CO2 injection into the hydrocarbon reservoir affects the subsurface mechanics and hydraulic condition. The injection has to be performed in a way that there will be no reservoir and/or top seal failure. In such case, a simulation of the injected fluid propagation needs to be performed to see its possible impact to the top seal and existing major faults. We use finite element method to perform this injection simulation. In this research, we use open source software Finite Element Heat and Mass Transfer Code (FEHM) to simulate CO2 injection processes into reservoir. Subsurface geological model was constructed in a dimension of 3000 m (easting) x 3000 m (northing) x 2000 m (vertical). Vertically, it consists of four layers which represent upper layer (400 m), top seal (200 m), reservoir (900 m), and basement (500m). The grid around the reservoir rocks is refined to give more detail results. The open hole injection is set at 850 - 890 m depth, 1500 m easting and 1500 m northing. The material is assumed to be isotropic. The initial pressure and temperature increase as a function of depth with a pressure gradient of 0.00981 MPa/m and a temperature gradient of 0.025 degrees C/m. A vertical fault is modelled at 600 m eastern to the injection well. Injection process is carried out with 6 kg/s of CO2 injection with simulation time for ten years to see its impact to the fault. A vertical fault is The modelling results show that the CO2 injection will not reactivate the fault at 10 years. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

A decision support system is a solution to help provide decision recommendations in determining which options to choose as a solution, in this decision support system research, namely analyzing and comparing the Matching Profile method and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in providing the best choice solution in the case of determining teaching staff acceptance. Determination of Admission, The selected teaching staff, are teaching staff who are in accordance with the criteria and quality. In an educational institution, namely TPQ Anbata, it is a very important issue to get elected teaching staff. One way to get teaching staff who is in accordance with the cafeteria is determined by selecting or determining prospective teaching staff by paying attention to various assessment criteria so that the selected teaching staff is feasible. From the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained include all test cases, and the testing is appropriate. The results of the system calculation accuracy test show that the calculation of Matching Profile and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting Method carried out by the system with manual calculations is correct and the feasibility test. Appropriate to use in making decisions determining the recruitment of teachers than the profile matching method in Anbata TPQ. The difference is in the highest value in each method. In the profile matching method, the highest value is Salman Al Fariz with a value of 4.70 while in the SAW method the highest value is Ali Gufron with a value of 8,778., it can be concluded that the most appropriate method in determining the recruitment of teaching staff at TPQ Anbata is the Profile Matching Method.

Quantum tunneling phenomenon allows a high-barrier reaction to occur even though thermal energy is not sufficient to surmount the barrier. The phenomenon has been suggested to exist in the isomerization of methylhydroxycarbene which occured at 11 K. Here we study the quantum tunneling that occured in the isomerization of methylhydroxycarbene to acetaldehyde and to vinyl alcohol based on density functional calculations. The isomerization pathways are determined under the effect of various solvents which are modeled by polarizable continuum model (PCM). We use Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation to calculate the tunneling probability (T) and extend the usefulness of T into isomerization rate. The results show that the solvents give a significant effect on the isomerization rate of methylhydroxycarbene to acetaldehyde but an insignificant one on the isomerization rate to vinyl alcohol. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. Air-gasification converts biomass using air into combustible gaseous components which also known as producer gas. The combustion of those gases provides energy for any purposes. In an asphalt mixing plant, this technology is implemented using palm kernel shell as feedstock to generate heat for aggregate heating as a part of hot-mixed asphalt production. Both Cold Gas Efficiency (CGE) and Carbon Conversion Efficiency (CCE) are the common performance indicators of such process. This study examines a performance of an updraft fixed-bed gasifier to convert the shell into producer gas in supplying heat for increasing aggregate temperature from ambient to about 145 – 165°C at capacity of 800 kg/min. The feedstock flowrate was set at 990 kg/hour and equivalence ratios were varied at 0.04, 0.05 and 0.08. Because the gasification reactions were in equilibrium, the producer gas composition for calculating the CGE was predicted using thermodynamic model with minimizing Gibbs free energy. The feedstock and solid residue of the process were analysed to determine the carbon content for calculating the CCE. It is indicated that the performance of the gasification operation for supplying heat in an asphalt mixing plant is limited by operating conditions.

Bird markets remain part of Jakarta’s cultural interests in the midst of Jakarta’s development path to modernization. It brings us to a time-space imagination where birds were owned and traded to resemble the social status of a person, especially in Javanese traditions. It also, therefore, marks the migration period of Javanese to Jakarta who still retains their tradition and culture in the capital city. Today, several markets even persist in the contestation between the process of space acquisition for bird enthusiasts, the formal grids and regulation of urban development, also endemic animals, and environmental conservation. Although contested, it is suggested that the bird market reflects what Foucault implied about heterotopia. The bird market represents a liminal space of the ideal romantic-traditional society which in reality does not ‘fit’ under the hegemonic urban construct - yet it constructs the way we relate to urban life today. This article seeks through the possibility of exploring ‘this otherness’ the re-positioning of the traditional market in Jakarta today and how it constructs and is re-constructed by the dominant discourse of the city. It is also argued that this memory of a time that the bird market retains cannot be detached from the social networks of bird enthusiasts who are engaged not only in economic activities of selling, buying, or biding but also in chirping contests. Not only the social value, but the bird market also depicts a political-economic logic between traders, contests organizer, competition jury, and the market as to control - boost or suppress the price of birds and promote particular kinds of birds to be included in the competition which often leads to further exploitation of bird in the natural reserve. Determination of toll gate optimal number: A case study of Kertosono – Kediri toll road in Indonesia

