Puri Wira Mahkota Ltd is a distributor company in the automotive parts industry. Puri Wira Mahkota has an obstacles in preparing weekly order on stock to the primary production unit. They predict total sales of product in the coming period just by using an expectation from stock administration staff then it will be compared with sales data in the previous period without any calculations using a definitive formula. Forecasting calculation could support Puri Wira Mahkota to predict the quantity of product. The purpose of this research is to apply the calculation process that can predict the quantity of product should be produced by the primary production unit every month and also to prevent over stock and out of stock. The method used in the forecasting calculation is Single Exponential Smoothing. To optimize Single Exponential Smoothing we used the Golden Section. The principle of the Golden Section is to reduce the alpha area boundary so it will produce an ideal forecast value with the minimum MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) level. This research shows the results that the Golden Section finds the optimal forecasting value with a level of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 43.39%. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. The consumption profile of electrical energy always increases every year due to the highly consumptive and inappropriate lifestyles of modern society. A bad lifestyle such as forgetting to turn off the unused electronic devices when they are leaving home is one of the factors influenced the increasing consumption of electrical energy. This is off course contributing in wasting energy. In the paper, an IoT-based electronic device control system has been successfully constructed. Monitoring and control tasks could be performed remotely and in real time mode using an interface application installed on a smartphone. The system built is equipped with a device operational condition monitoring featured by placing light, temperature, thermal and current sensors, respectively. Through the utilization of the implemented system, users can monitor and control electronic devices easily and can figure out the condition of the device remotely in a real time mode. The control test on the system was successful with an average response time of approximately 3.32 seconds and the accuracy of sensor readings above 89%. With the implementation of this system, users can easily monitor and control electronic devices anywhere and anytime so that the opportunities for efficient and effective use of electrical energy could be further optimized. © 2022. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in improving the economy of small communities and the stability of the Indonesian economy. However, they still face various problems such as capital, raw materials, distribution, licensing, and others. This study developed a special treatment recommendation system to increase the independence of MSMEs by adopting a ranking-based method to produce recommendations related to problem-solving steps from MSMEs. The ranking method used Normalized Rating Frequency (NRF). This method performed an aggregation process of the ratings given by MSMEs in looking at the priority level of problem-solving based on previous experience. The result of the experiment showed that an average NDCG value was 0.7916. This explained that the quality of the ranking was good so that it was feasible to be recommended in solving problems in the form of special treatment to acquire to the independence of MSMEs. © 2021 IEEE

Indonesian MSMEs in 2022 will begin to enter the transformational recovery phase. Various preparations must be made in order to adapt. One that has been done is to increase the number of MSMEs entering the digital ecosystem, such as the MSME marketplace. The MSME Marketplace is used for marketing various MSME products online. The MSME Marketplace must be supported by methods that are able to provide good and fast personal services, considering the types and variety of products offered are increasing in number and varying from time to time. Therefore, this study proposes the Porat_Rank method to produce product recommendations that match user interests quickly so that users are served well. The experimental results show that the Porat_Rank method is superior to the Copelan Score method both in producing recommendations and in processing speed. © 2022 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence was recently implemented in various fields. One of these applied artificial intelligence systems was the Performance Monitoring System "SiMoniK"for MSMEs. This system was designed through the C4.5 algorithm and the Porat-Rank method. The C4.5 algorithm was applied to classify the MSMEs into three classifications, e.g. the micro enterprise classification, the small enterprise classification, and the medium enterprise classification. Moreover, the Porat-Rank method was also applied to distribute the solving-problem recommendations and to improve the independence of MSMEs. The result of this study was that the C4.5 algorithm could classify the MSME data correctly in the form of an accuracy value of 99.2%. Besides, the Porat-Rank method could also provide recommendations in the form of outstanding quality with an NDCG mean value of 0.87. © 2023 IEEE.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing. © 2023 IEEE.

