Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has a spirit to become a Conservation and International Reputation University is realized through strategic missions. One of the conservation-oriented implementation programs is H-BAT (Green, Clean and Healthy) program. In its implementation, there is a problem, namely the achievement of H-BAT program has not been maximized during the last 3 years in assessment. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify of the potential and character of environmental support in the work units; (2) to determine the achievement of the indication of a green campus based on the assessment indicators on H-BAT program. This research was carried out in four stages: (1) Data collection; (2) Spatial data processing; (3) Non Spatial data processing; (4) Analysis (ecological, technical standards); The results achieved in June 2020 are as follows: FT got 87,50%, FE got 85,87%, FMIPA got 81,52%, BUHK got79,49%, FIP got 73,91%, LP3 got 69,23%, LP2M got 63,46%, FIS got 60,33%,PPS got 57,07%, FIK got 56,52%, FH got 52,72%, FBS got 49,46%, TIK got 40,38%, BPB got 34,62%, Library got 30,13%, Archive got 17,31%. From these results, it can be seen that there is a lack of maximum achievement due to, among others, the lack of guidance and technical assistance in the management of the unit. So it is necessary to complete governance guidelines and technical assistance that are more intensive in unit governance to achieve the goals of UNNES as a green campus.

The development of information and communication technology, especially the internet provides opportunities to improve the ability of lecturers to deliver courses to students without being limited by distance and time. This can be done by utilizing e-learning which will accelerate the transfer of knowledge and skills. E-learning is distance education that utilizes various digital tools and platforms. These tools and platform are used to support interaction, lectures and delivery of instructions between lecturers and students. This study will discuss the use of work system methods and the use of e-learning technology in a business entity. The work system methods are used to design information systems. Meanwhile e-learning technology in a business entity serves lecturers and students, conduct lectures at private universities in increasing knowledge dissemination, educational affordability and the use of technology and information as its support. The result of this research is the works system method model which refers to the analysis of data from the internet accessibility survey of students, analysis of its components, the system development cycle, the revision of the vision, mission and resources in private universities and recommendations of opportunities for the development of higher quality e-learning implementation.

The local government of a city as an organization depends on decision makers in government management to support the vision and mission of the city to achieve eco-city goals based on data and information from several knowledge domains. Knowledge management is seen as an increasingly important scientific discipline that encourages the creation, sharing and utilization of knowledge in an organization. Knowledge management is also related to the concept of intellectual capital, the most valuable organizational resource. Knowledge sharing systems are designed to help decision makers and stakeholders share their knowledge. Most knowledge management systems in organizations are designed to share the explicit knowledge of individuals, organizations and finally distributed to the community. This research is the approach in the development model that can be used in the governance to achieve eco-city goals. Complex knowledge about eco-cities requires policies that are based on current knowledge and can be implemented immediately with a thorough understanding of all aspects. The results of this study are understanding the problem of knowledge sharing as a valuable organizational asset, designing a knowledge sharing systems model, and improving systems to improve the quality of knowledge.

In daily life, people with visual impairment have difficulty in their activities, especially at home activities. People with visual impairment as of 2017 reached 1.5 percent or around 3.75 million people from the population of Indonesia and more than 253 million people worldwide. The number of blind people who are not small need help to get a good quality of life and independent. Friendly home design for the blind is not yet available specifically. It is a particular difficulty for blind people to access the latest electronic goods or information (news). Then this becomes the basis of this research on how to provide easy access for blind people. This research provides a solution that is designing a prototype of a house that is visually impaired in addition to the use of electronic equipment. This system starts from the microphone as a sensor in charge of picking up sound and then the results are processed by Android and then connected to NodeMCU via Wi-Fi. The microphone used is the default microphone of the Android smart phone. By using the speech recognition method, the command is enough to say the keywords, Android will manage the sound into a code that will be sent to the microcontroller to perform the task. There are several categories of commands that can be handled, including (a) Turning on / off electronic devices, (b) Providing news information from popular news web portals, (c) Entertainment by playing streaming radio and (d) General information on hours and dates. All planned functions are running properly, there are some features that might be developed further. Adding sensitivity to starting voice commands and adding the ability to read long stories can be further research.

Vocational graduates supposedly have the competencies following the purpose of vocational education: preparing medium-skilled labor in a particular area that corresponded with the industrial needs. The 21st-century learning, among others, was signified with a learning process that optimizing the brain function. In the 21st-century, businesses and industries tend to demand skilled labors in digital literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy. Thus, vocational education should be able to innovate and create to respond to the challenge and opportunity from the 21st-century implication through revitalizing the vocational education, involving learning system, education units, learners, educators, and educational staffs. A suitable learning system for the 21st-century is a life-based learning model. Life-based learning in vocational education could be performed through industrial practice, industrial class, and teaching factory activities. These three approaches aimed to bring the learning activities closer with real-life work at the workplace through field practices. With life-based learning at the real workplace, students would develop a discipline, responsible, teamwork, and work culture habits as provisions after finishing the vocational education.

The application of technology in the world of education can affect the quality of students in understanding learning material because technology is one of the important elements to assist in the teaching and learning process. One educational application that can be developed is Augmented Reality (AR) technology. AR is one of the learning media that can be used to combine virtual objects or objects into a real environment with the virtual world to be able to interact in realtime. English is a foreign language that must be mastered. In learning English, students need to be given adequate vocabulary learning that can be provided through reading or listening activities. The importance of adequate vocabulary in English to support the smoothness of oral communication, where there are 2 things that inhibit the ineffectiveness of oral communication namely students do not have adequate vocabulary mastery and do not know how to use vocabulary in their spoken language. Effective and interactive learning media will facilitate students in learning vocabulary. This research an instructional media based on augmented reality vocabulary cards will be made for learning English vocabulary. Learning English vocabulary developed is a basic vocabulary consisting of object recognition and greeting. The learning media will display real objects and sounds, so that the object looks real and the ease of pronunciation of English consonants correctly.

Malaria can be difficult to detect from thin blood smears. Image recognition methods such as convolutional neural network can be used to detect malaria, but the training process takes a long time. Previous research created a new architecture and compares it to several other architectures such as VGG-16 and ResNet. The effect of preprocessing is analyzed in this research. VGG-16, ResNet, and the custom architecture created by the previous research are being used in this study. The preprocessing methods being analyzed in this research include gray-world normalization and comprehensive normalization. The highest accuracy improvement per epoch (0.5256% using ResNet-50 and 0.0352% using custom architecture) is achieved through gray-world normalization, that also improves final accuracy (90.1% using ResNet-50 and 93.1% using custom architecture) when compared to other methods with the same epochs for ResNet and custom architecture.
