We develop a quantum algorithm for solving high-dimensional fractional Poisson equations. By applying the Caffarelli-Silvestre extension, the d-dimensional fractional equation is reformulated as a local partial differential equation in d + 1 dimensions. We propose a quantum algorithm for the finite element discretization of this local problem, by capturing the steady-state of the corresponding differential equations using the Schrödingerization approach from [29, 39, 40]. The Schrödingerization technique transforms general linear partial and ordinary differential equations into Schrödinger-type systems, making them suitable for quantum simulation. This is achieved through the warped phase transformation, which maps the equation into a higher-dimensional space. We provide detailed implementations of the method and conduct a comprehensive complexity analysis, which can show up to exponential advantage – with respect to the inverse of the mesh size in high dimensions – compared to its classical counterpart. Specifically, while the classical method requires Oe(d1/233d/2h−d−2) operations, the quantum counterpart requires Oe(d33d/2h−2.5) queries to the block-encoding input models, with the quantum complexity being independent of the dimension d in terms of the inverse mesh size h−1. On the Schrödingerization method for linear non-unitary dynamics with optimal dependence on matrix queries

The Schrödingerization method converts linear partial and ordinary differential equations with non-unitary dynamics into systems of Schrödinger-type equations with unitary evolution. It does so via the so-called warped phase transformation that maps the original equation into a Schrödinger-type equation in one higher dimension [1,2]. We show that by employing a smooth initialization of the warped phase transform [3], Schrödingerization can in fact achieve optimal scaling in matrix queries. This paper presents the detailed implementation of three smooth initializations for the Schrödingerization method: (a) the cut-off function, (b) the higher-order polynomial interpolation, and (c) the Fourier transform methods, that achieve optimality for (a) and near-optimality for (b) and (c). GLFAFormer: DeepFake forgery detection with adaptive feature extract and align

With the rapid development of generative models, there is an increasing demand for universal fake image detectors. In this paper, we investigate the problem of fake image detection for the synthesis of generative models to detect fake images from multiple generative methods. Recent research methods explore the benefits of pre-trained models and mainly adopt a fixed paradigm of training additional classifiers separately, but we find that the fixed paradigm hinders the full learning of forgery features, leading to insufficient representation learning in the detector. The main reason is that the fixed paradigm pays too much attention to global features and neglects local features, which limits the ability of the model to perceive image details and leads to some information loss or confusion. In this regard, based on the pre-trained visual language space, our method introduces two core designs. First, we designed a Deep Window Triple Attention (DWTA) module. A similar dense sliding window strategy is adopted to capture multi-scale local abnormal patterns, and the sensitivity to generated artifacts is enhanced through the triple attention mechanism. Secondly, we proposed a Cross-Space Feature Alignment (CSFA) module. A two-way interactive channel between global features and local features is established, and the alignment loss function is used to achieve semantic alignment of cross-modal feature spaces. The aligned features are adaptively fused through a gating mechanism to obtain the final adaptive forged features. Experiments demonstrate that our method, when trained solely on ProGAN data, achieves superior cross-generator generalization: it attains an average accuracy of 94.7% on unseen GANs and generalizes to unseen diffusion models with 94% accuracy, surpassing existing methods by 2.1%. The main purpose of this paper is to develop some methods to investigate the Schwarz type lemmas of holomorphic mappings and pluriharmonic mappings in Banach spaces. Initially, we extend the classical Schwarz lemmas of holomorphic mappings to Banach spaces, and then we apply these extensions to establish a sharp Bloch type theorem for pluriharmonic mappings on homogeneous unit balls of Cn and to obtain some sharp boundary Schwarz type lemmas for holomorphic mappings in Banach spaces. Furthermore, we improve and generalize the classical Schwarz lemmas of planar harmonic mappings into the sharp forms of Banach spaces, and present some applications to sharp boundary Schwarz type lemmas for pluriharmonic mappings in Banach spaces. Additionally, using a relatively simple method of proof, we prove some sharp Schwarz-Pick type estimates of pluriharmonic mappings in JB∗-triples, and the obtained results provide the improvements and generalizations of the corresponding results in [9].MSC Codes 32A30, 32U05, 32K05 Copyright © 2021, The Authors. In multimodal multiobjective optimization problems (MMOPs), there may be local Pareto optimal solutions (PSs). Finding both global PS and local PS simultaneously can provide additional options for decision makers. However, since individuals on the global Pareto front (PF) dominate individuals on the local PF, traditional multimodal multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (MMEAs) cannot effectively handle MMOPs with local PF (MMOPLs). In this paper, we improve our previous dynamic-niching-based Pareto domination (DNPD) approach to search for local Pareto optimal solutions. The new version is called niching-based non-dominated sorting (NNSL). There are two improvements to NNSL. First, the dynamic niche is changed to a fixed niche to increase the diversity of the population. Second, individuals with poor convergence in the non-dominated layer are deleted to ensure the convergence of the population. NNSL can be combined with Pareto dominance-based algorithms. We apply NNSL to solve MMOPLs (MMF_e and IDMP_e series). Experiments show that NNSL can help traditional MMEAs find global PF/PS and local PF/PS simultaneously.

