This research aims to develop an application for selecting the best new tenant at PT Angkasa Pura II Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport Branch by utilizing Weighted Product (WP) method as the decision support system. Our approach is descriptive research with data analysis technique using four prospective tenants coded A-1 to A-4. The data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The steps for selecting the best new tenant using the WP method include determining the criteria, sorting the suitability of alternatives and criteria, determining the weight of each criterion and its normalization, calculating the score, S value as an alternative preference, and calculating the ranking, V value as the final alternative preference. Based on the final calculation results, the new tenant coded A-4 is the best alternative based on the data collected from the Financial Management (FHFM) Unit and the Commercial Unit, with a value of V-4 is 0.294. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper classifies the simulations of homogeneous synthetic images, heterogeneous synthetic hazy images, and original hazy images taken from CCTV (Close Circuit Television) of Mt. Kelud crater using the GLCM (Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) method. The average feature values obtained using the GLCM (Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) method are used to compare the similarity of gray feature values of the three and then classify thin, medium, and thick images. The results for classifying thin haze, medium haze, and thick haze on the homogeneous synthetic hazy image test data obtained an accuracy value of 50%, a precision value of 46%, and a sensitivity value of 65%. As for the classification of thin, medium, and thick fog on heterogeneous synthetic hazy images, test data obtained an accuracy value of 42%, a precision value of 32%, and a sensitivity value of 48%. © 2023 IEEE.

In indoor vertical farming systems, managing dynamic and complex environments poses significant challenges. Traditional control strategies often fall short in adapting to rapid changes in critical parameters such as nutrient levels, climate conditions, and plant health indicators. To address these challenges, this paper presents a novel approach for optimizing indoor vertical farming using Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG), a reinforcement learning algorithm well-suited for environments with continuous action spaces. Our study focused on the control and monitoring of key parameters, including nutrient levels (pH and EC), climate conditions (temperature, humidity, light, and CO2 levels), and plant health indicators (biomass accumulation and leaf size structure). By defining a comprehensive state and action space, we simulated an indoor farming environment and trained the DDPG model to maximize crop yield and health.

Management of breast cancer requires a diagnosis of breast cancer, including an accurate pathology diagnosis to direct the provision of appropriate treatment. Part of inseparable diagnosis of breast cancer itself is determining the presence of metastasis. This study aims to determine the relationship model of pathological diagnosis with the possibility of metastasis to other organs of the breast. Pathology diagnosis results include tumor position, topography, behavior, grade, and tumor status. This study used secondary data from the Hospital Information System (SIRS) of the hospital in Makassar, Indonesia. Data obtained from the results of pathology and clinical examinations of breast tumor as many as 204 patients were hospitalized during the year of 2018. Binary regression analysis modeling was performed to see the relationship between types of pathological diagnosis (laterality, topography, behavior, grade, tumor status) of breast cancer with the possibility of metastases to other organs. The results of the analysis found a significant relationship between the position and status of the tumor with the presence of metastasis. The results of the metastatic binary logistic regression model was L(Y) = 1.330 - 0.670lat1 - 0.779lat2 - 0.724status Chi-square analysis between metastasis with surgery and chemotherapy found the significant relationships between metastasis with surgery (X2 = 15.951;p value = 0.001) and metastasis with chemotherapy (X2 = 20,796;p value = 0.001). The results of this analysis indicate that the position and status of the tumor have a relationship with the likelihood of metastasis. In addition, this metastasis further determines the management of treatment whether surgery or chemotherapy or both. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Health Service, also referred to as Health Care System, plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing health by preventing illnesses and injuries. In this context, electronic health records are essential for both inpatients and outpatients, serving as a crucial tool for healthcare providers and policymakers. However, the potential of these records extends beyond individual care to support broader health policy and research initiatives. Personal Smart Health Care, an individual-based digital health technology, bridges the gap between personal health management and medical records, enabling comprehensive healthcare improvements. Smart healthcare, driven by technologies like IoT, mobile applications, cloud computing, big data, 5G, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology, offers a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, risk monitoring, and virtual assistance. An intelligent framework for smart healthcare includes four layers: the instrumentation layer, information system layer, business intelligence layer, and gamification layer, each contributing to enhanced patient outcomes, streamlined processes, and improved patient care. The gamification layer incentivizes healthy behaviors and fosters patient engagement, especially in healthcare scenarios. This comprehensive framework underscores the transformative potential of smart healthcare, where technology-driven solutions can revolutionize the healthcare landscape, improving patient care, health management, and the overall well-being of individuals and populations.

The evolution of medical technology along with information and communication technologies has accelerated the development and operationalization of smart hospitals recently. Traditionally, such hospitals typically rely on cloud computing platforms for data treatment and processing. However, the expansion and popularization of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) devices and constant data monitoring have resulted in massive amounts of generated data, leading to the overload of the cloud infrastructure. This results in high power consumption and latency in data transmission, which is critical especially in a healthcare environment where data flow must be particularly responsive. Thus, we proposed and designed a Raspberry Pi-based edge computing system to computer-intensive care unit (ICU) data at the periphery of the network to offload the hospital cloud platform. ICU medical data were simulated from the PhysioNet MIMIC III database and transferred to the edge platform for computation and identification of emergency cases that were then sent to the cloud level. We further discuss the current issues and prospects of edge computing in hospitals. © 2021 ECBIOS 2021. All rights reserved.

In the current day, digital transformation is imperative;both customer demand and market competitiveness are mostly driving that trend. The fourth industrial revolution has also affected the financial sector. One difficulty that has to be addressed is the desire from customers for quick and useful services. Traditional procedures need to be replaced with digital ones. Furthermore, banking organizations will have a competitive edge in the current market if they are successful in this digital transformation process. Successful transformation, however, does not happen by accident;in fact, the likelihood of completing this change is seen to be very low, necessitating rigorous planning for a company that is ready for the future. There are several components to the preparation in question, both internal and external. The patient's infusion fluid will only be changed if the nurse changes it or based on information from the patient's family. The research method used in terms of fluid volume utilizes the function of the Arduino microcontroller as the brain, the load cell sensor as an infusion fluid weight detector connected to the IoT, fuzzy logic calculations on the infusion volume weight measuring device in line with real-time decision-making when reading gram weight changes with sensors, and the system development method using a prototype model. The test results of three infusion bottles containing mineral water with a liquid volume of 500 ml and a load cell sensor as an infusion weight detector can be accepted by the Arduino Wemos D1 as a load cell sensor processing component. The infusion liquid weight data is uploaded to the MySQL database, and a notification is sent and displayed on the smartphone when the infusion volume reaches 12% of its weight. The results of this study indicate that the design of tools connected to applications on smartphones can work well and facilitate the process of monitoring infusions for patients in real-time

Electronic devices and appliances have become quintessential part of households with the recent development and integration of a home automation system with numerous client modules, including a remote mobile host controller, as in offices, home appliances etc.. Through Bluetooth, the client modules communicate with the host controller such as an Android smart phone.
