In this paper, TMS320F2812 type DSP is utilized as the core of system control chip, according to the principle of variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) and sine wave pulse width modulation technology(SPWM), thus the start accelerating of three-phase asynchronous motors is successfully achieved. In order to simplify the structure of the system and reduce the cost of the entire device, the main system circuit adopted the construction AC-DC-AC, constituting three-phase bridge rectifier by a power diode(SR) and three-phase inverter bridge by an insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT). By changing the output voltage and frequency of main circuit, the constant voltage frequency ratio control of three-phase asynchronous motor can be achieved. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.

The design of three-phase induction motor can be planned according to the experience value, but because of the variable of the motor design, complex constraints, to seek an optimal design scheme, only by the experience is far from enough, so the computer is needed to write a suitable optimization design program for high speed and efficient design. The genetic algorithm is applied to the optimal design of three-phase induction motor, a mathematical model for optimizing induction motors was constructed, optimization variables were determined, and an objective function for motor cost was established. Through the principles and basic operations of genetic algorithm, the cost of the motor is optimized. The results show that the optimal design scheme is reasonable and the motor cost is reduced by 8.5%, which verifies the correct of the optimization scheme.

In general, the wind speed is change with the environment and further has an impact on the power generation of the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) system. Besides, the capacitance of DC-link capacitor may change with the working condition. To address this issue, a second-order sliding-mode control (SOSMC) alternatives is put forward to ameliorate the DC-link voltage dynamic performance of the grid-side converter (GSC) for the DFIG system under the variable wind power generation and DC-link capacitance parameter disturbance. In this study, a SOSMC scheme is proposed to replace the conventional proportional integral (PI) control for the DC-link voltage controller of the GSC for the DFIG system. By using the nonlinear SOSMC controller, the DFIG system is robust to the disturbance of the wind speed and the parameter of DC-link capacitance. Compared with the traditional PI regulate scheme, the DFIG system with the proposed SOSMC scheme is much more robust, which has been verified in the MATLAB/Simulink platform. © 2023, The Authors. The parameter adaptation of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor has great influence on the production and use of current electric and mechanical equipment. In order to optimize the effect of synchronous electric digital regulator, a method of parameter adaptive determination of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor is proposed, which improves the process of setting parameters in continuous domain. The adaptive parameters of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor are collected and analyzed by discretization method. The sampling time and phase angle lag parameters caused by zero order maintainer are eliminated. The mathematical model of parameters of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor is established, and the discrete model diagram of closed-loop synchronous motor is obtained. The time domain performance index is converted into the open loop frequency domain characteristic quantity by engineering experience and the PI regulator parameters are calculated analytically in the domain. Simulation results show that the adaptive determination method of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor meets the design requirements. The overshoot is less than 5% and the adjustment time is about 1.92 s. The research shows that the method can provide reference for the parameter setting of digital PI regulator of synchronous motor. © 2021, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

Amplitude spectrum estimation is a kind of effective method for the vibration states. The effects of several commonly spectrum estimation methods in sinusoidal logarithmic frequency sweep vibration test were studied and the anti-interference abilities of four amplitude spectrum estimation methods (Harmonic, Average, RMS and Peak) were tested under measurement noise and input noise. Besides, their results were compared under the same estimation situation. At the same time, the amplitude spectrum estimation under the second-order system with single degree of freedom was extended to the second-order system with multiple degrees of freedom. After testing, comparing and verifying, the research provides a basis for selecting the appropriate amplitude spectrum estimation method in the vibration test. © 2020 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of the serious noise pollution of motor stator current in traction drive system, a fault diagnosis method based on Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) of rectifier input side current is proposed. By introducing the switching function, the intermediate DC link and the rectifier input current is analyzed when the traction motor breaks down, then the characteristic components of the current frequency of rectifier input side is obtained. The rotor fault diagnosis can be realized by using HHT to analyze the current spectrum. Simulation experiment show that the proposed method can effectively diagnose faults, which provides a new method for the fault diagnosis of traction motor broken bars.

In this paper, the mathematical model of reactive power optimization is established by using objective function, in order to minimize the sum of power loss and investment cost of newly added reactive power compensation equipment, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on bacterial chemotaxis was proposed to solve the model. The algorithm takes particle swarm optimization algorithm as the standard, uses chaotic sequence to initialize the population, to improve the diversity of initial population, change the inertia weight and learning factor by using cosine nonlinear transformation, and enhance the global search and learning ability of particles, improves the accuracy of the algorithm, maintains the population diversity through bacterial chemotaxis, and improves the convergence stability of the algorithm. The simulation results in IEEE 30-bus system verify the effectiveness of the improved PSO algorithm in solving the reactive power optimization problem of distribution network. © 2019 IEEE.
