In large-scale SDN network, a single centralized controller can not meet the demand, and multiple controllers are needed to deal with the problem, which leads to the problem of multi control balanced deployment. In this paper, the topology of SDN switches and links is known. The main research contents are as follows: the mathematical model of SDN multi controller deployment is established, and the appropriate network topology is selected and the multi controller deployment problem is solved. In the research, the number of controllers needed in the network and the switches managed by each controller is determined by the algorithm results, and the mapping relationship between controllers and switches is established. By analyzing the deployment results of the same network topology under different algorithms, the influence of different clustering algorithms on the experimental results is obtained. At the same time, the better deployment experiment results are simulated.

Effects of Ultrasound Combined with Calcium Impregnation on Lycopene and Quality Properties of Cherry Tomatoes During Storage

Effects of ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation on physico-chemical properties and lycopene of cherry tomatoes during storage were studied, and the mechanisms were further elucidated. The handness, color, and lycopene content of cherry tomatoes were determined by texture analyzer, color difference meter and HPLC. Meanwhile, the structure of lycopene was also investigated by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). The results showed that ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation treatment could enhance the permeation of Ca2+ into the tissue of cherry tomatoes, which effectively delayed the decline of hardness, inhibited the increment of browning index, weight loss ratio and decay rate, and maintained titratable acid content, and vitamin C content of cherry tomatoes during storage. Compared to control, ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation treatment had no obvious influence on the all-trans lycopene contents. According to results from NMR, ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation treatment inhibited the oxidation of all-trans lycopene, 5-cis-lycopene and 9-cis-lycopene during storage and maintained theirs structural integrity. Ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation technology could effectively maintain the quality of cherry tomatoes. The results provided a theoretical basis for the application of ultrasound combined with calcium impregnation technology in fruit and vegetable preservation. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of Food Science and Technology. Online Calibration of Intracortical Neural Interface Based on Transfer Learning

In the application of neural interface, the neural activity of neurons and neuronal groups is not fixed even under the same task conditions. Meanwhile, the recording conditions of neural signals are also very unstable, with a high degree of within-and across-day variability. This results in a very unstable firing pattern for the recorded neural spike signals. In order to get better performance, the decoder often requires a lot of online calibration samples. This brings a heavy training burden to neural interface users. To solve this problem, this paper proposes to apply transfer learning (TL) to online calibration of intracortical neural interface to reduce the dependence of decoder on a large number of online calibration samples. Experimental results show that through transferring from a large amount of historical data, decoder can achieve satisfactory classification accuracy with only a small amount of online data.

Quantum emitters are a key component in photonic quantum technologies. Enhancing their single-photon emission by engineering the photonic environment using cavities can improve the overall efficiency in quantum information processing. However, this enhancement is often limited by the need for precise nanoscale control over emitter’s position within micro/nano-cavities. Inspired by the fascinated physics of moiré pattern, we present an approach to strongly modify the spontaneous emission rate of a quantum emitter using fine-designed multilayer moiré photonic crystal with a robust isolate-flatband dispersion. Theoretical analysis reveals that due to its nearly infinite photonic density of states, the moiré cavity can simultaneously possess high Purcell factor and large tolerance over emitter’s position. We experimentally demonstrate the coupling between this moiré cavity and a quantum dot via the cavity-determined polarization of the dot’s emission. The radiative lifetime of the quantum dot can be tuned by a factor of 40 from 42 ps to 1692 ps, attributed to strong Purcell enhancement and Purcell inhibition effects. Our findings pave the way for moiré flatband cavity-enhanced quantum light sources, quantum optical switches and quantum nodes for quantum internet. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. As people come into contact with image data more often, high quality and clear images attract more attention. Many methods have been proposed to deal with image noise problem including deep learning (DL). However most of them is lack of capability when customers want more perceptual details of the image without information loss. In this paper, a deep residual network based on generative adversarial (GAN) network was proposed to complete the image denoising mission. Firstly, a generative-adversarial network structure based on residual blocks was designed. Secondly, a refined loss function was given to train the GAN network. The well designed loss function can help the generated image to be very close to the clear counterpart (ground truth) while enhancing more details in colours and brightness. Finally, extensive experiments show that our network is not only convincing for images denoising, but also effective for other image process tasks, such as image defogging, medical CT denoising etc., presenting impressive and competitive effects.

