheduling based on DCNSGA-III is proposed. In the established scheduling model, the real-time grade variance of the crushing plant is minimized as one of the optimization objectives, and the Q-learning algorithm is introduced to adaptively select one of the most effective operators during the search process. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively control the grade fluctuation of the ore flow and better scheduling schemes are obtained in comparison with algorithms equipped with the traditional search operator selection methods. © 2023 IEEE.

We propose and demonstrate a wavelength selective mode converter on silicon integrated platform. By utilizing grating assisted anti-reflection contra-asymmetric directional couplers (CADCs), wavelength selective TE 0 -TE 1 mode conversion could be achieved. Simulation results show that the operation wavelength is 1544.8 nm and 3 dB bandwidth is 8.3 nm. Insertion loss of the proposed device is simulated to be 0.29dB and the crosstalk is less than -50dB. The proposed device can be used in mode division multiplexing (MDM) wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) communication network.

Driven by advancements in industrial production and artificial intelligence, the need for pose estimation of new ob-jects in areas like robotic manipulation and virtual reality is increasing. We introduce a zero-shot object pose estimation approach that identifies the poses of objects excluded from the training dataset, removing the requirement for re-modeling. The method is built around a multi-level features fusion framework de-signed to enhance generalization. First, a trainable feature extraction module filters and selects multi-level features extracted by the backbone network. Unlike traditional convolutional ker-nels, we incorporate a dynamic convolution kernel to enhance the feature extraction capability. Second, in the feature fusion module, we adopt a dynamic weight generation strategy to perform weighted fusion of multi-level features. This method enhances template matching by effectively describing similarities between unseen objects (those absent from the training set) and templates, leveraging robust and adaptive feature representations to narrow the gap with seen objects. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach achieves state-of-the-art performance on two popu-lar benchmark datasets, LineMod and LineMod-Occlusion, proves that our method has better generalization than previous models. © 2025 IEEE.

The proportion of photovoltaic power generation in the global energy structure is increasing year by year. Because of its volatility and periodicity, grid-connected photovoltaic challenges the safe and stable operation of power grid. One of the ways to solve this problem is data mining. Data mining needs high-quality data support, and data cleaning is one of the important means to improve data quality. Aiming at the problem of poor quality of original PV data, this paper analyzes two typical outliers of PV data and proposes a PV output data cleaning method based on Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) clustering algorithm, quartile algorithm and Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation method. Comparison of DBSCAN clustering algorithm combined with the quartile method of outlier identification with the quartile method alone outlier identification, the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is verified. Then using the method proposed in this paper for outlier identification based on Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation and cubic spline interpolation to verify the data filling effect, the results show that Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation is superior to cubic spline interpolation. Finally, two sets of data with different data cleaning methods are substituted into the Long short-term memory (LSTM) Model to verify accuracy of the cleaning method proposed in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

An adaptive backstepping dynamic surface sliding mode controller based on nonlinear disturbance observer (NDOABSMC) is designed to track zigzag motion of underwater glider (UG). Firstly, a nonlinear disturbance observer is devised to observe ocean current. Then, the backstepping sliding mode control is used to devise motion attitude controller of UG to ensure that UG can track the target trajectory quickly. Additionally, the stability of UG's control system is analyzed. In the end, the proposed control strategy is compared with other approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Semantic Coherence Guided Multiview Similarity for Image Classification with Varied Supervision

Pairwise similarity has been widely used for image classification by propagating the class information from labeled images to unlabeled images and predicting the classes of unlabeled images accordingly. Although widely used, pairwise similarity based classification methods have two drawbacks. On one hand, visual-semantic similarity consistency does not always hold due to semantic gap. On the other hand, the reliability of pairwise similarity is also influenced by the number and underlying distribution of labeled images. A well-designed classification model cannot be easily generalized to few-shot classification tasks. To solve these two problems, in this article, we propose a semantic coherence guided multiview similarity (SCG-MV) for image classification method with varied supervision levels. We measure the semantic coherence between image pairs for classifier learning. This is achieved by first conducting line search along the line segment between each image pair, and then measure the semantics of each interval. The similarity of one image pair can then be obtained by aggregating the semantic coherence of all the intervals. In this way, we can model image similarities more finely and discriminatively. To make use of multiview information, we also use the semantic coherence guided image similarities to learn multiview classifiers. The proposed semantic coherence guided method can be combined with other similarity based methods for image classification with various levels of supervision. We conduct both few-shot and fully supervised classification experiments on four datasets with the results well prove the discriminative power and generalization ability of the proposed method. © 2020 IEEE.

The three-electrode sliding dielectric barrier discharge(TES-DBD) plasma actuator significantly enhances the ionization rate and momentum exchange between charged particles and neutral particles by incorporating a parallel DC electrode into the standard DBD design. This design improves the body force and induced jet velocity while allowing flexible control of the induced jet angle, overcoming the limitations of discharge extension and uncontrollable direction in traditional DBD plasma actuators. An integrated plasma power supply has been designed specifically for TES-DBD plasma actuators, streamlining the power supply management. The methodology involves designing the circuit topology for the TES-DBD power supply, followed by simulating and validating its operating principles using Multisim software. The operational performance of the power supply is evaluated through a comprehensive analysis of its electrical,thermal, and aerodynamic properties specific to TES-DBD plasma actuation.

Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma actuators are widely used in active flow control due to their simple design and rapid ***,they need more effectiveness and discharge *** overcome these limitations,a sector-shaped dielectric barrier discharge(SS-DBD)plasma actuator with an adjustable jet angle was developed to enhance flow control *** flow field dynamics induced by the SS-DBD plasma actuator were quantitatively analyzed using particle image velocimetry(PIV).Experimental investigations showed that precise adjustments to the actuation voltage can modulate the maximum velocity of the induced ***,a quasi-linear relationship between the sector-shaped angles of the SS-DBD and the deflected jet angles was established,indicating that changes in the sector-shaped angles directly influence the direction of the deflected *** correlation enables precise control over jet angles,significantly enhancing flow control by adjusting the SS-DBD-PA's sector-shaped angle.
