Identification of magnetite nanoparticles synthesized from natural iron sand with a chemical treatment that is by using thecoprecipitation method on temperature and heated spaces, using a pair of acids and bases, i.e. HCL as a solvent NH4OH and as its precipation. The Crystal structure, the percentage of elements, the particle size and properties of the magnetism material characterization by XRD, XRF identification testing, and permagraph. From the results obtained in the Analysis that the value of the percentage purity of Fe3O4 are derived from Natural Sands before Extraction is of 81.42%, and once on extract 86.73% increase to its purity. From the results of the analysis of properties of ferrite magnet to Fe3O4from sand iron retrieved the value of Saturation Magnetization (Ms) produced amounted to 0.29 T, or residual magnetization Remanence (Br) of 0081 T, and Coercivityy(Hc) amounted to 1.82 kA/m expected data analysis results may explain the comparison characteristics in structure and magnetic properties of material with a natural sand Fe3O4 Aldrich so it can be an additional related information value added (added value) the local SDA.

Food security of a country is classified ideal if the food needs of the people have been met in terms of quantity and nutrition evenly. One alternative in achieving national food security is food diversification. Analog rice is one of the diversification of foods made from various kinds of flour as the ingredients. It is an alternative food substitute for rice. The purpose of the present study was to create and test the characteristics of analog rice made from sago flour and arrowroot flour. The parameters observed were water content, water absorption and texture. The treatment of the research was the variation of the ratio between sago flour and arrowroot flour, namely: 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. This research produces analog rice with water content ranging from 11.250%-13.325%, water absorption capacity of 175%-208%, and analog rice texture from the ratio 90:10.

Development of an irrigation network information system is carried out by converting data into coordinate form using ArcGIS software. Visual studio software is used to display all data that has been processed. Spatial-based irrigation network information systems built using ArcGIS and Visual Studio software can easily obtain information about channel conditions, rating curves, channel profiles and channel photos. the availability of spatial-based irrigation network information systems facilitates the management of irrigation networks.

Indonesian government through National Medium Development Term Plan (2015-2019) aims 100% easy access of clean and fresh drink water, and 100% decent access of sanitation. The present study aims to determine index risk of sanitation modeling (IRS) of domestic waste water as an effort in achieving the target of Universal Access 2020. Discriminants that resulted from the present study are: Z1 = -41.86 - (1,16*IRS) + (0,07*PM) + (0,16*PP) + (0,11*PWM) dan Z2 = 6.74 + (1,54*IRS) + (0,01*PM) + (0,21*PP) - (0,26*PWM) in which it is used to determine domestic waste water system. Variables that influence this system are index risk of sanitation (IRS), female participant (PP), poor people (PWM), and beneficiary (PM). When the equation mentioned above is applied into 154 districts in Surabaya, the result will be as follow: 1) Based on Domestic Waste Water System there are 57 districts (37,01%) that can be included into communal system, 31 (20,13%) districts are included into domestic IPAL system and 66 districts (42,86%) are included into combination between communal and IPAL system.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) has become an endemic in major cities in Indonesia. The climate change and poor level of awareness and knowledge of the community in Indonesia have caused an increase in the DHF cases. Outbreaks on January until April 2015, the morbidity rate reached 50.75. In 1996, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predicted threefold increase in the dengue hemorrhagic fever incidents in Indonesia by 2070, if the environment and community conditions do not improve. This study aims to provide a dynamic model to predict the dynamics of the DHF incidents based on climate variability in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The design of this study was ecologic study with hypothesis test, modelling, simulation, and intervention. In collecting the data, interview with respondents and measurement of climate variables were conducted. Interviews with respondents include the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour (PSP) of the community. Measurements of climate factors include rainfall, temperature, humidity and CO2 level in the ambient environment. The DHF system dynamics model simulation shows that the significant effect on the decline of Breeding Places and the decrease of DHF cases were achieved by increasing the participation of the community to actively control water places that are potential for mosquito breeding places.

Solenoids have been made with square and triangular cross-sections. Both kinds of solenoids are made with an iron core and without an iron core. The solenoids specification were 12 cm long and 3.5 cm wide with 220 windings and 900 windings. The iron core specification was 12.5 cm long and 8 mm diameter. The induction voltages both of solenoids have calculated with experiments method in the laboratory. Calculation of induction voltages with the experiment method used the motor as the magnetic drive, full-wave rectifier circuit, neodym magnet, and led lamp. Induction voltage and electric current obtained of each solenoid for range from two cm until ten cm. The closest distance between the solenoid with the motor as magnetic drive and the greater the number of solenoid windings produced the greater the induction voltages. Triangular-sided solenoids with 220 windings produced faster induction voltages than the square-sided solenoid for the same number of windings. While an iron core solenoids produced faster induction voltages than solenoid without an iron core.

A low number in green building development cause the building construction will have an immense direct and indirect impact on future generations. This paper identified the optimum incentive model driving the building efficiency achievement in green building operation and maintenance. Critical factors that influence building consultant and contractor decision in green building design and construction toward the operation and maintenance achievement planned were analysed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) methods. Precisely, the study modelled the regional policy affecting building efficiency achievement in the developing country. This research already identified the way of green building stakeholders' operations and maintenance in the capital city of Indonesia. Quantitative method using case study analysis already validated for the questionnaire data. The PLS-SEM indicated that sustainable in green building implementation and sustainability has significant causal effects on the regional policy of building the life cycle. Among these factors, tax exemption, expedited permit, and floor to area ratio were significant. The regional policy indicators in green building implementation have the most significant effect on building efficiency achievement.

Adaptation to the concept of sustainability is a problem in developing countries, especially in terms of the level of knowledge, economic capability, environmental conditions, and regional policies. These four aspects become exogenous variables in this study to examine the role of green building concepts in sustainable concepts in building construction. Qualitative and quantitative methods become a way to prove the hypothesis of this study by using SEM-PLS as an analysis tool. The sample in this study limits the building developers and owners to assess aspects that affect the sustainability of the green building concept and obtain an overview of the incentive models they expect. The results of this study indicate the level of knowledge of building developers and building owners affects the ability of building management to achieve a sustainable concept. Besides, the aspect of sustainability has an impact on the acquisition of both internal and external incentives for developers and building owners. Specific incentive models that developers and owners expect are accelerating licensing and building certification and reducing property tax. The government also supports the provision of property tax compared to value-added tax because it is a controlling tool in implementing green building concepts.
