AI medical imaging diagnosis enables physicians to rapidly acquire and analyze image information using deep learning techniques. Consequently, it holds a significant position in medical decision-making assistance. Specifically, the complexity and large scale of digital pathology images necessitate accurate recognition of cell arrangement, size, and shape, which aids physicians in identifying cancerous regions. However, existing medical image segmentation techniques often fail to deliver sufficiently detailed results in unknown target domains, resulting in the blurring of cell nucleus boundaries. In order to introduce more display-like information to solve the problem of obscure cell nucleus boundaries, this study proposes an accurate recognition method (UNW) for cell nucleus recognition in medical decision-making systems. It solves the problem of the distribution difference between the source domain and the unknown target domain by inserting feature center alignment (FCA) and feature distribution alignment (FDA) modules into the encoder and decoder. UNW performs instance normalization (IN) and instance whitening (IW) on the feature images to better identify the feature detail information, which results in more distinct boundaries between the cell nucleus and other tissues. Experimental results on various backbone networks show that our method can obtain more accurate decision results. Among them, the IOU reaches 0.704, which outperforms existing models, while the FCA and FDA maintain the segmentation ability of the model in the face of test data that is inconsistent with the distribution of the training data.

Under the background of COVID-19, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of strategic management of logistics enterprises and local governments from cost and revenue to ensure the effective distribution of fresh agricultural products. It analyzes the evolution path of decision-making behavior and the stable parts that promote the model to achieve equilibrium. The results show that the decisions of game players will affect each other, and the final strategy choice is directly related to the input cost, the value-added amplification factor of income, the reward, and punishment. Because the model eventually has two evolutionary stable states, strengthening the cooperation between logistics enterprises and local governments will help to improve the efficiency of the effective distribution of fresh agricultural products and provide a theoretical reference for the effective distribution of fresh agricultural products under other public health events. Variation characteristics of stable isotopes in atmospheric precipitation in Adelaide,Australia

Klebsiella pneumoniae(***,KpⅠ)is a predominate inducement of bovine mastitis,which is associated with high mortality and milk yield ***,data is lacking on the molecular characteristics of bovine ***,limiting the risk assessment of its transmission through the food ***,we investigated the prevalence of *** in 6301 clinical mastitis(CM)milk samples from dairy cattle in northern area of *** total,183 *** isolates were recovered,with detection rates of 3.0% and 2.8% in 2018 and 2019,*** human clinical ***,all CM *** isolates belonged to one of three phylogroups:KpⅠ(n=143),*** ***(KpⅡ-B)(n=37),and Klebsiella variicola(KpⅢ)(n=3).We detected the extendedspectrum β-lactamase-encoding genes bla_(SHV-2a),blac_(CTX-M-14),and bla_(CTX-M-15),as well as clpC,lpfA,lacI,lacZ,lacY,and the fecABDEIR operon in the KpⅠ isolates,which may contribute to their pathogenicity and host adaptability in *** high prevalence of KpⅠ in dairy farms may be problematic,as it showed relatively higher rates of antibiotic resistance and virulence gene carriage than the KpⅡ-B and KpⅢ ***,we observed distinct differences in population structure between CM-and human infection-associated KpⅠ isolates,with the genes associated with invasive infection in humans rarely being observed in bovine isolates,indicating that few CM-associated *** isolates pose a threat to human ***,bovine KpⅡ-B isolates shared a high level of nucleotide sequence identity with isolates from human infections and frequently carried the nitrogen-fixation gene nif,suggesting an association between KpⅡ-B isolates from cattle and humans,and plant-derived bacteria.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, AI technology has been widely applied in various industries, including education. In English teaching, AI technology provides teachers with objective and instructive feedback, offers students a more personalized learning experience, helping them improve their English language skills, etc., and brings new development opportunities and challenges to English teaching as well. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved in college English teaching in our university. For this reason, based on the application of AI technology in college English teaching, this paper mainly explores the impact and application countermeasures of AI on college English teaching from the following four aspects: individuals with differences, teaching management, classroom teaching and teaching evaluation. In addition, the profound integration of college English education and AI will foster the advancement and transformation of college English instruction, ultimately serving as a catalyst for its reform.

The old fingerprint locks need to be operated on site, and there are great limitations; with the development of technology, various fingerprint locks with remote door opening have appeared, and if all of them are replaced, the cost is high, which will result in a certain amount of waste, so it is worthwhile to study the modification of the existing fingerprint locks to add the function of opening the door remotely. This paper proposes a method to increase the function of remote door opening by simple modification, which can well solve the above problems.

data augmentation is one of the most important ways to improve object detection performance. In this paper, we propose a new offline data augmentation method, this method obtains multiple new anchors and new labels by fixed-point clipping in the original anchor box, by retaining important semantic information, the detection performance of the occlusion object is improved. At the same time, we produced a marine fish dataset with 11 kinds of marine creatures, and we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this dataset. Experiments confirmed the effectiveness of this method on the marine fish dataset, in the total dataset, the mAP@0.5 of this method is 10% higher than the Baseline. In the Tuna class that is seriously occluded in the obstruction problem, the mAP@0.5 of this method is 0.25 higher than baseline, which is increased by 46%. It indicates that this method can not only perform well in normal object detection but also maintain the advantage in complex scenes. © 2022 IEEE.

Deriving the spatial features of user equipment (UE) and traffic distribution is crucial for optimizing real-world wireless network performance, such as load balancing and improving cell-edge user experience. In this paper, we creatively construct the beam-space grid with high-dimensional beam reference signal receiving power (RSRP), serving as spatial reference system for 5G mobile networks. However, this is a challenging task due to i) access to 3D UE geographic information is limited by privacy protection and device settings, ii) beam-RSRP with up to 75% loss in measurement reports (MRs), iii) large computation and storage requirements of grid information caused by the exploding grid number in high-dimensional beam-space. A novel approach is designed to tackle these challenges, that coherently integrate low-rank matrix completion and dimension reduction techniques. Using telco big data, specifically MRs from live networks, we recover the beam-RSRP with high-precision and construct the beam-space grid even without geographic information. This research ensures stable derivation of spatial distribution features in the beam-space grid while efficiently processing grid information.

Discipline inspection and supervision laws and regulations are an important basis for discipline inspection and supervision personnel. In this study, the data of laws and regulations in the discipline inspection and supervision field were firstly obtained from the latest "Regulations on Discipline Punishment of the Communist Party of China" (fourth edition), and the knowledge graph of laws and regulations in the discipline inspection and supervision field was constructed after pretreatment. Secondly, based on the knowledge graph of discipline inspection and supervision laws and regulations, the core semantic matching algorithm of the question answering system is tested and the TF-IDF model with the highest accuracy in TOP1 is selected to finally realize the question answering system of discipline inspection and supervision laws and regulations.

Since 2007,the Chinese government has initiated the building of national eco-cultural protection areas(NECPAs),thereby embarking on a significant transformation of the model of intangible cultural heritage(IC H)protection in *** understand the origin and outputs of this policy,this paper demonstrates the context of China's *** proposes a conceptual NECPA framework that mainly features regional overall ICH *** is followed by an examination of the case of Xiangxi in Western hunan as a pilot zone for China’s eco-cultural *** has performed much related work to promote NECPAs and made great progress in regional overall ICH *** insight suggests that there are benefits and costs associated with promotion of China's NECPAs and regional overall ICH *** the advantages of institutional innovation,the unexpected side effects actually undermine the success of plan implementation.