The advancement of today's learning technology makes the learning process no longer fully bases on face to face learning, but can achieve by online learning. Online learning is not only useful in overcoming deficiencies in conventional classroom learning, but also a means to meet the learning styles of students who are less fond of and/or dislike face-to-face learning. On the other hand, the main disadvantage of online learning is the lack of face-to-face interaction, while the strength of face-to-face learning is the intensity of student interaction with teachers, the ease of cooperative learning and the clarity of learning materials. In turn, the superiorities on face-to-face learning and online self-learning can be acquired by blended learning. However, blended learning is a learning solution by taking the best advantage of face-to-face classroom learning and online learning. Blended learning has been a learning solution of today's learning. In this study, two blended learning that has different learning content portions between the portion of face-to-face learning materials and online self-learning was conducted to find out which blended learning results produce better pedagogy between two blended learning, and how well the learning outcomes of blended learning are, especially for Algorithm and programming subject. The research results showed the blended learning with 60% face-to-face learning content and 40% online self-learning content delivers learning cognitive competency outcomes worse than 40% face-to-face learning content and 60% online self-learning content. The learning outcome of both blended learning is good, that is greater than 60% from the ideal number. © 2018 IEEE.

The pandemic has brought many negative impacts on human life. One of the negative impacts is economic downturn of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Bangka Belitung Province. To solve this problem, a website-based marketplace platform called Yobagi was created. As we know, a new software product must have a good user experience. By having a good user experience means that the product has met the needs of its users. For this reason, an evaluation of the user experience is necessary. This study aims to measure the user experience of using Yobagi. The evaluation uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tool, which consists of six scales: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. There were 40 respondents who were taken from the top of MSME actors. As the UX evaluation results, it is known that the final score of the six scales is above 0.8 and at the excellent level. This means that Yobagi users have a very good user experience in using Yobagi. In addition, Yobagi has met the criteria for good software by having an excellent user experience value. © 2022 IEEE.

Computer security is a very important thing in an information system. The strength of the NTRU algorithm is the difficulty of finding a short vector of a lattice (a discrete subgroup of a collection of vectors that includes the entire vector environment) of a random polynomial that has a large degree. The strength of the RSA algorithm lies in the level of difficulty in factoring non-prime numbers into the primary factor. As long as no efficient algorithm has been found to find the prime factors of large integers, the RSA algorithm is highly recommended for message encryption. And finally this is the TRIPEL DES algorithm designed using a 56-bit key, and that size is enough to run a secure encryption technique. This algorithm provides a simple solution that is running the DES Algorithm 3 times for data blocks. The results of our study of measuring speed on encryption and decryption using the same file are superior to the RSA algorithm compared to the NTRU and TRIPLE DES algorithms. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

BlackBerry is not just an ordinary smartphone which rich in its multimedia features. BlackBerry also has very reliable internet services, include BlackBerry Messenger, e-mail, other instant messaging, and other internet service that Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) covers. However, there's an open question that all services that go through BIS is safe or not;considering the data includes text and files which is sent through BIS have to pass through the main server which is located in Canada. Therefor in this paper we chose to make software that can encrypt and decrypt text and even files, which will be sent through BlackBerry's internet or just to be stored in the BlackBerry device. In this paper, we use cipher block encryption algorithm with Cipher Feedback (CFB) 8-bit mode. This mode is chosen because it suits with the data inside BlackBerry device which is 8-bit aligned. The encryption algorithm uses cipher block encryption with 64-bit block size. We designed the algorithm based on Feistel network combined with some encryption/decryption algorithm. Then the cipher block encryption algorithm is implemented in software based on Java for BlackBerry. In this software development, we use the IDE Eclipse Ganymede with certain plugins. The expected result is software for BlackBerry capable to encrypt and decrypt some texts, either directly typed or saved as files on the BlackBerry device. This software also handles specific file types, such as picture and audio by preserving their file header, and also handles text encryption by transforming the ciphertext data to hex digits. After conducting some experiments, we conclude that the software has good compatibility with many kinds of BlackBerry devices and has good security level. © 2011 IEEE.
