Fault propagation is a common occurrence in traction drive control systems. The propagation of faults among components creates difficulties in traceability. Therefore, this paper focuses on the traction transmission control system and proposes a fault tracing method based on fault propagation. First, establish a fault propagation model that includes spatiotemporal characteristics. Then, extract the fault characteristics and the time it takes for faults to propagate at various observation points throughout system operation. Finally, match the spatiotemporal characteristics of the corresponding observation points in the fault propagation model, so as to determine the fault type and location, allowing for fault traceability. The proposed method’s feasibility is verified using a system example. The effectiveness of the proposed method in the traction drive control system was verified through system examples, which can meet the requirements of rapid fault tracing and is effective for weak faults. © 2023, The Author(s).

To solve the problem of air gap eccentric fault of traction motor, the fault characteristic frequency is close to the fundamental frequency, and the decomposed frequency affects each other, which is easy to cause spectrum aliasing. A reconstruction of variational mode decomposition method is proposed (reconstructed variational mode decomposition, RVMD);first of all, to construct and solve the variational stator current signal problem, to find the best decomposition number, and to obtain multiple modal functions, and to realize the effective separation and frequency profile of each component of the signal. Then, the decomposed modal function components with different frequencies and different amplitude can keep the decomposed positions unchanged and be reconstructed to form a new frequency spectrum. Experimental results show that the proposed RVMD method can detect weak faults timely and effectively, and has good application value. © 2023, The Author(s).

In order to improve the accuracy of temperature control in the heating room and make the indoor temperature meet the comfort requirements of people for the living environment, the theory of multi-channel temperature signal denoising is introduced and the research on the technology of temperature control in the heating room based on multi-channel temperature signal denoising is carried out. First, the heating heat load is classified into three levels, namely, first level, second level and third level. On this basis, a heating indoor temperature model is built. Secondly, the pretreatment circuit design is completed to realize the noise removal of multi-channel temperature signals and improve the transmission quality of multi-channel temperature signals. Thirdly, the PID parameters are adjusted, and the temperature in the heating room is PID controlled. The fuzzy PID theory is introduced to design the fuzzy PID control. Finally, introducing fuzzy PID algorithm to make the steady-state error and maximum deviation of the heating temperature control system, the prediction and compensation control of the heating room temperature is carried out. The experimental analysis results show that the introduction of multi-channel temperature signal control technology can achieve high-precision control of indoor temperature in heating in practical application, so that the indoor temperature change can fully meet the comfort requirements of residents for indoor heating. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

The design of three-phase induction motor can be planned according to the experience value, but because of the variable of the motor design, complex constraints, to seek an optimal design scheme, only by the experience is far from enough, so the computer is needed to write a suitable optimization design program for high speed and efficient design. The genetic algorithm is applied to the optimal design of three-phase induction motor, a mathematical model for optimizing induction motors was constructed, optimization variables were determined, and an objective function for motor cost was established. Through the principles and basic operations of genetic algorithm, the cost of the motor is optimized. The results show that the optimal design scheme is reasonable and the motor cost is reduced by 8.5%, which verifies the correct of the optimization scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, TMS320F2812 type DSP is utilized as the core of system control chip, according to the principle of variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) and sine wave pulse width modulation technology(SPWM), thus the start accelerating of three-phase asynchronous motors is successfully achieved. In order to simplify the structure of the system and reduce the cost of the entire device, the main system circuit adopted the construction AC-DC-AC, constituting three-phase bridge rectifier by a power diode(SR) and three-phase inverter bridge by an insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT). By changing the output voltage and frequency of main circuit, the constant voltage frequency ratio control of three-phase asynchronous motor can be achieved. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the monitoring accuracy and quality of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) temperature variation signal, and achieve the ideal effect of high-precision monitoring of PMSM temperature variation signal, model prediction is introduced, and the monitoring method of PMSM temperature variation signal based on model prediction is studied. The wireless sensor technology is used to collect the temperature signals of various parts of the motor, integrate, clean, replace and protocol the original data, establish a deep learning network model to predict the characteristics of the motor temperature variation, identify the motor temperature variation signal, combine the variation pruning and variation interval, and use the delayed reporting strategy to monitor the early warning of the motor temperature variation signal, complete the monitoring of temperature variation signal of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on model prediction. The experimental analysis results show that the recall rate and accuracy rate of the design method are above 90%, and maintain detection efficiency above 97%, the monitoring accuracy of the temperature variation signal of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is high. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

This paper aims to enhance the precision and efficiency of the calculation model for the equivalent icing thickness of tangent towers. The current calculation model for equivalent icing thickness of transmission lines lacks consideration of the influence of representative spans and controlled meteorological conditions. It also overlooks the impact of the concentrated load of the tension insulator string on the suspension shape of the conductor, as well as the compensatory capability of the suspension insulator string to counteract stress on the overhead transmission lines when deflected, resulting in calculation deviations. To resolve these issues, this paper investigates the dynamic characteristics of transmission line parameters and proposes a calculation model for equivalent icing thickness based on the representative span. The improved model demonstrates enhanced efficiency and accuracy in measuring the equivalent icing thickness for on-line icing-monitoring of transmission lines. Experimental results confirm a reduction in relative error compared to reference values, with the relative error gradually decreasing as ice thickness increases, indicating enhanced accuracy. The efficacy of this model is substantiated through experiments, offering a more efficient and precise method for monitoring ice thickness in engineering applications. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Two-wheeled vehicle is an essentially unstable robot, which has the characteristics of multi-variable, non-linear, strong coupling, time-varying, and parameter so fun certainty. In this paper, the two-wheeled self-balancing vehicle system based on STM32 is designed: (1) In terms of hardware, two reduction motors with parallel distribution at both ends of the uniaxial are used as mobile driving devices. STM32F103C8T6 and MPU6050 are used for real-time attitude acquisition, and the attitude data are decoded by Digital Motion Processor (DMP). (2) In terms of software, the cascade PID is adopted. Based on the obtained attitude data, the controller STM32 calculates the reasonable pulse frequency and pulse number through the PID control algorithm, so as to realize the real-time dynamic control of the two reduction motors and maintain the self-balancing of the car. In addition, based on Android mobile platform and Bluetooth data transmission technology, control mobile APP to complete the real-time control of the car system. © 2021 IEEE.

In view of the phenomenon that children are stranded in enclosed vehicle and lead to their death from time to time, a safety protection system based on STM32 is designed. With the safety seat as the carrier and STM32 as the main control chip, the film pressure sensor and microwave radar are used to detect whether there are children sitting, the temperature, the humidity sensor and the carbon dioxide in enclosed vehicle. When the threshold is exceeded, it will alarm. Build an intelligent monitoring system with the trinity of perception, calculation and alarm. The experimental debugging results show that the safety protection system can better meet the needs of safety protection for children stranded in enclosed vehicle. © 2021 IEEE.
