Decision making in an organization is needed a system. Decision support system is a system that helps company management and education in decision making that provides information, modeling and analyzing data with the application of a method. The management, especially higher education, must maximize sophisticated technology. For example, to analyze scholarship data. Problems are found in manual data analysis so that human errors often occur in addition to using more time than the target, losing old data, resulting in inaccurate analysis of scholarship sustainability every semester. The research was conducted to overcome the problems that have been found by analyzing the existing data with the simple additive weighting method, building a system by applying the method and testing the system. The result of this research is to produce an application for the development of a decision support system in managing student data to determine the sustainability of the scholarship every semester. Applications that are built can help the management in managing scholarships. © 2022 IEEE.

The fragmentation of health information systems has hindered seamless data exchange in healthcare services, posing challenges in achieving efficient, real-time access to patient health data. This study addresses these issues by evaluating the implementation of a semi-real-time transcription system using a distributed architecture with a message broker to enhance the documentation of clinical examination processes in primary health services. The research focuses on assessing the feasibility of this approach by measuring key performance indicators such as latency and word error rate (WER) during clinical conversation transcription. Audio recordings were segmented into shorter fragments to simulate real-time transcription, and data transmission was conducted through the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP). The findings demonstrate that the average latencys achieved by semi-real-time transcription system is 7.7s, indicating its potential suitability for clinical documentation applications that do not require strict real-time processing. However, glitches observed in the message broker's forwarding mechanism suggest the need for further optimization to ensure consistent performance. Future work aims to develop strategies to minimize transcription errors, enhance reliability, and improve the overall integration of this system in healthcare settings. This study contributes to the advancement of health information systems by offering architecture into scalable and effective methods for semi-real-time data transcription and interoperability. © 2024 IEEE.

The cofiring of biomass and coal may be one of the most effective methods to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas *** study aims to investigate combustion performance,interaction and synergistic effects in the cofiring of coal and three types of *** fuel consisting of coal and three types of biomass such as sawdust,rice husk and solid recovery fuel was selected as the research *** and proximate analysis and differential thermogravimetric analysis with heating rates of between 10°C and 40°C/minute are used to analyse combustion *** of combustion in a 600-MWe steam power plant with a Carolina-type boiler is also carried out with the help of computational fluid dynamic(CFD)analysis to see the effect of the interaction and synergy of the mixed fuel on the performance of the steam *** effect on the com-bustion process in the combustion chamber of a steam power plant is also *** on the analysis of several test results of parameters such as ignition temperature,burnout temperature,calorific value of the fuel mixtures as well as CFD simulation,the results of the study show a strong indication of a positive synergy in mixing some of these biomasses as compared with a fuel mix-ture consisting only of coal and one type of *** no power derating of the boiler occurs until the biomass content in the fuel mixture is~30%on a mass *** reduction in greenhouse gas emissions also appears significant from the results of the CFD simulation of this study,which is characterized by a decrease in the fraction of CO_(2) in flue gas from 21.5%for coal alone as fuel to 15.9%in the case of cofiring excluding the CO_(2) attributed to the biomass.

Fine Tuning Attribute Weighted Naïve Bayes (FTAWNB) is a reliable modified Naïve Bayes model. Even though it is able to provide high accuracy on ordinal data, this model is sensitive to outliers. To improve the performance of FTAWNB, this research modified the Partial Instances Reduction (PIR) technique to make the FTAWNB more adaptive to outliers. Nevertheless, in contrast to the original PIR technique, which substitutes missing values for data values deemed outliers, the PIR technique suggested in this study replaces data values deemed outliers using a Naïve Bayes weighting approach. The attribute values from the outlier data are replaced with the highest probability values for the attributes in the actual class. This PIR technique is referred to as modified PIR. The FTAWNB model with modified PIR has been evaluated using the Gaming Disorder dataset. Replacing the four attributes with the least amount of information resulted in accuracy gains of 99.74%, an increase of 1.53% over the FTAWNB model. The experimental result shows that adding the modified PIR technique to the FTAWNB model can handle the outlier in the data, proving it by increasing the performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall without pruning the dataset used. © 2025, Ital Publication. Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional issue that affects the physical and cognitive development of children, with serious long-term consequences such as reduced cognitive function and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, early identification and prevention efforts for stunting are crucial. Classifying toddlers into categories of at-risk for stunting or not is essential to provide timely and appropriate interventions. This study employs data mining techniques using the decision tree algorithm to expedite the stunting detection process and improve the accuracy of nutritional status classification in children. The results indicate that the constructed decision tree model can classify children's nutritional status with an accuracy of 83.26%. The decision tree achieves high accuracy in classifying stunting in toddlers due to its ability to handle complex data and identify significant patterns within the data. © 2024 IEEE.