The interactions between human serum albumin (HSA) and the hemostatic components of the Chinese medicine Sanguisorbae Radix (SR), specifically phenolic acid compounds such as caffeic acid (CA), ferulic acid (FA) and their 1:1 mixture (1:1) were studied to investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the hemostatic effect of SR. Network pharmacology combined with the experimental and computational data revealed that HSA is one of the hemostatic targets to SR phenolic acids. SDS-PAGE and multi-spectroscopy demonstrated that the phenolic acids bind to site I on HSA, altering its structure and influencing its migration velocity. There is an observed synergistic effect upon the mixture of CA and FA. Quantum chemistry, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations indicate that the binding of phenolic acids to HSA is stable, and variations in binding efficiency are associated with the hydrophobicity of the substituent at the C3 position of the side chain, and also, the key amino acids and functional groups for hemostasis of SR were identified, along with the active sites that contribute to the synergistic enhancement by phenolic acids. © 2024, The Authors. Cluster analysis is important in scientific and industrial fields. In this study, we proposed a novel chaotic biogeography-based optimization (CBBO) method, and applied it in centroid-based clustering methods. The results over three types of simulation data showed that this proposed CBBO method gave better performance than chaotic particle swarm optimization, genetic algorithm, firefly algorithm, and quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization. In all, our CBBO method is effective in centroid-based clustering.

This paper proposes a genetic-based algorithm for surface reconstruction of three-dimension (3-D) objects from a group of contours representing its section plane lines. The algorithm can optimize the triangulation of the surface of 3-D objects with a multi-objective optimization function to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. Further, a new crossover operator for triangulation and a new 3-D quadrilateral mutation operator are also introduced.

The problem of insecurity is a global crisis with adverse effects on lives and properties. Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient is a dependable method for handling imprecision, which is the main bottleneck of insecurity assessment. A number of Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient methods have been developed. Based on Spearman's correlation coefficient, an innovative Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method is built to enhance trustworthy insecurity assessment. The existing Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient methods are evaluated, and their shortcomings are identified in order to validate the construction of a new Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method. The drawbacks of the existing methods lead us into building a new Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method by using the Spearman's correlation coefficient approach, which has the potential of overcoming the drawbacks of the existing Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient methods. In addition, some theoretical findings are provided to support the strength of the novel Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method and it is shown that the new method satisfies the Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient requirements. Furthermore, the novel Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method is applied to assess the insecurity situation in the North-Central Region of Nigeria to furnish intended tourists with relevant travel advice. To demonstrate the inherent significance of the novel Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method, we compare its effectiveness to that of the extant Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient methods. The results of the comparison show the superiority of the novel Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient method over the existing ones in terms of reliability, consistency, precision and compliance with the Fermatean fuzzy correlation coefficient axioms. Ultimately, it is discovered that the new method can effectively address hesitations related to insecurity assessment

According to fractional order model, the governing equation of viscoelastic plate is established. Using the properties of the shifted Bernstein polynomials, the fractional order equation of viscoelastic plate is resolved, the conversion of fractional differential equations to algebraic equations, and operator matrices represented by Kronecker products are solved in the domain. The convergence study validates the algorithm's efficacy and precision in solving differential equations. The displacement of viscoelastic metal thin plate under different external loads (uniform distribution and linear distribution), the effect of white Gaussian noise on the thin metal plate displacement, the effect of different boundary conditions on thin metal plate displacement under harmonic load are studied, the displacements of metal and polymer plates under different loads are contrasted and stress and strain relationship of two kinds of plates are discussed. Based on the outcomes, it can be concluded that the shift Bernstein polynomial approach is useful for numerically simulating viscoelastic plates. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.
