Maintenance is an activity to maintain facilities or equipment of the factory and make repairs or adjustments to the necessary replacement to satisfactory condition of production operations in accordance with what is planned. Companies often experience damage to the Blowing machine so that interconnected machines cannot be operated. The purpose of this study was to improve the performance of Blowing line 4 engines with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit, also to determine the level of Blowing machine performance based on the analysis of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit. The method used in this study is the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method to measure Ishikawa's treatments and diagrams to compare and propose low engine performance. The results of data processing shows machine maintenance has not comply the OEE standards in July 81.48%, August 81.48%, September 78.07%, October 81.22%, November 78.08%, and those that fill the standards in June amount to 86.48%, with losses that most affect the effectiveness of equipment in line 4 blowroom machine is Equipment Failure Losses of 11.42% based on the results of the study, the proposed improvement in engine performance is to provide training to employees, and increase operator awareness. against engine damage, thus the production process will run smoothly. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The occurrence of landslides in the hills of Walahir, Kidang Pananjung village, Cililin subdistrict. Bandung in May 2004 needed attention and research so that the causes of the landslide could be identified. This landslide took many lives and property, heaped around 5 hectares of rice fields and residents' villages below and claimed 15 lives. Based on geotechnical investigations, the slip plane is at a depth of 4 meters from the ground surface and the area of the landslide ranges from 30,000 m2 leaving weathered rock beneath. Is the opening of agricultural land and fields followed by the use of chemical fertilizers is one of the causes of landslides? This study aims to determine the effect of a single chemical fertilizer (Urea, Za, SP36) and compound (Green Giant NPK, MKP) on the soil under conditions of optimum water content and water saturation or soaked which are carried out at the Chemical Laboratory of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Bandung and Mechanics Laboratory Bandung Institute of Technology. Research on the influence of chemical fertilizers which is carried out using percentages of 1%, 2% and 3% with a relatively short ripening time intends to analyze the extent to which chemical fertilizers have an effect. Research is limited to the identification of minerals and chemical elements of original soil, soil physis properties, Atterberg boundaries, soil index properties, soil classification, soil elastic modulus. Hypothesis; The chemical content of fertilizers in the soil causes changes in soil characteristics. The method of taking original soil is by drilling original soil around the area where landslide disaster occurred at the same height as the height of the landslide slope, soil samples taken from depths of 1 meter and 3 meters from the surface of the land or the base layer between soil and rocks based on ASTM D-1452, 1587, 1586. Analysis on vocational high school teacher competency gaps: implication for VHS teacher training needs

This study proposed a novel approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative methods to identify the competency gaps of VHS teachers in Vocational High Schools (VHSs). It comprised four research steps, namely (1) determining the ideal teacher competencies through Fuzzy Delphi technique, (2) arranging the competency priorities by using the analytic hierarchy process, (3) conducting VHS teacher performance evaluation by using a 360-degree rater, and (4) the competency gaps analysis using the IPA matrix. The sample members involved in this study were 7 experts from the industry, academia, and government, and 50 VHS teachers from several regencies in Bali Province, Indonesia. This study suggested that the gaps analysis between the existing VHS teacher competencies and the ideal ones include (1) the pedagogical competency – the low level of factual knowledge mastery in vocational knowledge and skills; (2) mastery in the application of contents; (3) mastery of content knowledge related to vocational teaching subjects; (4) networking and collaboration between the relevant industry and government; (5) continuous professional development; and (6) entrepreneurship. These findings imply that these needs of competencies should be the focus of teacher training programs for VHS teachers.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) seems to be a disruptive technology that defines and reshapes the economy, more efficient industrial processes, new business models, and the service sector, becoming the development of different practices than before. The literature shows that it will be included in all fields and people's lives, as is the case in the digital economy. Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy has not been studied significantly. This study uses bibliometric analysis to graphically map scientific publications and research trends in the Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy sector around the world in the last ten years. The Scopus database was used to collect metadata information for this study, and VOSViewer was used to demonstrate bibliometric network mapping. We use an article selection procedure starting with the searched keywords and year constraints and then exporting the database to a RIS file format. Over the last ten years, we retrieved 540 scientific publications published between 2012 and 2021 from the Scopus database. From the data obtained, researchers at the Russian Federation have the most published papers indexed by Scopus among the most productive countries (N=131), the most productive authors are Petrenko, S.A. (N=4), and the most subject area is Computer Science (N=246). We also use VOSViewer to map the Network Theme. This study recommends incorporating research subjects Artificial Intelligence for Digital Economy: Thing, Education, Platform, Global Economy, abbreviated as TEPGE research theme.

This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012–2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9 % ), Conference Paper (4.2 % ), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social Sciences (7.8%), engineering (3.9%), Computer Science (2.6 % ), Environmental Science (2.6 % ), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector.

