The multitude of advantages offered by distributed power generation units are recognized as crucial factors in enhancing the security of distribution networks. Ensuring the optimal size and placement of distributed generation (DG) units not only enhances system security but also increases profitability. Haphazard placement of DG units may lead to adverse impacts on the power system, resulting in increased power losses and diminished voltage distribution. Therefore, to ensure the optimal size and placement of DG units, this paper proposes a method to optimize DG scheduling and operation, thereby improving voltage distribution, reducing power losses, and enhancing the overall reliability of the entire grid. To reduce power loss (PL) and improve voltage distribution (VP), an adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization (ACPSO) algorithm is employed to determine the optimal locations and sizes of DG units. By comparing this algorithm with traditional approaches, its efficacy in enhancing performance can be discerned. © 2024 IEEE.

Locating 3D objects from a single RGB image via perspective projection is a long-standing problem in computer vision. Inspired by differentiable geometry methods in the field of camera relocation, we apply this neural network combined with differentiable perspective projection to form an end-to-end architecture to the field of object position estimation through object 3D reconstruction methods. The proposed method uses a differentiable LM algorithm for end-to-end pose estimation to achieve higher accuracy, and the gradient is passed back to the neural network to guide its learning. At the same time, we propose a virtual view generation algorithm for augmenting the data to improve the algorithm's sensitivity to the size of the co-vision region. Through experiments, we prove the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Accurate short-term power load forecasting is important to ensure the reliability and economy of the power grid. Convolutional neural networks are widely used, but they are difficult to capture the multi-scale temporal characteristics of load data. To address this problem, this study proposes a short-term load forecasting method based on a multi-branch CNN architecture and Bayesian optimisation. By using different sizes of convolutional kernels in different branches, different time-scale features of power load data are captured to improve the identification of rapid changes and potential long-term trends. In addition, the hyperparameters of the forecasting model are automatically adjusted by a Bayesian optimisation algorithm to achieve the best forecasting performance. In forecasting experiments on real load data, the method in this paper significantly improves the forecasting accuracy compared to baseline models. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

With the outbreak of environmental problems and energy crisis, human beings are exploring new energy sources more and more deeply. As the installed capacity of energy storage devices increases and the coverage of distributed energy storage systems becomes more and more extensive, the power grid puts forward higher requirements on its fault ride-through capability. To address this problem, this paper investigates the short-circuit fault ride-through technology of grid-forming inverter systems and proposes a control scheme for switching between grid-forming and grid-following systems. The scheme can switch to grid-following control model when a fault occurs in the grid, and then switch back to grid-forming system when the short-circuit fault is repaired, thus ensuring the stable operation of the power system and controlling the current value during the short-circuit fault to prevent over-current situation. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is further verified by combining MATLAB/Simulink simulations and experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper,a stochastic linear quadratic optimal tracking scheme is proposed for unknown linear discrete-time(DT)systems based on adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)***,an augmented system composed of the original system and the command generator is constructed and then an augmented stochastic algebraic equation is derived based on the augmented ***,to obtain the optimal control strategy,the stochastic case is converted into the deterministic one by system transformation,and then an ADP algorithm is proposed with convergence *** the purpose of realizing the ADP algorithm,three back propagation neural networks including model network,critic network and action network are devised to guarantee unknown system model,optimal value function and optimal control strategy,***,the obtained optimal control strategy is applied to the original stochastic system,and two simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In order to achieve electrical isolation, high-voltage transformers must use insulating materials. However, in some applications, such as medical treatment, transformers using insulating materials may cause problems of weight increase and flexible movement. As a result, the inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) system are used to replace regular high transformers, with the air gap between the primary and secondary coils serving as electrical insulation. Under the SP resonance compensation structure, the ICPT system needs to achieve exceptionally high gain, which will result in the voltage gain being sensitive to frequency variations. When the frequency deviates slightly from the resonance point, more circulation and loss occurs, lowering the efficiency of the system. Therefore, this paper proposes a control strategy based on the combination of pulse-duration modulation (PDM) and maximum efficiency point tracking (MEPT) is proposed, at the first resonance point of the ICPT system based on the SP resonance compensation structure. This control method is capable of producing medium and high voltage constant voltage output, and the switch tube achieves zero current switching during operation. In the case of a wide load variation range, maximum efficiency point tracking may be obtained at the same time. Finally, a 100W high-gain ICPT experimental platform is built, and the constant voltage output with 25 times high gain is realized over the transmission distance of 11.2cm, which verifies the effectiveness of the control strategy. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, aiming at the planar magnetic sensor, the model of the planar magnetic sensor probe is constructed from the principle of magnetic line orbit transfer. The planar magnetic sensor probe is simulated and analyzed by COMSOL Multiphysics software. The influence of the horizontal width, height, length, and relative permeability parameters of the magnetic line orbit transfer structure on the orbit transfer coefficient of the magnetic line orbit transfer structure is studied. The simulation results analyze the influence of the structural parameters of the magnetic line transfer on the transfer coefficient, and the optimal parameter conditions are obtained. In order to verify the simulation results, an experimental test platform was built to test the planar magnetic sensor, and the magnetic line of force rail structure with the best experimental effect was obtained. The magnetic line of the force rail structure selects soft magnetic material with relative permeability greater than 5000, the horizontal width is 3mm, the height is 14mm, and the length of the magnetic line of the force rail structure in the experiment is determined to be 5mm according to the actual demand and the production process. Finally, the conversion efficiency of the planar magnetic sensor to the Z-axis magnetic field can reach 39.9 %. This study provides a research idea for promoting the planar design of magnetic sensors. © 2024 IEEE.

As the basic construction of flexible mechanical systems, the flexible beam and its control problem have attracted widespread attention in recent years. This paper takes a flexible beam with pneumatic soft actuators (FBPSA) as the research object and studies its phenomenological modeling and end-point trajectory tracking control strategy. Firstly, we develop an experimental platform for the FBPSA and perform tests on it, gathering its input and output data. Using these collected data, we analyzed the motion characteristics of the FBPSA. Subsequently, a phenomenological model is established to describe the motion characteristics of the system, and the parameters of this model are identified through a large amount of the collected experimental data. Then, a combined feedforward-feedback control strategy is proposed to achieve the end-point trajectory tracking control of the system. Finally, three sets of experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of the established model and the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

The randomness of photovoltaic power generation and the disorder of electric vehicle charging have a significant impact on the transmission capacity of the smart park tie *** storage can help to stabilize the power fluctuation of the tie line and improve distribution network operation *** this paper,the park's source and load uncertainty models are established to determine the original transmission power of the distribution network tie line,and then the tie line's power control model is established to ensure that the power fluctuation rate of the distribution network tie line varies within a certain *** power required for hybrid energy storage stabilization is calculated,and the high-pass filtering algorithm is used to allocate *** amount of power required to stabilize the supercapacitor and lithium battery is *** hybrid energy storage capacity configuration model is built on top of *** hybrid energy storage constraints are constructed using the maximum annual income of the hybrid energy storage as the objective function,and the adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO) is used to solve the problem,resulting in the hybrid energy storage's optimal capacity ***,an example is used to simulate the *** simulation results show that this method can keep the tie line's power fluctuation rate within a narrow range as much as possible,which can be used as a reference for a smart park's energy storage configuration.