To address the problem that the dusty image dataset is small and difficult to collect, this paper presents a synthetic method for generating dusty image based on a classical optical model. The proposed method first learns the physical process of generating dusty image according to the classical optical model. Then, the transmission map is estimated and combined with the presupposed dust storm color map as inputs for obtaining a synthetic dusty image. Finally, considering the impact of image scene depth on the synthesis of dusty image, the proposed method selects an appropriate value of input parameter to obtain final synthetic dusty image. Experimental results on an image dataset captured in clear weather show that the synthetic dusty images obtained by the proposed method can be used as a good substitute for real dusty images. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

As the network evolves, cyber-attacks become more and more diverse. In the process of detecting network traffic, the most complicated but also the most important task is to find unknown abnormal network traffic data in time. In the existing abnormal network traffic detection method based on Extended Isolation Forest, there are limitations such as unbalanced detection accuracy and insufficient generalization ability. An improved abnormal network traffic detection method EIF-LNDR is proposed for the above problems. Based on the leaf node density ratio, the anomaly score of the instance can be calculated differently for each iTree. The experiments show that EIF-LNDR has significant improvement in precision, false negative rate, and detector efficiency compared with Extended Isolation Forest and LOF methods.

Review spam detection aims to detect the reviews with false information posted by the spammers on social media. The existing methods of review spam detection ignore the importance of the information hidden in the user interactive behaviors and fail to extract the indistinct contextual features caused by irregular writing style of reviews. In this paper, a new review spam detection method based on multi-dimensional features is proposed. The method utilizes the principal component analysis to get low-dimensional features to characterize the user-product relationship. Then, a neural network constructed with nested LSTM and capsule network is trained to extract textual context features and spatial structure features. Finally, the model combines the text and user behavioral features as the overall features, which are used as the input to the classification module to detect spam reviews. Experimental results show that the F1 value of our proposed method is 1.6%~3.5% higher than the existing methods, indicating the efficiency and effectiveness of our model, especially on the natural distribution datasets. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

A novel digital image encryption scheme based on Poker shuffling and fractional order hyperchaotic system is proposed. Poker intercrossing operation has nonlinearity and periodicity, and can form permutation group. Firstly, the plain image is transformed into block image, and each block is confused by Poker shuffling operation with key. Secondly, bit plane of every pixel in each block is confused. Lastly, the scrambled image is encrypted by fractional order hyperchaotic sequence. This encryption scheme provides a secure and efficient key stream, and guarantees a large key space. The experimental results and security analysis imply that the new encryption method has secure encryption effect and property of resisting common attacks.
