There are many uses of natural ingredients to find out their potential in overcoming Coronavirus Disease 2019. One of the plants that is often used to treat various diseases, including SARS-Cov2 infection is turmeric. Turmeric contains Tetrahydroxycurcumin compounds. The aim of this research was to study the potential of Tetrahydroxycurcumin in preventing infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The results showed that Tetrahydroxicurcumin has the potential to inhibit Tyrosine protein kinase ABL1, which is a protein that plays a role in the preparation of the cytoskeleton during viral infection. The binding affinity of Tetrahydroxycurcumin for this protein is -8.4 kcal/mol.

Transportation planning, as the design of infrastructure needs and transportation service for the existence of an area, is an important factor for growth and sustainability of a region. Nowadays, the increase of vehicle number is not followed by the extending of infrastructure road, resulting in traffic jam in certain roads. The congestion occurring causes the increase of travel time so it will interfere the productivity of various sectors. The purpose of this study was to determine the vehicle operating costs (VOC) by using the Pacific Consultant International (PCI) method. This PCI method consisted of fixed costs and variable costs, in which the results were added to find out the total vehicle operating costs (VOC) per vehicle and vehicle operating costs (VOC) per day. The results showed that the vehicle operating costs (VOC) via the toll road were smaller than the costs of the existing road. Operational costs of vehicles (VOC) of passenger cars, buses, and trucks that passed the existing road in the morning peak hours were IDR 10.120,88, IDR 23.803,97, and IDR 25366.62 sequentially, whereas if those groups of vehicles passing via the toll road, showed the price respectively IDR 7.107,93, IDR 19.434,12 and IDR 22.180,15.

DC motor is a type of motor that is widely used in industry, electronics and supporting components for some electronic equipment or instrumentation. But now the PID controller is still widely used in various industrial sectors, this is due to its toughness to overcome various problems that exist in the industry. But there is one drawback that is the tuning method, the tuning process must be done by trial and error. More tuning procedures done manually by trial and error method that the result is not necessarily true. To overcome these problems required an alternative approach that can achieve a relatively better value and faster to perform the tuning process. In this case the alternative method used is tuning with Ziegler Nichols. Based on the simulation performed with the controlled torch, the value of the disturbance with the controller Kp = 3,6, Ki = 2,857 and Kd = 1,134 happened to the motor rotation at the lowest interference occurred at 1818 RPM while the highest rotation disturbance reached 2177 RPM from the nominal rotation speed of 2000 RPM for 80 seconds and suffered a friction coefficient of about 20 seconds.

Sadar Sub-watershed is one of 32 Brantas sub-watersheds located in the southern part of Mojokerto district and parts of the city of Mojokerto. Based on government regulation (PP) No 26 of 2008, Mojokerto is one of the national strategic areas from the point of view of economic interests. The National Strategic Area (KSN) with an economic interest point of view has an important role for national development, because these areas have the potential for a fast-growing economy and a leading sector capable of driving the national economy. This economic growth must be supported by the availability of various supporting facilities, one of which is the provision of clean water. The current condition of the existence of clean water is decreasing due to various reasons. The purpose of this research is to predict the availability of water in the future as a basis a water resources planning. The stages of the research are as follows: (1). Secondary data collection in the study. The data is used to calculate current water availability and predict future water availability. Primary data is in the form of interviews with groundwater users and experts. (2) Data Analysis. (3) Build the model of water availability in the study area. (4) Simulation of water availability in the study area under various scenario (5). Model validation. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of land-use change on water availability in the sub-basin. Water conservation scenarios can maintain water availability in the future.

In this investigation, a quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) model coupled with a quantum neural network (QNN) was used to explore the corrosion inhibition efficiency (CIE) of quinoxaline compounds. Integrating quantum chemical properties (QCP) features reduced computational burden by strategically reducing the features from 11 to 4 while maintaining prediction accuracy. QNN models outperform traditional methods like artificial neural networks (ANN) and multilayer perceptron neural networks (MLPNN), with a coefficient of determination (R 2 ) value of 0.987, coupled with diminished root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute deviation (MAD) values of 0.97, 0.92, and 1.10, respectively. Predictions for six newly synthesized quinoxaline derivatives: quinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid (Q1) , methyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate (Q2) , (2 E ,3 E )-2,3-dihydrazono-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline (Q3) , (2 E ,3 E ) 2,3-dihydrazono-6-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline (Q4) , ( E )-3-(4-methoxyethyl)-7-methylquinoxalin-2(1 H)-one (Q5) , and 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-methylthieno[3,2- b ] quinoxaline (Q6) , show remarkable CIE values of 95.12, 96.72, 91.02, 92.43, 89.58, and 93.63 %, respectively. Marine debris has become a global concern due to its impact on marine ecosystems. These materials generally come from land and are deposited to marine environment through different agent of carrier. Many efforts are being made to monitor the dynamics of the debris including their presence and their variability in relation to seasons. The latter are assumed from the facts that the presence of the debris is mainly affected by the waves, speed, and direction of ocean currents in the area of interest. In this study, variation of debris in dry and wet season at Manado Bay was assessed by using a shoreline technique. Two locations are selected, Bailang and Malalayang beach. The samplings were conducted in August 2019 (represent dry season) and January 2020 (represent wet season). Several parameters are examined during the sampling; they are: amount of material, type of debris, composition, and spatial density of each type for macro-size (>2.5 cm) and meso-size (0.5–2.5 cm). The results showed that there was variation on composition and density, but the types of debris remain unchanged. Our present study concluded that variation in the season do not affect the variability of marine debris in Manado Bay.

From the data we got on coinmarketcap, Bitcoin is traded on various cryptocurrency trading exchanges. And at every exchange that has a reputation, of course, has an API service to access historical data about the price movements of all the crypto commodities they have traded from the start. By using the PHP programming language and implementation of the CURL function for JSON readings, we can pull Bitcoin movement data in real time. In this paper, Bitcoin is specifically observed because it is the forerunner and the main cryptocurrency commodity traded and is a determinant of Alternative coin price movements in general. In this paper Bitcoin price monitoring is carried out at 30 reputable exchange places through API access provided by each exchange place. Furthermore, conclusions are drawn about the various variants of how to access the API from the 30 bitcoin exchange places. The program code that is displayed directly in this paper can then be used as an initial reference if you want to develop a Cryptocurrency price movement monitoring application for Bitcoin.
