This research aims to enhance Clinical Decision Support Systems(CDSS)within Wireless Body Area Networks(WBANs)by leveraging advanced machine learning ***,we target the challenges of accurate diagnosis in medical imaging and sequential data analysis using Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs)with Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)layers and echo state *** models are tailored to improve diagnostic precision,particularly for conditions like rotator cuff tears in osteoporosis patients and gastrointestinal *** diagnostic methods and existing CDSS frameworks often fall short in managing complex,sequential medical data,struggling with long-term dependencies and data imbalances,resulting in suboptimal accuracy and delayed *** goal is to develop Artificial Intelligence(AI)models that address these shortcomings,offering robust,real-time diagnostic *** propose a hybrid RNN model that integrates SimpleRNN,LSTM layers,and echo state cells to manage long-term dependencies ***,we introduce CG-Net,a novel Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)framework for gastrointestinal disease classification,which outperforms traditional CNN *** further enhance model performance through data augmentation and transfer learning,improving generalization and robustness against data scarcity and *** validation,including 5-fold cross-validation and metrics such as accuracy,precision,recall,F1-score,and Area Under the Curve(AUC),confirms the models’***,SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)and Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations(LIME)are employed to improve model *** findings show that the proposed models significantly enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency,offering substantial advancements in WBANs and CDSS.

This research focuses on the review of Fintech and its development on the IoT Platform and also the risks that can be posed to the IoT network used. Finance is the most essential side of several other sectors which in this case often experience many losses, one of the biggest losses is the existence of hackers and theft of money through the Internet platform or Internet Server. This research reviews how the ins and outs of the flow of funds located on servers or online banks. And ways to overcome hackers and bypass data. Comprehensively reviewed in this research review. This research discusses Cryptocurrency Analysis, Bitcoin, and Ethereum Comparison which are some of the methods used in online-based Finance, which is without currency but has the same value even more than currency if the conversion process is carried out at the bank. In this research, it is comprehensively discussed how methods are carried out in the process of securing data, Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are comprehensively discussed to get a lot of data and comparisons and the right steps to deal with crime via the internet. The predicted use of IoT in the Fintech sector is 140 billion connected devices, IoT Loans 110 billion connected devices, and IoT insurance with an estimated 90 billion connected devices, in the approaching 2026. © 2024 IEEE.

With the emergence of deep learning, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models have been proposed to advance the progress of various applications, including face recognition, object detection, pattern recognition, and number plate recognition. The utilization of CNNs in these areas has considerably improved security and surveillance capabilities by providing automated recognition solutions, such as traffic surveillance, access control devices, biometric security systems, and attendance systems. However, there is still room for improvement in this field. This paper discusses several classic CNN models, such as LeNet-5, AlexNet, VGGNet, GoogLeNet, and ResNet, as well as lightweight models for mobile-based applications, such as MobileNet, ShuffleNet, and EfficientNet. Additionally, deep CNN-based face recognition models, such as DeepFace, DeepID, FaceNet, and SphereFace, are explored, along with their architectural characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and recognition accuracy. The results indicate that many scholars are researching lightweight face recognition, but applying it to mobile devices is impractical due to high computational costs. Furthermore, noise label learning is not robust in actual scenarios, and unlabeled face learning is expensive in manual labeling. Finally, this paper concludes with a discussion of the current problems faced by face recognition technology and its potential future directions for development. © 2023 by the authors of this article. Skin cancer's increasing incidence rates necessitate advanced diagnostic tools. This research uses MobileNet architecture to develop an enhanced system for skin cancer detection. MobileNet's efficient CNN architecture, combined with Keras for model lifecycle management and TensorFlow for real-time inference, forms the foundation of this study. Using 10,015 dermatoscopic pictures from seven different classifications of skin cancer in the HAM10000 dataset, the methodology includes several key stages: image preprocessing to correct illumination and adjust resolution, data augmentation to balance the dataset, and model training using Transfer Learning. The MobileNet model was trained over 50 epochs with a comprehensive architecture incorporating multiple specialized layers. By combining large-scale data analysis and adaptive learning, this methodology demonstrates The revolutionary possibilities of AI and ML in improving skin cancer diagnostics and public health outcomes. Cause-effect graphs are a commonly used black-box testing method, and many different algorithms for converting system requirements to cause-effect graph specifications and deriving test case suites have been proposed. However, in order to test the efficiency of black-box testing algorithms on a variety of cause-effect graphs containing different numbers of nodes, logical relations and dependency constraints, a dataset containing a collection of cause-effect graph specifications created by authors of existing papers is necessary. This paper presents CEGSet, the first collection of existing cause-effect graph specifications. The dataset contains a total of 65 graphs collected from the available relevant literature. The specifications were created by using the ETF-RI-CEG graphical software tool and can be used by future authors of papers focusing on the cause-effect graphing technique. The collected graphs can be re-imported in the tool and used for the desired purposes. The collection also includes the specification of system requirements in the form of natural language from which the cause-effect graphs were derived where possible. This will encourage future work on automatizing the process of converting system requirements to cause-effect graph specifications. © 2023 IEEE.

Advances in algorithmic studies have been made recently, especially in the area of finding the shortest path. Despite taking a greedy approach, the Dijkstra algorithm is well recognized for its efficacy and has established itself as the industry standard for identifying the shortest path in a graph. Conversely, scientists have embraced the Ant-Colony Optimization (ACO) approach, which draws inspiration from the behavior of ants. This study examines the two methods and determines if, given equivalent resources, ACO can generate Dijkstra-like recommendations. Research data is subjected to both algorithms, and the outcomes are presented visually. In data measurement, Dijkstra is processed first to determine the best path, and then the ACO method is applied to produce findings that are similar to Dijkstra. Memory consumption, computation time, initial memory allocation, and final memory allocation are evaluation parameters. ACO is more efficient than Dijkstra in terms of execution time and number of pathways traversed, according to the study's repeated evaluation methodology. This iterative assessment procedure is carried out to address the possibility of single measurements resulting from the JavaScript Garbage Collector. The study's findings imply that a larger memory may be necessary for ACO to deliver the desired outcomes. These results could also be impacted by each algorithm's distinct qualities. © 2023 IEEE.

Many different methods are used for generating blackbox test case suites. Test case minimization is used for reducing the feasible test case suite size in order to minimize the cost of testing while ensuring maximum fault detection. This paper presents an optimization of the existing test case minimization algorithm based on forward-propagation of the cause-effect graphing method. The algorithm performs test case prioritization based on test case strength, a newly introduced test case selection metric. The optimized version of the minimization algorithm was evaluated by using thirteen different examples from the available literature. In cases where the existing algorithm did not generate the minimum test case subsets, significant improvements of test effect coverage metric values were achieved. Test effect coverage metric values were not improved only in cases where maximum optimization was already achieved by using the existing algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm in sentiment analysis of trainee reviews through parameter optimization using Grid Search. Trainee reviews were taken from the Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) Medan, which is the context of this study. The method used includes collection and preprocessing of review data, followed by the application of SVM for sentiment analysis. Grid Search is used to optimize the cost and kernel parameters of SVM. The results show that after optimization, the resulting SVM model shows significant performance improvement compared to the model before optimization. Accuracy increased from 68.75% to 71.96%, with improvements in other metrics such as precision, recall, and F1 score. These findings suggest that Grid Search is an effective method to optimize SVM parameters in sentiment analysis, providing a more accurate evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs at BBPVP Medan. This research makes an important contribution by applying hyperparameter optimization to SVM and suggests the application of this method for similar analysis in the future. © 2024 IEEE.
