Improving the employability of college students has an important influence on enhancing the quality of employment of university graduates. The article used a new perspective to analyze the employability of university graduates. Based on indepth comparative and analysis of the employment quality report of the 2014-2016 graduates in hunan university of humanities,science and technology, the paper discussed the gap between the graduates' employability and the employment market demand from the feedback of enterprises and graduates. This paper analyzed the reasons for the deviation between the graduates' employability and the employment market demand from three aspects: employment conception, employment preparation and vocational consciousness. To improve the undergraduate employability of new local undergraduate colleges and universities, three measures are put forward:(1)To take market demand as the guidance and to innovate the training mechanism of employability;(2)To strengthen the docking between universities and enterprise, and to provide more practical opportunities for college students;(3)To identify career goals and to build the core employability of college students.

In order to implement the strategy of transforming the core of national postgraduate education from the cultivation of academic talents into cultivation of both academic and applied talents, it is necessary to reform personnel training programs and innovate personnel training models. Taking the cultivation of professional degree master in agriculture in hunan university of humanities, science and technology as an example, based on the needs of enterprises in the modern agriculture industry, this paper proposes the new mode of universities, enterprises, industries, and local governments jointly cultivating high-level applied professionals in the agricultural field, including the establishment of training goals, the formulation and optimization of training programs, the establishment of joint training bases, and the construction of quality monitoring systems inside and outside campus. Practice has shown that: postgraduate students in agriculture through jointly trained by multiple units can well combine the education and teaching, scientific research and agricultural production, which has significantly improved the application and practical ability of theoretical knowledge of postgraduate students.

This paper proposes a new translation system that combines a large-scale corpus and a deep learning algorithm based on LSTM. First, the LSTM model is trained using bilingual parallel corpora in the corpus to further improve translation accuracy and generalization ability. An optimization strategy based on gradient clipping is adopted to avoid gradient explosion or disappearance and improve training stability. To verify the performance of the model, this paper simulates the model and compares the effects of traditional translation methods and LSTM models. The simulation results show that the LSTM-based translation system shows significant advantages in BLEU score, translation fluency and vocabulary diversity. The BLEU score of the LSTM model on multiple test sets is 5%-10% higher than that of the traditional statistical model. In addition, the training time and translation efficiency of the model have also been optimized to a certain extent, especially in the translation of long texts. The LSTM model can effectively assist the corpus in automatic translation and shows good adaptability and stability in various translation scenarios. © 2025 IEEE.

The investigation into the significance of credit risk assessment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the context of supply chain finance (SCF) facilitated by blockchain technology presents both opportunities and challenges. The implementation of blockchain has the potential to mitigate information asymmetry. However, it simultaneously complicates the process of credit risk evaluation. To this regard, this study developed a constructed credit risk assessment indicator system and formulated novel forecasting models that employ an imbalanced sampling strategy based on machine learning algorithms, including the classification tree, the bagging, the AdaBoost, the random forest. These models were subsequently applied to predict credit risk of SMEs in China. Additionally, the study examined the selection of characteristic indicators in the prediction model, which were used to calculate and compare the strengths and weaknesses of credit risk assessment models, as well as their predictive capabilities. The empirical result indicate that the AdaBoost algorithm demonstrated the most effective predictive performance. This study addresses the issue of inaccurate credit risk assessment for SMEs and offers valuable management insights for financial institutions assessing the credit risk of SMEs in practice. The transformerless photovoltaic (PV) inverter systems can generate significant leakage current to the ground. Currently, the main methods to reduce leakage current are based on optimizing circuit topology and control methods. This paper, after analyzing the causes of ground leakage current, proposes a novel integrated common-mode and differential-mode filtering topology with a buffer circuit to reduce the leakage current in transformerless PV inverter systems. This solution can effectively reduce the system's ground leakage current. Through theoretical analysis and circuit simulation verification, it is shown that this topology can effectively reduce the leakage current of the transformerless PV inverters. © 2025 SPIE.

Magnetic Field-Controlled Directional Excitation of Infrared Graphene Plasmons for Nano-optical Devices

In this paper, we demonstrate magnetically controlled unidirectional propagation of graphene surface plasmons (GSPs) through a hybrid graphene-InSb-metallic structure. Analytical modeling reveals asymmetric dispersion relations for GSPs in magneto-optical graphene-InSb systems under external magnetic fields. A nanograting-based Salisbury screen configuration is employed to excite multiple plasmonic resonances (45–70 THz), where magnetic biasing induces splitting of primary resonances into directionally selective modes. Systematic investigations establish the dependence of unidirectional GSPs excitation on critical parameters including magnetic field intensity, graphene grating amplitude, and reflector spacing. Furthermore, we successfully demonstrate a finite-grating configuration functioning as a practical unidirectional GSPs source, verified through numerical simulations. The proposed architecture shows significant potential for developing magneto-tunable nanophotonic devices, including infrared plasmonic emitters and GSPs-based optical switches, with promising applications in next-generation nano-optical integrated circuits. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Transcriptomic Analysis of Polygonatum sibiricum in Response to Continuous Cropping Obstacles

[Objectives]This study was conducted to comprehensively understand the changes in gene expression of plants under environmental stress during different growth and development stages.[Methods]The effects of continuous cropping on the roots and leaves of Polygonatum sibiricum were investigated using transcriptome ***-grown first crop *** was used as the control group,while continuous cropping plants served as the treatment *** differences in roots and leaves under different conditions were compared.[Results]The leaf materials of first crop and continuous cropping ***(CCLZ vs FCLZ)showed 21916 differentially expressed genes(DEGs),while the root materials of first crop and continuous cropping ***(CCRZ vs FCRZ)exhibited 12726 DEGs(the lowest DEG count)(12726).Among them,1896 DEGs were *** enrichment analysis revealed that DEGs were mainly enriched in metabolism,cell wall degradation,and pathogen *** enrichment analysis indicated that DEGs in CCLZ vs FCLZ and CCRZ vs FCRZ primarily affected hormone signal transduction and pathogen interaction pathways.[Conclusions]This study preliminarily elucidate the regulatory mechanisms in the roots and leaves of continuous cropping *** at the molecular level,providing reference for research on its adaptation to continuous cropping.