The Kertosono-Kediri toll gate is currently under construction and operated in 2021. This toll gate is the entrance of vehicles that move from the industrial area of Mojokerto, Kertosono. For exit access this toll gate serves vehicles through the Maron Kediri toll gate, and the Sonoagung Pambon toll gate. If the toll booths operated are not in accordance with the amount of vehicle flow, it can cause poor vehicle traffic performance. The purpose of this study was to the optimal number of the gate in serving toll user transactions. The method in this study uses the number of optimal gate rules carried out by organizing data based on variable values and parameters traffic intensity per lane in the toll-gate section. These variables include the average number of vehicles received per hour and the average number of vehicles received per hour. Based on the analysis shows the number of toll booths for the Maron Kediri toll gate with 95 units/hour as many as 4 gates, 189 units/hour requires 8 gates, and 284 units/hour requires 10 gates. The Sonoagung Prambon toll gate with 118 units/hour as many as 4 gates, 236 units/hour requires 8 gates, and 353 units/hour requires 10 gates.

The decision to relocate to the capital city of Indonesia needs to be supported by complete infrastructure, one of which is a technology-based smart port. Ports play an essential role in supporting the country’s economy. A port can be categorized as a smart port if it meets four main criteria: energy, operations, safety & security, and environment. This study will discuss the concept of smart port operation to realize the Master Plan of the New National Capital City of Indonesia (IKN) in terms of technology infrastructure, mobility, and smart city connectivity using the literature review method. The location of this research is in the Kaltim Kariangau Terminal (KKT), West Kalimantan Province. Most port activities in administration, loading, and unloading at the Kaltim Kariangau Terminal (KKT) still use conventional methods. There are three aspects of operations to fulfill smart port criteria: productivity, automation, and intelligent infrastructure. Productivity refers to the optimization level of activity on the port; RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology may increase the port’s productivity by decreasing the amount of time to identify every single container. AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) with an automatic guiding device allow movement along a path that the system has determined to support the automation system. The application of automatic gates for checking goods in the entry gate supports the intelligence infrastructure to obtain data in real-time and quickly. The implementation of smart ports directly also supports the creation of IKN following the IKN Master Plan, which refers to Law No. 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital covering aspects of Smart City implementation, Mobility and Connectivity, Technology, Information, Communication Infrastructure, and IKN Security Systems.

The difficulty in controlling the proper bonding during manufacturing sandwich for ship structure is a major problem. One of the damage types that often occurs is debonding caused by the lack of the adhesive layer bond between the two faceplate materials and the sandwich core at the centre. Furthermore, the identification of damage in ship structure becomes essential to ensure the structural integrity and security issues. Based on the issues above, damage identification on the sandwich plate of Ferry Ro-Ro with several debonding ratios using the k-NN algorithm was proposed. The cross-validation method was used to check the validity of the proposed algorithm model in practice. The proposed models were analyzed with various k-fold values, k-NN values, and number of iterations to investigate the influence of the those parameters on the accuracy of the model. From the result, it can be found that increasing k-fold value is the best strategy to increase the accuracy of the model. However, increase number of neighbors (k) caused a bias so that the accuracy decreased. The tests resulted in the highest accuracy of 97.60% obtained at k-fold 11 with k=3 and 90 iterations. It can be summarized that the large number of k-folds and small k-NN parameters do not require large iterations to obtain high prediction results.

The renovation of the St. Yohanes Evangelist Church project located on 197, Melawai Street Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta with a building area about 1480.9 m2 was chosen as a research object because the Church Construction Committee wanted to accelerate the renovation project from 2 years 5 months targeted to 1 year 5 months. This is because the Church of St. John the Evangelist as a place of worship can be immediately used again. The PERT method can be used to manage projects more efficiently and effectively; to be able to know the possibility of accelerating the duration of the project carried out on activities in the critical path and the shortening of the duration of each work on each alternative is equalized. In this study, the critical path compression step of the network using Microsoft Project and the results of the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method, obtained a probability of 99.88%, so the renovation project of Saint John Evangelist Church can be an accelerated project to 1 year 5 months.

Mineral water production for health therapy based on nanomaterial filters

Clean water is one of the most important needs, including for daily drinking, because 70-80% of the human body is water. There are many benefits of consuming adequate drinking water for health. Consuming clean and healthy water is one of the keys to getting a healthy body, because water also plays a role in oxygen transportation throughout the body. To produce clean and healthy water, technological innovations are needed, one of which is to use a nano filter-based device which can reduce solutes, colour, hardness and high metal ions by up to 70%. The purpose of this research is to produce drinking water that is healthy and can be useful in health therapy with nano material-based filters. The resulting water product is drinking water with a pH of 8+. This nano material-based tool has been tested using 3 water samples, namely well water, PDAM water and river water. The results showed that well water with a pH of 8.71, TDS (total dissolved solid) 282 and a test of 4 heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Zn and Cr) were below the threshold and the results after filtering were the most ideal among other water samples and recommended for consumption that can afford for health therapy.
