Lupus erythematosus (LE) has the reputation of being the Great Imitator due to its various cutaneous manifestations, which often lead to difficulties in accurate diagnosis and classification. Even with the assistance of deep learning systems (DLSs), clinical skin image-based single modalities still experience difficulty distinguishing subtypes of LE. Here, we present an application of multimodal DLS (MMDLS), in which the training database consists of clinical skin images, multi-immunohistochemistry (multi-IHC) images and the 2019 European League Against Rheumatism/American College of Rheumatology (EULAR/ACR) scores, to assist in the classification of LE subtypes (discoid LE (DLE), annular subacute cutaneous LE (A-SCLE), papulosquamous subacute cutaneous LE (P-SCLE), systemic LE (SLE)) and to aid in the differential diagnosis of other similar skin diseases. A total of 386 cases with 580 clinical skin images, 3380 multi-IHC images and 2019 EULAR/ACR scores from 25 institutions in China were included, and EfficientNet-B3 and ResNet-18 were utilized in this study. By comparing the single-modal and dual-modal DLS performances in multiple classifications, we demonstrate the superiority of the MMDLS (Ave-Sen = 0.9116, Ave-Spe = 0.9921, Ave-Pre = 0.9281). Moreover, the performance of MMDLS on 13 classifications was superior to that of dermatologists and pathologists (F1 score: dermatologists = 0.4471, pathologists = 0.6691, MMDLS = 0.9582) with an average area under the curve (AUC) of 0.9956. These results highlight the potential of the combined application of MMDLS and multi-IHC images to assist pathologists and dermatologists in diagnosing LE subtypes and similar skin diseases. © 2021, CC BY.

When facing massive statistical data, the k-means algorithm is very difficult to satisfy the need of data processing as it lacks an effective parallel mechanism. This paper proposes an improved k-means algorithm (IMR-KCA) to conduct clustering analysis based on medical data employing MapReduce computing framework. Through analyzing the defects of vast redundancy in the traditional k-means algorithms, a selection model is firstly proposed to simplify the computations with multiple clustering centers. Based on several proposed theorems, we prove the correctness of this selection model. Second, this paper provides a method to calculate the distances from extreme points to central points, and the original Euclidean distance is replaced with Manhattan distance. For this simplification, a group of theorems are proposed to prove the correctness. Next, we provide a group of implementation algorithms to complete the parallelism of the clustering computation employing the MapReduce framework. Finally, the experimental results illustrate that IMR-KCA is more reliable and efficient than the direct parallelization of the traditional clustering algorithms based on MapReduce. CPU/GPU dynamic coordination technology is gradually applied to the development of parallel algorithms, but the current algorithm has some shortcomings in terms of efficiency and power consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the parallel algorithm based on dynamic coordination control and scheduling. Based on the power cap technology, this paper sets up the device frequency and the single computing node of the synchronization system by studying the synchronization system of the computer, controlling DVFS and mapping mode. In order to avoid power failure and load imbalance, this paper has developed a new empirical model of performance and synchronization system, these models make the most of the power of the system to reduce the power consumption to a predetermined level, Good settings can be done. © 2017 Institute of Thermomechanics CAS, v.v.i.

With the advent of cloud computing, more and more consumers prefer to use the cloud services with the pay-as-you-consume mode. The cloud storage brings about great convenience to users, who store data in cloud and access to it using the smart devices anytime and anywhere. Consumers' information should be encrypted to guarantee the data privacy. Flexible searching on ciphertext is a critical challenge to be solved for effective data utilization. In this paper, we propose a novel semantic keyword searchable proxy re-encryption scheme for secure cloud storage. A highlight of this work is that the scheme is quantum attack resistant, while most of the available searchable encryption schemes are not. It supports not only exact keyword search but also synonym keyword search. Moreover, the data owner is capable to delegate his search right to another user using the proxy re-encryption mechanism. In the generation process of re-encryption key, the delegator and delegatee do not need to be interactive with each other. The scheme is also collusion resistant. The oscillations of a class of impulsive vector hyperbolic partial differential equations with delays are studied. Our approach is to reduce the multi-dimensional oscillation problems to the nonexistence of positive solutions of one-dimensional impulsive delay differential inequalities by applying inner product reducing dimension method and differential inequality technique. Some sufficient conditions for H-oscillation of all solutions of the equations under Dirichlet boundary value condition are established, where H denotes a unit vector.

To solve the radio frequency identification problem,an anti-collision algorithm based on the Gray code(BSGC) was developed. The proposed algorithm reduces the effort required to search for tag prefixes in accordance with Gray code regulations and enhances the identification speed through efficient division and branching of the collision tags. The results of simulation and subsequent analysis of the proposed algorithm confirm that it effectively reduces the number of collisions and transmission delays,enhances the throughput rate,and increases the tag identification efficiency.

In order to reduce operation and maintenance expense and also increase the resource utilization rate,server consolidation and virtualization solutions have been adopted in modern cloud computing data ***,the scheduling policies of virtual machine（VM） migration have been regarded as an effective method for energy *** this paper,we address the problem of VM consolidation in cloud data centers.A power aware scheduling algorithm THRUG,which is combined with a utilization threshold strategy and a VM selection policy,is *** tries to select the most appropriate VMs for migration each time when a physical machine（PM） is considered as being overloaded,such that the utilization of this PM is just not more than the utilization threshold,such that both the energy consumption and the number of VM migration can be *** experimental results show that compared with other algorithm,the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the number of VM migrations as well as the energy consumption.

The power attack of the hardware circuit is going through the steps of algorithm writen in FPGA,power consumption,data processing and *** order to solve the problem of the existing power attack experimental platform because the processing steps are too scattered,feature complex operations and other issues,we've thus developed a higher degree of integration of the experimental *** advanced encryption standard(AES) algorithm is taken as an example to illustrate the whole process of implementing the correlation power analysis(CPA)attack on the experimental *** AES algorithm will be downloaded to the SAKURA-G experiment board,acquire the algorithm runtime power leakage,carry out the energy analysis because related attacks on information may leak location,and restore the AES first round of the first byte of the *** results show that the comprehensive experimental platform will integrate these steps into a platform,simplify the operation process,ensure the accuracy of power acquisition,realize the parallel data processing and improve the accuracy and efficiency of power attack.
