Since the outbreak of Covid-19 ***, there has been 1.739.750 positive cases and 48.039 deaths. Wearing a facemask is one important aspect to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. WHO recommended three layered cloth masks to be worn at home or public place. Based on the initial observation, there were some discomfort felt by customers including headaches, difficulty in breathing and speaking, as well as excessive sweat production on the face that lead to acne, dermatitis, and redness. This discomfort made students not using facemask properly. This study aims to design ergonomic non-medical mask that is comfortable and protective for the customers. Ergonomics Function Deployment (EFD) was applied to redesign the current cloth mask. EFD is the development of QFD (Quality Function Development) by adding a new relationship of customer needs and ergonomics aspects of the product. 376 respondents were surveyed to gather data about satisfaction of currently used mask, customer's needs and their important priority. Data collection of EFD started with preliminary-sampling to identify customer need and customer's level of importance questionnaires distribution to 376 respondents to measure the importance of each attribute of product. EFD showed that most important customer's need of non-medical mask was could protect customers from COVID-19 droplets, had several layers, ergonomically fitted to the customer's face. Four alternatives concepts were generated to fulfill customer requirements, concept A, B, and C selected to be continued. By concept scoring, concept A and B were selected with 4.695 and 4,646. Concept A (it had head loop adjustable design with round stopper; its width and height were 196.4 and 140 mm, it used zipper to open and close mask with width and height of the opening were 67 mm and 77 mm, it had black cloth and elastic string). Concept B (it had ear loop adjustable design with stripped stopper, its width and height were 196.4 and 140 mm, it used zippe

This paper presents the results of research on fuzzy controller simulation for load control of a 5 kW micro-hydro generator using Simulink Matlab. The model uses two input variables and one fuzzy output variable. The controller input variables are consumer power and TRIAC trigger angle while the output is the generator frequency prediction. Based on the simulation results of 41 samples of consumer power used in the simulation, it is found that there are only 4 powerpoints that cause the generator frequency to be outside the specified tolerance limit. Generally, the electric power system in Indonesia uses a frequency of 50 Hz, with a tolerance of±0.4 % or a frequency between 49.8 Hz-50.2 Hz. Overall, it can be said that the performance of the fuzzy controller for controlling the load of the 5 kW micro-hydro generator reviewed in this study has a fairly good performance.

Light steel framing using the Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) sections is one of the Industrialized Building Systems (IBS) highly recommended for our construction industry; it not only contributes to speeding up construction time and reducing material usage but also guarantees the quality of the building. A relentless study has been conducted to achieve the appropriate configuration to ensure CFS popularity by introducing different types of joints applicable in constructing lightweight steel framing. A review of the CFS joint is provided in this study. The CFS joint is focused on the beam-column joint, apex and eaves, and truss joint. The study is mapped to establish research trends on CFS joints. Some areas show limited study and need future research on the proposed joints’ structural behavior aspects.

The research is experimental research that aims to determine whether there were differences in job-program- based practice with conventional practice on student learning outcomes. The trial subjects were students of the D3 Civil and Building engineeringstudyprogram FT UM who took the Masonry and Concrete Construction Practice course. In the field trial, the experimental group consisted of 23 students, while the control group consisted of 22 students. This research employs t-test analysis. The result shows differences in learning outcomes between students learning using Job program- based practical methods and students learning using conventional practical learning with a t-value of 6.054 at the significance level of 0.000. In conclusion, the Job-program learning methods significantly improve the learning outcome.

This research aims to develop an application for selecting the best new tenant at PT Angkasa Pura II Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport Branch by utilizing Weighted Product (WP) method as the decision support system. Our approach is descriptive research with data analysis technique using four prospective tenants coded A_1 to A_4. The data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The steps for selecting the best new tenant using the WP method include determining the criteria, sorting the suitability of alternatives and criteria, determining the weight of each criterion and its normalization, calculating the score, S value as an alternative preference, and calculating the ranking, V value as the final alternative preference. Based on the final calculation results, the new tenant coded A_4 is the best alternative based on the data collected from the Financial Management (FHFM) Unit and the Commercial Unit, with a value of V_4 is 0.294.
