Insurance company are certainly has a rich of data from their business process. One of the data is related to business process sales. From this sales data can be used to analyze the condition of a company whether the condition of the company is in a good condition or not. The purpose of this research is to develop a technique to analyze this data from the company. The method used to implement the data analysis in this paper is to design a data warehouse. Use ninestep methodology as the method for design data warehouse and Pentaho as a tool for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), OLAP analysis and reporting data, the results of this research concluded that the implementation of data warehouse for perform data analysis and reporting better and more effective.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the design of customer knowledge management system to support customer relationship management activities for an aglaonema nursery in South Tangerang, Indonesia. System. The steps were knowledge identification (knowledge about customer, knowledge from customer, knowledge for customer), knowledge capture, codification, analysis of system requirement and create use case and activity diagram. The result showed that some key knowledge were about supporting customer in plant care (know how) and types of aglaonema including with the prices (know what). That knowledge for customer then codified and shared in knowledge portal website integrated with social media. Knowledge about customer were about customers and their behaviour in purchasing aglaonema. Knowledge from customer were about feedback, favorite and customer experience. Codified knowledge were placed and shared using content management system based on wordpress.

Improved transportation increased the amount of fuel consumption required. Transportation in Indonesia is the largest oil-consuming sector, with a percentage of 40.1% of the total. Vehicle manufacturers are required to produce a vehicle that has a high level of fuel efficiency. This study aims to determine the aerodynamics of energy-efficient vehicle bodies based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This research was conducted using SolidWorks to implement the model. This study examined the variations in airflow velocity at 25, 40, 55, and 70 km/hour. It can be found that the coefficient of drag (Cd) values of the latest body designs with variations in airflow velocity were increased value. The calculation results of the coefficient of drag values were 0.149, 0.154, 0.162, and 0.162, respectively, and the average value was 0.156. In this research, we have found that the energy-saving car body can reduce the drag coefficient compared with the previous study.

The lowest time search in the dataset that E. Taillard utilized employs a heuristic approach based on tabu search techniques to get the predicted solution. Glover’s study gives a broad description of tabu search, which is commonly encountered in Taillard’s job shop scheduling difficulties and Widmer et al.’s flow shop sorting challenges. Although tabu search is relatively simple to use and typically yields excellent results, it takes a long time to complete. In this research a hybrid ACO and PSO was carried out to minimize makespan in the Job Shop Scheduling Problem which was used as sourced from benchmark data which is secondary data obtained from E. Taillard “Benchmarks for basic scheduling problems” which consists of job shop matrix data (job × machine) measuring 4 × 4, 5 × 5, 7 × 7, 10 × 10, 15 × 15, 20 × 20, 30 × 15, 30 × 20, 50 × 15 and 50 × 20. Hybrid is carried out by calculating the Pbest value, namely the process position of each job on the machine to get the best solution using the PSO algorithm. Next, calculate the Gbest (Global best) value for the position of each job on the best machine on the entire machine using the PSO algorithm and initialize the ACO parameters using the PBest and Gbest values. The results of research on datasets with sizes 10×10, 15×15, 20×20, 30×15, 30×20, 50×15 and 50×20 produce smaller makespan compared to the lower bound on the dataset with an average minimum makespan improvement value of 1.184.

Hybrid cryptosystem combines symmetric algorithms and asymmetric algorithms. This combination utilizes speeds on encryption/decryption processes of symmetric algorithms and asymmetric algorithms to secure symmetric keys. In this paper we propose hybrid cryptosystem that combine symmetric algorithms VMPC and asymmetric algorithms RSA – CRT optimization. RSA – CRT optimization speeds up the decryption process by obtaining plaintext with dp and p key only, so there is no need to perform CRT processes. The VMPC algorithm is more efficient in software implementation and reduces known weaknesses in RC4 key generation. The results show hybrid cryptosystem RSA – CRT optimization and VMPC is faster than hybrid cryptosystem RSA – VMPC and hybrid cryptosystem RSA – CRT – VMPC. Orthotropic Levy-type solution plates considering shear deformation were solved by using the Spectral Element Method (SEM). In SEM, the exact solution of structural dynamic related problems can be solved by using the frequency-dependent shape functions. The solutions of SEM are accurate in decreasing the amount of Degree Of Freedoms (DOF) to discard the cost and computational disadvantages in the Finite Element Method (FEM). This study investigates the free vibration problems of orthotropic Levy-type solution plates solutions based on the two variable Refined Plate Theory (RPT). SEM for orthotropic Levy-type solution plates in the frequency domain was formulated to solve free vibration problems. The differential governing equations of the orthotropic plate element in SEM are formulated into the form of transcendental stiffness matrices. The boundary conditions of the spectral element model consist of four edge-type DOFs at each side of the orthotropic Levy-type solution plates. The natural frequencies of the plate are calculated by means of the Wittrick-Williams procedure. The numerical investigations are presented to show the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of SEM without any discretization scheme.

Inserting data into digital media tends to change the large size of the media cover file, this is because the inserted pixel has a different size from the insertion value, i.e. with a larger or smaller value, for example a pixel value of 10 is inserted with larger or smaller data from the value 10. So that the pixel value is getting further from the value of 10, this causes the value of Mean Squared Error (MSE) of the media of the cover (cover) to become larger. In this study, the selection of pixels in the image is in accordance with the value of the insertion data as the insertion place with the Genetic algorithm (GA). Insertion of data on selected pixels using the GA algorithm is performed using the Modified Least Significant Bit (MLSB) algorithm at the position of the least significant bits. To find out the reliability of the proposed algorithm, the data insertion experiment was carried out by comparing the conventional LSB algorithm with the proposed algorithm where the results obtained a significant MSE value, i.e. the average MSE value of the LSB algorithm was 20.54 and the proposed algorithm was 7.12.