The electric power system must have a protection system with reliable electric power isolation, so that the supply of electrical energy works properly and optimally. There are several kinds of disturbances in the electric power distribution system, one of which is a partial discharge. This study aims to investigate the effect of plate-rod electrodes on partial discharge, partial discharge voltage limits in solid insulation, and the characteristics of partial discharge in electrode media, and waveforms in partial discharge detection sensors. After conducting research, it was found that in the plate-rod type electrode media, the PDIV voltage appeared earlier than the plate-plate electrode media due to the cross-sectional area of the electrode media. And the limit of the pre-discharge voltage of PCB type solid insulation on the plate-bar electrodes is at a voltage of 1.3 kV. Several indicators to determine the characteristics of the partial discharge are background noise off (BGN off), background noise on (BGN on), partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV), and partial discharge voltage. After being examined, the value of each partial discharge detection voltage was obtained at negative and positive polarity voltages on the electrode plates and plate needles respectively 2.85 kV, 2.95 kV and 1.32 kV, 1.57 kV. © 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder and the most prevalent cause of dementia, significantly impacting cognitive functions and daily activities. Accurate and timely classification of AD stages is of paramount importance for the effective treatment and management of the disease. The aim of this research is to employ transfer learning in a convolutional neural network (CNN) to classify the stages of AD using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain images, building on the aforementioned foundational principles. The CNN model employed in this study is MobileNetV3-Small, which has been trained on a comprehensive dataset of labeled MRI scans with the objective of accurately distinguishing the various stages of AD. The dataset, referred to as the 'Augmented Alzheimer MRI Dataset,' comprises 3 3, 9 8 4 augmented and 6, 4 0 0 original MRI images, which have been categorized into four stages: Very Mild Demented, Moderate Demented, Mild Demented, and NonDemented. The methodology comprises three principal stages: data preparation, model training, and model evaluation. A systematic assessment of various hyperparameters, including split ratio, learning rate, batch size, and dropout rate, was conducted to optimize model performance. The results demonstrate that fine-tuning the model significantly enhances classification accuracy, achieving a maximum accuracy of 9 6 % compared to 7 2 % without fine-tuning. A smaller learning rate was found to improve performance metrics by preventing the model from converging to local minima. These findings highlight the potential of transfer learning and hyperparameter optimization in developing robust models for the early detection and classification of AD, contributing to better patient outcomes and advancing the field of medical image analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

The pandemic has brought many negative impacts on human life. One of the negative impacts is economic downturn of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Bangka Belitung Province. To solve this problem, a website-based marketplace platform called Yobagi was created. As we know, a new software product must have a good user experience. By having a good user experience means that the product has met the needs of its users. For this reason, an evaluation of the user experience is necessary. This study aims to measure the user experience of using Yobagi. The evaluation uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tool, which consists of six scales: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. There were 40 respondents who were taken from the top of MSME actors. As the UX evaluation results, it is known that the final score of the six scales is above 0.8 and at the excellent level. This means that Yobagi users have a very good user experience in using Yobagi. In addition, Yobagi has met the criteria for good software by having an excellent user experience value. © 2022 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence is one of the technological breakthroughs in science, especially in the field of computers. Object detection and recognition presents a new challenge on how to make machines detect objects automatically. To detect an object, the previous system will take the classifier of an object and evaluate it at various locations and various scales in the image. Smartphones currently play an important role in everyday life, but the existence of smartphones can be one of the causes of the user's lack of interest in reading books. With this Augmented Reality-based object detector, it is hoped that users can experiment on smartphones with the Snapchat application installed to detect objects in books that are around them and the number of objects will be counted automatically, it is also expected to attract users' desire to read books. Image recognition identification is taken through the phone's camera which is recognized as a lens. Lens AR in the Lens Studio application is supported by the SnapML machine learning algorithm, this machine learning function is to display book information and the number of books detected. This research was conducted using Cloud Computing such as Google Collaboratory which uses the python programming language, the book object dataset is selected from the COCO class, the model is exported to Open Neural Network Exchange (.ONNX) and then imported into the Lens Studio application. Publish lenses in the Snapchat app. Finally, a model test was carried out to detect objects and the number of objects in books that had been made using a Smartphone. Open the Snapchat application, scan the Snapcode generated by Lens Studio, AR lenses can be used in real time. AR Book Detection has been tested by other users on Snapchat with 18,845 Lens Views, 18,737 Lens Plays and 16 Lens Shares. © 2022 IEEE.
