In researches of many experts and scholars, TSP is widely used in reducing the cost of logistics distribution. However in practice, most ripe models and algorithms can not achieve expected goals, and one important reason is that the models and algorithms do not consider the "Stranger Problem" in logistics distribution. This paper describes the "Stranger Problem", and establishes an improved TSP model based on "Stranger Problem" by defining two parameters named "Strange Degree" and "Strange Coefficient". At last this paper improves C-W algorithms based me improved model, and the computational results are compared with the results based common model. The comparison proves the feasibility and efficiency of the improved model. Copyright ASCE 2007.

The logistics vehicle routing and supervision system was investigated in this paper. The current development of modern logistics and me relevant facts were discussed firstly. Based on the analysis of demand of distribution vehicle routing and supervision system, some key techniques in developing distribution vehicle routing and monitor system, such as GIS development technology and vehicle routing optimization technology were analyzed then. The authors suggested the module design of soft system function and the ways of hardware integration, as well as software development. The obtained result is of great importance to the safety of delivering goods and accuracy of logistics routing. The cold chain is a special supply chain. It includes not only the characteristics of supply chain, but also the characteristics itself. This paper synthetically considers the characteristics of performance evaluation of supply chain and cold chain itself by analyzing the supply chain characteristic of cold chain. It puts forward evaluation indexes of cold chain from five parts: cold chain delivery reliability, cold chain responsiveness, cold chain decision-making ability, cold chain cost and cold chain asset management efficiency. Since it is established based on the BP (Back Propagation) Neural Network, the performance evaluation model of cold chain can be immune from the inherent subjectivity and uncertainty of traditional methods with respect to value and confident. In this paper,we consider revenue sharing and franchise fees as coordination mechanisms in a supply chain system consisting of a supplier and a buyer with price-sensitive *** problem is analyzed as a Stackelberg Game in which the retailer acts as the leader by announcing his revenue share that he has chosen in advance,and the supplier acts as the follower by determining production retail price and thus delivery quantity for his product is *** such consignment relationship,the supplier retains ownership of the *** use of game theoretic analytical method,we compare the revenue sharing contract that the retailer gives to the supplier when they work jointly with that when they work *** is shown that revenue sharing is not sufficient to guarantee the system's profit *** charging the retailer franchise fees to offset an amount equal to or more than his losses due to the decrease of his revenue share based on channel revenue *** then shows that the mechanism of employing revenue sharing and franchise fees can achieve channel perfect coordination when demand is price-sensitive,meanwhile,the channel profits and individual profits achieved by employing revenue sharing and franchise fees are both larger than those achieved when they are decentralized ***,the numerical examples and simulation analysis are provided,which indicates the feasibility of the coordination mechanisms.

This paper established an improved optimization model of distribution vehicle scheduling based on Stranger Problem, which the common vehicle scheduling model does not consider, by defining two parameters named Strange Degree and Strange Coefficient. The large-scale vehicle routing problem was considered, and an integer programming mathematic model was proposed. The large-scale vehicle routing problem (VRP) was partitioned into two sub-problems: the generalized assignment problem and vehicle routing problem intra-region after partitioning. The first problem was solved by the improving location based heuristics (ILBH), and the hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) was presented for solving the second problem. The proposed two-phase algorithm could obtain a good result for solving the large scale distribution transition problem in allowable time. simulation results have shown that the algorithm is both effective and applicable, and it may extend to other cases.

This paper analyzed the structure and components of the high lever rack, and divided the cost of the rack into 3 parts: the cost of the basic materials, the cost of the fasteners, and the processing expenses. According to the operation parameters of the cranes, we set up an integer-programming model to determine the bays of the rack under the condition that the sum of the construction cost and the operation cost should be the lowest. The model has 3 parameters: the number of bays in the rack, the number of bays along the length of the rack, and the number of bays along the height of the rack. We programmed a data-analysis code and used it to analyze a sample. The analysis proved the availability of the model and demonstrated that the model improved the CmexoB.A.A-model.

High-tech food industrial base in hunan need a new distribution center to improve service level, to cut down cost. They buy some high-speed sorting machines, but they have the problem: the investment is limited, the work force is abundance, and the bosses want the low-speed sorting machine works. What our paper describes is how to setup a sorting system, joining the high-speed machine clusters and low speed ones working together, we should not give up the workforce, and we must satisfy what the bosses' demands. Our paper introduces a method, it is the hybrid framework with constraint optimize. The framework can build up a workflow model to resolve the problems that how many tasks work with limited resource. Finally, we simulate the model with a famous tool: Petri net tools2 in Mat-lab, finding that the service level, cost and utilization ratio of sorting machines are better than before