Double exponential smoothing brown method towards sales forecasting system with a linear and non-stationary data trend

UD Parama Store is a trading company engaged in selling retail goods that sell various types of daily necessities retail. The major problems occurred are the difficulty in predicting the sales due to the maturity level of experience, customer demand changes, and the owner's limited memory. Therefore, there should be an increase of merchandise stock to prevent any sudden decrease in sales and overcome the stock shortage when there is an increase in sales. In this current research, a sales forecasting web-based system was designed and built to assist the owner in predicting the number of sales in the next period. As a result, decisions can be made in determining the number of goods to be provided. The forecasting method used was double exponential smoothing brown by improving forecasting, averaging (smoothing) the past value of a time coherent data, and decreasing (exponential), which requires one parameter only. It was used to increase and decrease the linear and non-stationary data. The calculation of forecasting accuracy using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) method in forecasting sales of merchandise produces the smallest error rate ranging from 7.99% to 32.42% for 10 different items.

The Electric Power Distribution Network, which in this case is also called Feeder, UP3 Manokwari has 6 (six) feeders that are used in the distribution of electricity. Feeders include Elang feeders, Kasuari feeders, Nuri feeders, Mambruk feeders, Maleo feeders, and Merpati feeders. Each feeder has a distribution transformer to distribute the electrical network to customers. Facing the feeder distribution network disruption, PLN Company UP3 Manokwari had a hard time knowing the feeder location and the faulty feeder distribution transformer location, so field officers (Yantek) had a hard time finding the location. and sub-location of each feeder disturbance. This study aims to create a system containing location and sub-location information using Google Maps as a map display. This study uses the A * (A-Star) algorithm. The A-Star algorithm uses the closest approximate distance to reach the destination and has a heuristic value. The path search process is done by first determining the nodes and assigning a graph value for each node, then calculating the graph value that brings up the latitude and longitude values. The chart values are stored in the database and then calculated using the A-Star method. The result of this system is that yantek officers can view the information directly in the form of a map showing the location points and distribution transformers of the feeder that is experiencing disturbances, the system will check the user’s position, and then the system will display the fastest route. from the officer’s location to the location of the feeder experiencing disturbances.

Forecasting system using single exponential smoothing with golden section optimization

Puri Wira Mahkota Ltd is a distributor company in the automotive parts industry. Puri Wira Mahkota has an obstacles in preparing weekly order on stock to the primary production unit. They predict total sales of product in the coming period just by using an expectation from stock administration staff then it will be compared with sales data in the previous period without any calculations using a definitive formula. Forecasting calculation could support Puri Wira Mahkota to predict the quantity of product. The purpose of this research is to apply the calculation process that can predict the quantity of product should be produced by the primary production unit every month and also to prevent over stock and out of stock. The method used in the forecasting calculation is Single Exponential Smoothing. To optimize Single Exponential Smoothing we used the Golden Section. The principle of the Golden Section is to reduce the alpha area boundary so it will produce an ideal forecast value with the minimum MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) level. This research shows the results that the Golden Section finds the optimal forecasting value with a level of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 43.39%.

The Indonesian government has serious attention to facilitate the health of its people, one of which is by establishing Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) hereinafter BPJS. The Government of Indonesia collaborates with several parties including primary health facilities, General and Regional Hospitals, as well as general practitioners and specialists who have been appointed by BPJS. The aim of this study is the user's perception of Primary Care applications at primary health facilities BPJS in Malang. This study uses the DeLone & McLean (D&M) Update IS Success Model to assess the success of an information system where its use is mandatory at primary health facilities. The model contains 6 dimensions that can measure the success of a system, i.e. Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Purposive sampling is a method used in sampling. The respondents consist of doctors or admins who operate primary care applications at primary health facilities. The results of this study indicate that primary care applications can be categorized as successful information systems for each dimension of success in the D&M Update IS Success Model.

Modified genetic algorithm for employee work shifts scheduling optimization

Arranging an employee shift work's schedule requires high accuracy. It is because we have to pay attention to several constraints simultaneously. The genetic algorithm presents as a method which can automatize the process of arranging the schedule as well as optimizing the result of the schedule. The Shala Bali is a hospitality business whose scheduling was complicated because of the number of the employes. This research aimed at producing a shift work schedule of the employees in a week and to know the optimum genetic algorithm parameter in this case. The constraints that were taken into account in the arrangement of the schedule included the schedule conflict of the employees in one shift, schedule conflict of employees in 1 day, the same composition of employees per shift, employees should not get morning shifts after being in night shift the night before, each shift has at least 1 employee in the front office, and each employee is required to get 1 day off within 1 schedule period. This study was able to produce an optimal work schedule of employees with crossover probability (Pc) of 0.6, and mutation probability (Pm) of 0.3. The modification algorithm in chromosome generation and chromosome structure in this study results that changes in gene length (additional number of employees) do not have to be followed by an increase in the number of chromosome populations to get optimum results.
