The integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid has led to new challenges in maintaining the stability of the system frequency. This paper proposes a novel approach to address the Optimal Demand Side Frequency Control (ODFC) problem using Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MADDPG) method. The proposed method models the ODFC problem as a Markov game, with centralized training based on multi-agent cooperative self-learning and associative storage service. In the decentralized execution stage, each agent independently outputs control actions to the controlled plant using local observations. Numerical simulations show that the proposed method effectively addresses the ODFC problem with superior performance compared to traditional methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In sentence similarity research methods, sentence similarity is often calculated from semantic aspects, however, the influence of other features is ignored. For example, the influence of sentence syntactic structure and word order on sentence similarity is not considered. Therefore, This paper proposes a method to measure the degree of similarity between sentences based on a multi-feature fusion of semantics, syntactic similarity and word order similarity, respectively. For the aspect of semantic similarity, in this paper, we first preprocess the sentence and obtain the word vectors, and then obtains sentence vector features through neural networks, so as to calculate the sentence semantic similarity;Finally, for the aspect of word order similarity, word order is considered as the auxiliary feature information to calculate sentence similarity since word order has a smaller effect on sentence similarity compared to the above information. The experimental results show that the proposed model has an accuracy of 77.4 % and an F1 value of 84.3% on the MRPC dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

Large language models cross-domain named entity recognition task in the face of the scarcity of large language labeled data in a specific domain,due to the entity bias arising from the variation of entity information between different domains,which makes large language models prone to spurious correlations problems when dealing with specific domains and *** order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a cross-domain named entity recognition method based on causal graph structure enhancement,which captures the cross-domain invariant causal structural representations between feature representations of text sequences and annotation sequences by establishing a causal learning and intervention module,so as to improve the utilization of causal structural features by the large languagemodels in the target domains,and thus effectively alleviate the false entity bias triggered by the false relevance problem;meanwhile,through the semantic feature fusion module,the semantic information of the source and target domains is effectively *** results show an improvement of 2.47%and 4.12%in the political and medical domains,respectively,compared with the benchmark model,and an excellent performance in small-sample scenarios,which proves the effectiveness of causal graph structural enhancement in improving the accuracy of cross-domain entity recognition and reducing false correlations.

The integration of large education and artificial intelligence technologies is gradually deepening, and how to provide personalized user profiling services for learners is an important research problem. In response to the long-term dependency problem and lack of learning features of today's deep knowledge tracking models, a deep knowledge tracking model (FSA-MuLSTM) based on forgetting features and the self-attentiveness mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the model combines the learner's historical learning interaction tuple sequences with learning times and memory residuals to obtain the input vector based on the LSTM;secondly, the correlation weights between tuples are captured using the self-attention mechanism;finally, the deep information between tuple sequences is captured using the stacking of multilayer LSTMs. The probability of correctly answering the current question is derived from the hidden vectors and the self-attentive weights of the output of the multilayer LSTM. Two public datasets are used for the experiments, and the combined analysis outperforms existing knowledge-tracking models in terms of performance and improves the accuracy of prediction. © 2023 IEEE.

Biometric systems, even with high accuracies, commonly suffer from various attacks. In practical applications, some systems directly display the matching scores, or attackers can obtain the matching scores. This paper proposes a novel matching-score-based template reconstruction attack, which reveals that matching scores can leak the spatial neighborhood range of the attacked template, resulting in some potential security and privacy risks. The dissimilarity (matching score) between two real-number templates is measured by the Euclidean distance. A small number of match scores can be obtained by matching the attacked template with a few randomly selected or generated fake templates. An equation set can be established based on the formulae of the matching scores. However, it is difficult to directly solve the quadratic equation set. We skillfully simplify the quadratic equation set into a linear equation set, which obviously reduces the complexity, especially for large-size templates. This novel attack can be extended to other algorithms, and used to evaluate the security and privacy of the related algorithms. © 2025 SPIE.

The accuracy of weighing systems is easily affected by sensors, conversion circuits, temperature, and other factors. Aiming at the problem of significant temperature impact during the operation of the weighing system, which leads to a decrease in weighing accuracy. This article proposes a BP neural network method for temperature compensation of the weighing system to further improve the weighing accuracy. Firstly, a weighing system is built based on STM32 to collect system temperature and weighing data. Then, a BP neural network is built using MATLAB, and the calibration data is imported to train the optimal model of the BP neural network. Finally, the model parameters are imported into an embedded system to achieve real-time temperature compensation for the STM32 weighing system. The experimental results show that the accuracy and stability of the weighing system have been improved, and it has good application value. © 2024 SPIE.

Data-free knowledge distillation aims to learn a compact student network from a pre-trained large teacher network without using the original training data of the teacher network. Existing collection-based and generation-based methods train student networks by collecting massive real examples and generating synthetic examples, respectively. However, they inevitably become weak in practical scenarios due to the difficulties in gathering or emulating sufficient real-world data. To solve this problem, we propose a novel method called Hybrid Data-Free Distillation (HiDFD), which leverages only a small amount of collected data as well as generates sufficient examples for training student networks. Our HiDFD comprises two primary modules, i.e., the teacher-guided generation and student distillation. The teacher-guided generation module guides a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) by the teacher network to produce high-quality synthetic examples from very few real-world collected examples. Specifically, we design a feature integration mechanism to prevent the GAN from overfitting and facilitate the reliable representation learning from the teacher network. Meanwhile, we drive a category frequency smoothing technique via the teacher network to balance the generative training of each category. In the student distillation module, we explore a data inflation strategy to properly utilize a blend of real and synthetic data to train the student network via a classifier-sharing-based feature alignment technique. Intensive experiments across multiple benchmarks demonstrate that our HiDFD can achieve state-of-the-art performance using 120 times less collected data than existing methods. In this stage of pulmonary nodules image processing, the pulmonary nodule detection and recognition based on 3D CNN has achieved great success in medical image processing. The tradition pulmonary nodule detection model has a low detection accuracy, in order to more accurately detect the pathological pulmonary nodules, this paper proposes a novel 3D CNN model based on multiscale architecture with channel and spatial attention. That is to say, multi-scale feature extraction module and attention mechanism are added to some residual blocks in 3D Fast-R-CNN, which can improve the performance of the whole network and better learn the features of candidate nodes;Secondly, in the part of regional proposal network, U-Net network and Fast RCNN are combined. The method on LUNA16 dataset shows that the average free-response receiver operating characteristic (FROC) score is 0.848 which is better than other methods.
